Describing My Angel

Nothing is as beautiful as watching the sun set in its splendor and radiance.
Nothing is so natural as watching the nature blossom in its peacefulness.
The birds singing in their sonorous voices.
The trees and plants blowing their bugles and trumpets and flutes.
The ocean flowing in its stillness and coolness,
making a harmonious melody to the soul.
Nothing is as sacred as a secret, bounding together for the fear of betrayal.
Nothing is as adorable as a treasure.
All this put together would not be able to quantify what it means to express what you have
been
to my life and world.
Oh! Behold my beautiful maiden, lonely on the hills of melancholy
and with her sonorous voice she sings
chanting for a missing Adonis.
In you I have found peace, joy and happiness.
A treasure I have found in you and that means more than the world to me.
This, I have longed for, and this I have found, you!
Like the snail I was,
I withdrew to my shell and said i would not come out again from my shell
but the first rain of the new season has sent my snail out again roaming its tentacles
in the coolness of the fresh air.
The beauty that others couldn't find on her face,
I have found in her heart.
That was why they couldn't find the treasure that i have found in her.
They call her princess but i call her a queen.
They call her a friend, I call her a companion.
They call her a woman, I call her a mother.
They call her a girl but i call her a wife.
They said she is weak, but in her i have found my strength.
In her I have built a beautiful world where only the two of us would live comfortably
without the disturbance or interference of this wicked world.
I would live comfortably in this world i have built with you forever if you wont kick me out
because without you, this world all put together is meaningless and vague to me.

They say some girls just can’t be fixed
They say pain can always be felt
They say guys are easier to read than a novel
But who is they…
They is just a figure of speech that has no voice
No description or meaning
Any girl can be fixed or healed
All pain can’t be felt
And reading one guy like an elementary book
Doesn’t mean that the others are at such a low level
So why listen to the unheard voice or a song that has yet been produced
Live life full of joy and accomplishment
And surpass what the voice is saying
Living life day by day…Sunrise to sunset abundantly
Is the only way to overcome the unheard
What’s the word hot, cute, and sexy mean
Why is the word beautiful such a drive in a females heart
Both are heard from a human voice
Both go to the heart…but
Only what is unseen can be felt
We can’t see wind but its felt
We can’t see feelings but they pierce our bodies daily
We can’t see love yet we still feel the strength of its power
B…Because we are led to believe the unseen
E…Even though sometimes it’s so unreal
A…Associating with its uncertainty and loyalty
U…Unified and brought together what is seen and not seen to create an emotion
T…Together growing into a feeling called love which can’t be seen let alone expressed
I…Involving two different aspects of live and making it become one
F…Fulfilling all of life’s expectations and becoming strong in what you believe
U…Ultimately overcoming all fears and disregards you may have against the unseen
L…Love has been created
That is why the word BEAUTIFUL is such a drive in a females heart
That is why I use it to describe what you are
Then unheard has no reward
But the unseen….has one

Second Hand Leather
Cocooned in love
The day was frightfully cold with snow softly falling. I was not prepared for this but
only for the warmth of sunshine. I stepped off the plane covered only in a sundress
and sandals. I began to shiver as I rushed for cover. My sister in laws would bring
comfort but little did I know just how much!
Welcomed with open arms I began to thaw and settle in a bit. This was going to be
a trip that would forever leave a print on my heart. We were going out for a special
dinner. You see it’s Christmas! She opened her closet and took out her very own
coat. This was the most beautiful coat I had ever seen.
This is when she handed it over to me and said, “Try it on darling –if it fits and you
like it –it’s yours”! I could not believe it as I knew it cost a lot of money and it was
just beyond beautiful. It was a Full Length Leather Coat with beautiful designs on it.
I had never had anything so wonderful given to me.
When I put it on it was magical. The fit was perfect and for me there was a
transformation. Somehow a feeling came over me like nothing ever before. I felt
special and could hardly wait to look in a mirror as I knew something changed inside
me forever at that moment. What was it, what had just happened?
I wore the coat and danced around in it when no one was watching like I was a
princess. I had this second hand coat for many years and always felt beautiful and
special when I put it on. It was the love that I was cocooned in. She cared enough
to give me her very own coat that she had bought for herself. I wore it until it was
tattered and someone said to me, “I would love that coat”. I took it off and passed
it on with the same love to cocoon that person.

The Island In the Baltic Sea

A seaman sails east,
trailing the sight of dawn,
as the seagulls dance in the wind.

He stands with a smile,
watching them flutter
with their bright, beautiful blend.

The sailor is brushed
by a comforting breeze
while looking at an island ahead.

He stares it in silence,
with its ominous clouds
hovering with a glow of red.

Drifting closer,
he sees a woman
just standing in the island's sand.

She’s a georgeous lady
wearing a long white dress,
with a red rose in her hand.

After reaching the shore,
he leaps off the boat,
then the woman starts walking away.

He hurries to catch her,
then touches her shoulder,
and kindly asks her to stay.

She snatches his wrist,
and faces him quickly,
with a knife in her other hand.

She slashes his arm.
He yanks away swiftly,
then stumbles and falls to the sand.

Rushing to his feet,
looking over his shoulder,
he sees her skeleton face.

She rushes toward him,
and the seaman runs away
like a victim of a horrifying chase.

After climbing the boat,
he looks back to the sand,
seeing no one there anymore.

The only things present
were the rose of red
and beautiful white dress she wore.

His blood disappears,
the laceration heals,
and the island fades away.

Standing in silence,
he stares where she was,
wondering if he's gone astray.

The seaman returns
to the wheel of his ship,
and steers quickly to the west.

While catching his breath,
he looks back shivering,
fearing to continue his quest.

Friends Are Our Rainbows

I think of you often,
with your distant smile,
forever my friend,
with your beautiful style.

Your message of love,
comes from a call,
be strong my friend,
keep your spirit tall.

So gentle you speak,
lifting your head to the sky,
giving all the glory,
to Jesus on high.

Friends can comfort,
although separated by miles,
knowing what to say,
God's gift to His child.

Always ready,
you listen, and care,
no matter the time,
you are always there.

Right by my side,
your presence is near,
with your gentleness,
I cherish so dear.

Call Archimedes Again

My heart is beating once again!
Call Archimedes from his grave so we may celebrate!
Eureka! I found it again!
My heart’s pain has gone away!
My life’s darkness has lifted away!
Stark in the middle of the wilderness I have regained the way!
Oh! How beautiful it is to see and feel me back on my way!

Eureka! I found it again!
Call Archimedes from his grave so we may celebrate again!
Writing literature in my dreams,
While praying for success in my sleep!
Writing poems in my head while strolling ahead!
Painting masterpieces in my head while bathing at midday!
Seeing tomorrow today while it’s still too much work away!
Oh! How beautiful it is to see and feel me back on my way!

Smile

You’re hurting
Filled with sadness and pain
No one seems to understand

Remember there’s always sunshine after the rain
It seems impossible now
But behind your cloud is a beautiful rainbow

Life is a challenge
Never look back and cry about the things that went wrong
Rather smile, at the wonderful memories

Life is a journey
But you’re not alone
I am walking with you

Everything happens for a reason
Even though we do not always understand
It’s never easy but you will get through this

I will always be here for you no matter what
I care about you so much
When everyone else leaves, I’ll be there, beside you

I cannot solve your problems
I cannot take away your pain
But I can take your hand and experience it with you

I cannot guarantee everything will be ok
For I do not know what tomorrow brings
But I can promise that I’ll always be your friend

Have faith, stay strong
And never stop smiling
You’re beautiful when you do

Pulling the Legs Off Ants

The trouble with small minded, self-centred bigots, is the inability to see the truth of the wider
universe, the one that doesn’t revolve around their pathetic little selves

To be so afraid of the reality of the world that they have to hide behind the so called “power” of
their bitter words and twisted minds

to live a life in constant fear of the unknown, fear of other cultures, sexual preferences, hell even
poetry is scary for the small minded as they don’t understand it, so it must be feared and hated,
just like the blacks are hated, the gays are hated, and the “towel heads” are hated, and anyone
with a different point of view are hated

The inability to understand that others see the world in a much more beautiful light and can see
the truth in other people’s feelings and views

The world is full of beautiful people, all willing to share and enjoy others views, cultures and
generosity of soul

what terrible shallow lives to lead, that the beauty of other minds has to be shackled for them to
enjoy their feeble little selves, how great a victory, to trap such beautiful souls merely to satisfy
their own selfish needs, to feel pride in watching one more shining beacon of beauty extinguished,
leaving the world darker, bringing it ever closer to their dark little twisted minds

It just reminds me of the nasty little spoilt child pulling the legs off an ant for the fun of it

For all the sweet souls trapped in a prison of hatred and fear
Written for a female friend who survived twenty five years of this kind of marriage

' the Day, Was a Holy Day ... '

This Day, Was A Holy Day
As Crystal Drops Came Down
A Beautiful Display
And Soothing Sound

Like An Echo of Joyous Children
Or A Drum-Roll Softly Nearing
Or Like Angels Were Cheering …
That’s What … It Was Like Hearing !

And It Poured Like A Pitcher
Cool, and Smooth and Clean
Slanting On My Window
Inspiring Me To Sing:

 - - - - - - -

“ Pitter-Patter, Pitter-Patter
Today … Nothing Is The Matter
Plop, Plop, Splatter, Splatter
Inside, We’re All Together

Washing Away Every Tear
Rinsing Away, Every Fear
Refreshing Every Year …
… Raindrops, Touched Our Dears “

- - - - - - -

This Day, Water Came In Streams
But No Thunder or Lightning Screams
Just Innocent, Wistful, Wet Dreams
And Later, Rainbow Gleams

(And Waiting For Tonight’s Moonbeams) …

Today … Was A Holy Day
As Crystal Drops Came Down
A Beautiful Display
And Soothing Sound …

This Ones For Robby

You have a smile that could brighten the blackest of nights

I could melt in your beautiful baby blue eyes

Your soft black hair, and your bubbling laughter

You are the one I’m dying to capture

I’ve never met anybody with such a beautiful soul

When I’m around you I seem to glow

Alabama Snow

The long never ending landscape of southern Alabama never runs cold. Today it decided to. The wind was at
ease and all the snow flakes were about. The cold ground shuddered beneath me but I could tell it was a good
kind of shiver. The snow fell down in a hurry yet it still took it's time swaying in the wind. All the snowflakes
danceing around soon started a low tune far off on the wind. The band played a song that the world has been
playing for centerys. One of love and peace. One that has no bounds or experation date. The song was cold
enough to freeze the earth but here I stood warm as I basked in my happieness. The world seemed still as the
orchestra played it's beautiful tune. The wind swirling and twirling as if it were a finely tuned violin. I couldn't
bare to close my eyes for it was just to beautiful to look away from. As the wind picked up in it's gusts the
snow felt ever so heavier and the skys begain to melt the love within the snow as all the snowflakes fell down
as rain. "What a beautiful conversion" crossed my thaughts. The snowed over feild grew dreadfully quiet as the
beautiful tune escaped into the wind. This was when I sudenly realized I was soaked and freezing. Almost killed
me but I steped inside away from the Alabama snow. But I knew she'd come back for me.

A Beautiful Diamond

When you feel to cry
And a tear falls from your eye
Just wipe it gone and dream
Your heart may hurt but you will see
Your love is strong
For those who come along
Like a star that is perfectly fine
You can make them shine
Like a beautiful diamond that's crowned
You will always be around

When you're found alone
Your love no longer known
Just start to walk away
You will find someone some day
But until you do
Just remember that we all love you
Like a star that is perfectly fine
You can make them shine
Like a beautiful diamond that's crowned
You will always be around

When you can't go on
It's just your heart's con
Just hold my hand
And gaze up from the sand
With me you can confide
I will always be at your side
Like a star that is perfectly fine
You can make them shine
Like a beautiful diamond that's crowned
You will always be around

Daydreaming In Blue

Every night
I would dream
and all of my dreams
were in black and white
That was until I met you
Now, I dream in the day
and all of my days are spent
Daydreaming in Blue

What a beautiful view
This sky, this sea, and your eyes
So beautifully blue
And how it reflects off of me
and onto beautiful you

Now I'm stargazing at night
and thinking of you
and remembering violets
as I sit here Daydreaming in Blue
Suddenly everything is beautiful
and everything is new
My favorite color
is when I'm Daydreaming in Blue

Rough Diamonds

Some
                                      relationships
                                are just not meant to
                          be. Sometimes an individual
can't spread their wings to find the
real me inside, bursting to get out. We need
to learn to spruce ourselves up inside and out; polishing
those rough edges - back to the beautiful facets we once knew.
Time to learn, trust and live. To love ourselves and those
close to us, before we can love and appreciate
the very beautiful world around us. It's
good to set aside some 'me' time.
                                Reflect, and with new
                                   found confidence
                                          sparkle!
