Don'T Turn On the Lights

Don't turn on the lights
come back to bed
just, show me your soul
and every feeling unsaid

Let's start our future
come fill this night
you make things clearer
when you're holding me tight

The moon up above is lending her light
The stars are aligning, shining, ever so bright
A warm breeze is blowing through your soft silky hair
You're my picture of beauty as you stand over there

Come whisper your secrets
as I call out your name
bring me some comfort
and relight my flame

Don't leave for a minute
please hold my heart
together we're perfect
let's give love a start

Come be my future
come be my wife
come walk beside me
come share my life

Don't turn on the lights
come back to bed
just, show me your soul
and every feeling unsaid

Don't turn on the lights

Just Turn On the Music

Mood swings happen to us but
Instead of freaking out turn on the music.
That surrounds us all.

Turn it on when you're outside listen to the song
of the trees , the harmony of they breeze , and the tweet tweet
of the birds that fly so high in the sky.

Moods swings happen to us but
Instead of freaking out turn on the music.
That surrounds us all.

Turn it on when your sitting in a chair
her the tic tock of Mr. Clock and tap your feet
along with his beat.
drum your fingers along with every minute that passes by
then you'll see you're making a groovy tune.

Mood swings happen to us but
Instead of freaking out turn on the music.
That surrounds us all.

Hear the rum and whistle of the cars and trains
and just sing along to the soulful voices of
The whistle of the train blowing powerful voice to be heard by all
and the cars joining in honking to bring it a little flare into the mash up
To make a unique song that rocks like the rest.

Mood swings happen to us but
Instead of freaking out turn it on the music.
That surrounds us all.

You Think You Only Know Me, When You Turn On the Light...

If I think I’m Clever, Well,

I should know, I’m really saying nothing

At All.

Dreaming,

The Dead sleep in my Sleeves,

Whispering, They Point

How far to that Furniture polished, dyed brighter than blood,

Of far stretched Dream,

Of Rose, Easy on the stem.

Hoo?, I knew?

spoon?

the Wriggling through Wounds,

Of Air, Loose and Smutty.

Garish Shade of sometimes Lean, Battered Fruit of Fume and Harlot Queen,

Taste, For your manner is moist, your eyes Far to Jolly.

Motionless vague {Lifts} of a Hand

And steel fingers Drifting through Conflicted smoke.

Mere Glance, Of Flick,

Pink Thorn Ash And throat bound Tongue,

Your Head Collapses from imagined Sins.

And Yet such

Is my

Unseemliness.

Turn On Me

Have you ever watched your world turn on you in numbers,
take turns to put burns on you without slumber.
Observed true colours
of sisters and brothers
from other mothers
and your siblings too
whilst you had no cover,
revealing you're alone but had no clue,
and they've got safety and protection
while you move hastily to isolation
with only grief and anger as company?

I have,
all I've known have been conts to me.

They left me empty and confused,
mentally battered and abused,
out of the blue with acts untrue,
just the choice they choose,
and no matter what my voice has no use.

Minds made up,
maybe corrupted recently,
or they've longed to get rid of me,
I'm sure I treated them decently
but it doesn't seem to be.

It brings out the beast in me
but the beast can't breathe or find peace
as the pieces don't fit leaving me puzzled,
I can't bite back I'm muzzled,
too weak to walk, crawling I struggle,
how could I be shrugged of them,
I feel like they mugged me then.

It's them that's cruel but how do I cope,
do I feed them guilt and hang from a rope,
NOPE!!

Carry on and tilt my world slowly
as I prove and show me
they didn't know who I am,
persevere and do what I can,
they turned on a boy,
who stood after destroyed,
persevere and do what I can,
they turned on a boy,
they made a man,
a man who stands,
destroy me if you can.

Turn On

Turn off the telly,
turn on the phone
Don’t trust what your eyes see,
the optics are wrong
Turn off the radio,
turn on the phone
Don’t believe what your ears hear,
the sound bytes waves are weak
not strong
The only thing that is true,
are the tweets I’m texting to you
The only thing that ain’t a lie,
is my Twitter alibi
So turn the phone on,
and get smart
Don’t get dumb,
give the telly the down turned thumb
Turn everything off,
except the phone
Let my tweets inform you
of everything that’s going on

Turn On

Painful light, short breath
Will not allow me to sleep
Sheets damp with night sweat
Cling to my back as I stir
But my bed will not have me

Premium Member Let's Turn On the Telle

Turn on the telle watch wives with knives
Murder on CCTV, victims lose their lives
Turn on the telle, no one write a script
There’s a post-mortem in a darkened crypt
Cops chasing crims, drunken street fights
Nothing to entertain what a load of ****
Turn on the telle, comedy nowhere to be seen
Instead, Botox tarts and live sex on your screen
Let’s turn on the telle, killer by the sea
A victim in the lift on secondhand TV
Let’s turn on the telle, Katie’s dirty mansion
Faces of the dead and worship of Charles Manson
Let’s turn on the telle, bound to be something good
A serial killers voice over, dating in the nud’
Let’s turn on the telle, bodies in black bags
Dumped in the river, by a couple of psycho lads
Let’s turn on the telle, see how he cut her throat
Battered her to death, on his flash speedboat
Let’s turn on the telle, get some new ideas
How to maim, torture, kill, down through the years
Let’s turn on the telle, see how the Kray's ruled
Sixty-nine channels of murder, has it got you fooled?

Premium Member Turn On the Furnace

Don't turn on the furnace yet it's only early November
If we can make it lets wait till December
Wear some fussy socks for your feet
A woolen cap on your head as you sleep
Sweaters and scarfs and mittens too
Cuddling under a blanket for two
We got to do what we got to do
Dang the Inflation of twenty twenty two
We got to eat so use less heat
The price of gas has got us beat
Doing without and making do
Duck tape those old shoes
Last years fashion is good enough
For Christmas don't expect new stuff
A recycle gift from your closet will do
Since you never wore it it's new to you
Eating out just not happening
Home cooking thanks to crazy old kook Joe Biden
So when we gather like Whos for all to see
Around our missing Christmas tree
Who can we thank for our profound misery
All together from the young to the old
Let's go Brandon! we scream for our Inflation woes.

I'M Back: Turn On the Lights

We had to wait. Both Him and I,
for raging winds to cease and allow-
soft puddles of shifting hue:
Jade emeralds,
Plum wine,
taxi yellow;
whispering together, their colourful voices mingling:
green slithers into the hot breath of red's maniacle cackle,
and yellow crackles like fireworks, zipping away in ecstasy across the sunset strip
of Sky, blue, deep, hollow in its warbling cry,
purple makes it's way in spiralling streaks; bold, leathery, loud, with seductive magic
in every step, exuding pleasure, hedonism, passivity- unity...
But we carry on dancing, fire prevents us from lying too long, even then we stop
drop, and roll
striving, striving, striving,
until
we
STAND.

now we pursue our dreams again,
He tells me its all over,
we awaken the pain that comes with loss,
We didn't make life what we wanted,
losing all that never was,
But we succeeded in one thing-
that which dwells in our minds, is the perfect creation,
We became artists, one line at a time,
having it's own character- living only when exposed
One life at a time, lived one day at a time,
in the world of the real, the world of smells- of sounds- of sights.

So hey man, lets turn on the lights.

Oh! Turn on the light house today.
Oh! Turn on the light house without delay.
Oh! Turn on the light house Jesus is
Coming back with not much further
Delay! Keep on being ready, willing,
And able!

Oh! Keep your candlesticks brightly in your
Windows of your mind. Oh, keep your
Candlelight's burning brightly. Waiting,
And watching, hoping and praying for
The soon returning of Jesus Christ!

Do not let Satan, your enemy blow out your
Candlesticks! Don't light the devil, your
Enemy blow out your candlelight!
The forces of spiritual darkness
In earthly high places!

Keeping them burning brightly
In a world filled with darkness
And despair. Jesus Christ
Is the Light of the world.

"The light of the world is Jesus"
His light is shining brightly to you.
He is will able to rescue you
From spiritual and despair.

"Once (you) were blind, but
Now (you) can see. The
Light of the world is Jesus!
He is able to snatch you
From the Satanic Jaws
Of eternal death and
Damnation."

"The light of the world is Jesus.
Come to light its shining for me
Softly the light is its shining for me.
Come to the light, its waiting for me
Once I was lost but now I can see
The light of the world is Jesus!"

Not a Turn On

Nothing you said to me best night
Outlasts the love of the Father
Temporary pleasures leads to a life of disaster.

A thing that I want to be part of my past.

This day I choose to move on. I have
Unshakable faith that I will
Remain strong. Yes, indeed I will. I have a
New way of thinking and no separations from the real love,

Of God. I feel really sorry for you. You’re
Neglecting the life that God gave the one that’s true.
