Whisper's of October

Whispers in this soup bowl
20 minutes after its muse explodes,
Daylight remains nothing more than a dream
Warding off the howling sound in mid-September's stream
Casting a line about a ginger light,
found in the depths of everything
Engaging from the sitting twilight, numb, tranquilized
Exposing and expressing the emotions found within
An attic lost in the Ancient sky ---awaits

A poetic hand is formed ---reaching out
A hissing whisper out of the darkness,
Listen-in, the echoes of October are calling
A halo, that reconciles a mysterious monarch moon
A mono grip in which summons a mysterious voice
  of sweet serenity
Poets posting poems along the midnight page
Each poet can compose a poem and mimic free fallen verses,
One might call it a creative craving curse,
Webmaster's whose words speak for themselves
Voiceless-
They feel, and spills the will of idolized ink,
Blind-handed, splitting day from night

Warm whispers, needing no food to consume
Migraines of ink, feeding the soul
Burning Pages, overused pens
They've forgotten the pretty flowers
Living like lions, who never comes out of their dens
Murmuring and devouring, the enigmas of the unknown
Eyes behind a sieve, close tighter than before,
They hide nothing-
A world created from every sky-scrape the wall
Wanting to belong, a trick -or- treat*er in disguise
No friends, everything is pretend
These poets can’t be described, can't be believed
They are the best in what they do
For all you know this poet might be me,
This poet might be you

Premium Member Halloween Fright Night

It is a black, moonless night; bleak and barren
the desert landscape is alien with twisted cacti shapes.
Elongated shadows fall upon fresh blood kill, with gapes
a cautionary reminder of coyotes, or were they vampires?

The mind can play its trickery when it is terrified...
...a wrenching sound, a blinding light, a sinister abduction.
Tranquilized and paralyzed, I falter as I lay
exhausted and helpless on this cursed Halloween night.

How can I escape these terrors from without and within?
Will howling werewolves be feasting upon my flesh tonight?
I hear the wind whipping through the diabolical world
of devils and demons
I cannot escape, I am woefully undone...
... until I am startled awake by my dog’s sticky tongue!

Premium Member They Healed a Dying Oak

Once upon an autumn eve,
faeries danced among the leaves
of a great old oak, deep in the woods,
that sits behind my neighborhood.

So delicate, these sprites, they be,
an enchanting vision’s what I see.
luminescent in the full moon’s light,
lovely little twinkling lights.

Like dancers around the maypole, they
sang and danced, in a charming way.
Their tiny voices, barely heard;
no other life there, even stirred.

Ethereal chanting, tranquilized me,
while they healed an old oak tree.
Vibrations swift, in woodfae song,
fairy medicine, it is quite strong.

Dark Is the Night

With day full of sleep, moon falls in the river.
Its beams danced on water with shadows of trees
to a beat of rhythm from wind till it died
and buried in music of quietness of night.
With perfume of flowers giving weight to air
cool of dark beauty night’s peace granted prayer.

Cathedral as reverent as echoed Lords prayer
as gentle as songs by frogs from the stream.
Harmony hanging in a gemstone sharp air,
with touch of sadness as dim sparklers in tyrees
while chirping of crickets brings richness to night
This will be the hour which wretchedness died.

The stars in the heaven pronounces day's death,
still speaks of the coming of fresh morning prayer
as glorious moon-glow reigns above night
while weak light reflects off bountiful river
twinkling in beams through branches of trees,
gives a roar of stillness through paper thin air.

The sky and the dark and the shadows of air
The river, moon and the sun as it died.
As leaves slowly descend from generous trees.
An answer it seems to nights granted prayers
it all means little to approaching rivers
which has born witness of deceit of the night.

So quick in the darkness will charge storms of night?
Critical lighting strikes in tranquilized air
heaved by the wind once magnanimous river
thunder and rain, wind and foreboding of dead
comes terror and fear and murmuring prayers
amongst shacking of limbs and bowing of trees.

Fierce is the storm and with uprooting of trees
as wind rips and cries through cover of darkness.
All creatures will witness the dark Devil’s prayer
as thunder splits atoms of wild burdened air.
The night cannot sleep till storm’s ferry dies
and silence of night returns to the rivers.

Storms of the night and night’s peace granted prayer.
Shadows of trees and moonbeams on the river
but rising of sun will bring death to night’s air.

Premium Member A Beauteous Dawn

The veil of twilight lifts,
unmasking
a beautiful spring daybreak.
Out came the sun rays
bursting through the clouds,
shimmering like gloss
of silk and satin;
sneaking through the window panes.
I feel the heat sensation
massaging my face.
The sun's glow,
bright and warm,
stealing into my eyes.
A beauteous dawn
steadily, steadily, steadily
ringing a bell outdoors.
It sure arrived in style!
A spring morn with no hint of rain!
I surrender blissfully
to the peaceful morning ambiance;
easing into
a tranquilized mood.
How good is the sound
of leaves continually rustling
in the gentle breeze?
How beautiful
are marshmallow clouds
hovering above me?
Or periwinkle blue skies
softly kissing lush green trees
near and far?
The scenery outdoors
arresting; good enough
to photograph and frame.
A fine day, thus far;
all the chickadees agree,
singing their dulcet songs with glee.
Even tulips nod in agreement!
The vernal earth
smiles at me in dandelions
and cherry blossoms,
and I return the smile
gratefully

Love Speaks With Silence

Hush, Hush my dear child
          stillness wakes as you cry
silent night the stars fly by
          darkness releases the clouds comply

          Soft winds blowing with quietude
while your nestled on my chest so tranquilized
your soft breath gives silence a beatitude
for my child you are my paradise

A love of two forever quite serenity.

The Boy Who Wasnt Ready To Grow

Amidst of all the sorrow,
stood still a boy who wasnt ready to be the man he supposed to grow,
In the decaying dime for bitter crumbs,
Only the slickest minds could climb,
The rising wall of the Notre Damme.

He wasnt ready,no.not yet.

The timekeeper keep blowing the whistle,he said the time is up,
young stud would u please keep up!

And so he ran like a scared prey on the hunt,
Out where no one could find,
in the Disneyland of the Outcast, away from the past,
Tranquilized under the moonlight glow.

He’s just the boy who wasn’t ready to grow.

The Yoke of Frankenstein

I seek a place that leaves no trace
Of venomous blood and tainted heart
I seek a place that holds only grace
Of righteous hearts and caring thoughts
I seek a place that broods not on hate
But of a tranquilized soul and an intellectual eye
I seek a place that is haven to a guilt-filled heart
Let it not, Oh! Wretched Passionate heart!!
Let me not succumb to such ardency
Let me not, dear god! Yield in to such tyranny
To extract such murky ardor is all I ask
I dine with seething lassitude brought forth by such a task
Dear nature where has it gone, my obliged gratitude
From you, I have averted a heart
That comes to you now seeking! Asking! Groveling! For pardon
Almighty nature, which once has soothed a brute within me
Please! Dear god! I beg thee do not forsake
I come to you humbly meekly seeking an unfeasible amnesty
For I drown in to the abyss of thirst of farfetched enlightenment
And only now I know“how dangerous is the acquirement of knowledge, and how
much happier that man is who believes his native town to be the world, than he who
aspires to become greater than his nature will allow.”

*Inspired by Frankenstein’s tormented conscious *

Farther Than Daddy Thinks

It's tough when father's head is cracked open.
Mother says, "You and I were chosen."
Secrets spill out like a spritzing soda.
My head is warm with that smoldering odor.

Tranquilized but refusing to sleep.
Father jabs the needle deep.
Her images inspire me.
Father races but cannot flee.

Mother stretches far and wide.
Wherever he is, he cannot hide.
I worship a goddess in golden slippers.
"Daddy doesn't understand ... telepathy," she whispers.

A Lull

I lay me down in the land of a languorous lull,
A leisurely liaison laxing amidst the silenced still…
No weeping words wander upon the constructive canvas.

The day mourns the nebulous neglected nestled night,
Where the shadows sustain the seductive sorrows…
Condolences for a candlelight as it flickers to foreordination.

Where empty echoes escape through voiceless vapors,
A quiet quiescence quivers as it lies to its rendering riotous rest…
And a calamitous calm causes a chaotic caliginous collective.

A suspended soothe within the overlords of obstinate oblivions,
As tranquilized time is transported to a pensive purgatory prison…
I prepare for the heavens and hells that await my misled muse.

...there has been an anomaly in the space-time continuum...my muse has reached a lull...perhaps this verse will give it spark to ignite it to Super-Nova status lol...

Premium Member Into the Deep

-Into the deep-

Swimming across the ocean vast
My eyes, close at last
Not enough time to stop
A swim, above the ocean's top
Loveless into the deep
Straight ahead
One breath at a time
The sun follows all my effort
The sun kisses my face
Sand with no sign of land
A wink, the color is not sun-blind
Saltwater, around the heart
I seal the mind
Lost in the waters of death
I found myself tranquilized
Further and Further
From any ocean shore
Stolen moments
Sparkling diamonds
Voicing the seagulls
Visions of quest
Ship horn
The mission is gone
I hit the snooze on my alarm!
In a dream, of wet
Never getting far enough

A Design Created Only For Me

I linger here...
The early morning sunrise awoke me leading me to unknown shores.
The crisp breeze fills my lungs and I am taken away by the depth of the ocean
as it g l o w s beyond the horizon.
I feel the grains of sand, stones and rocky land under my toes
that are level with the water.
The mild current flows up to my knees freeing me from life's distractions.
I am tranquilized among the pearlescent shells sleeping gracefully
on the sea shore before me, having sweet dreams of distant lands.
A swift mist streams through my body cooling my senses as I witness a
desperate seagull swoop down and catch its prey.
The rays sparkle off the water showering a soft
rainbow streak over the current.
The sound of the waves gently crashing connected me to the reasons why
I enjoy...
          -embracing life.
Tender blue hues surround the sky and I can’t see anything
but the beauty of mother nature.

I am A M A Z E D...
                      I am finally home.
My essence remains composed from the scent of the fresh aura that
is released from the content ebb flow of my life. I close my eyes
taking the deepest breath and I am free... Free to choose
the future that lies before me. If an ocean has a purpose...
                                                                                 -so must I...

I must embrace the coastline of this surreal life God has gifted to me.
I had been searching for the meaning I carry,
and as I looked out at the endlessness of the waters I realized
this is my shore...
my sweet soul shining d

Black Bear Roams Camden

a black bear roams the yards
of Camden residents
was tranquilized moments ago

she had come accustomed to being fed
by the hand of humans
an accident waiting to happen

looking into that pathway
of my woods sitting from my daybed
my heart races as I
imagine her coming toward me
standing on her hind legs
front paws waving at me
as her terrifying growls
burst from her mouth
sharp teeth

breaking down my sliding glass door
to feed on my flesh
her massive beastly power scares me
into submission
as i play dead

He Holds My Hand

The teacher is suddenly silent as the test it commences
In confusion soul cages shackles and chains start collapsing
Time gets tranquilized
Standing still is the sun in this moment of madness
My soul starts to sink in the sand
I reach out for what's real
He's now holding my hand

Days turn into darkness
Darkness turns into dead ends
Dead ends turn into walls
Walls block out the world
Isolation turns into iron and ice too cold now to climb
Once blind but now I see
Writing on the wall in inferred paint of pollution and pain
There's a time and a place where every fool is sure to fall
Lost in this lie Gods name I now call
The concrete now cracks and His love lights up the land
I travel now on the right track...there is no turning back
He's now holding my hand

This hallway is a highway with dream doors on all sides
Some open slow...I hear seductive sighs and mad sexual moans
I hear whirlwinds and whispers
I feel fangs, hot breath and whiskers
I hears screams in the silence...all knowing but still all alone
Born to ramble and bound just to roam
I hear truth from the throne as a door opens wide
Wickedness flees as holiness angels they pull me inside
So sweet and sublime...demons get destroyed by what is divine
Like a friend in the fire I see the maker of man
I drop down to my knees
He's now holding my hand

Black Soot

Stranded on black soot in mood
Pile of dusts sight, forsaken by time
In the mangled maze, I glued
Grief finally tranquilized, honored as it should

Still, sense's writhing in a silent polemic
Steal the realities which still running
As was strolling in the haze of hallucinations
The bitter whispers through scratches and melts into dripping sores

Upon the night which had stolen
Astonished by bolts of their innocent accusation
Exclaimed for the lifeless facts with no respect
Their imperfect tendency slipped to her to reflect

Perfect life blinds them in world of flawless
While I struggled in world of hug-less
At that time I stood upon my own shadow
While people and they chased sun from shadow to shadow
