All the Dark Stallions

"All the Dark Stallions"

Calliope burns
ecstatic bright star
fire brands, all her marks

both hands
holding the ropes
firmly fast today

slow burn
tomorrow
warm whispers

gently towards
the unlit shadows
love wanting always stays

driving all
the dark stallions
towards heaven

where the
Whicker Man
claps for more Light

and
Judgement
patiently waits

"Ooh, you know it's true
That I was born to run,
I don't belong to anyone, oh no
I don't need to be loved by you
(Loved by you)"

"O Stars and Dreams and Gentle Night;
O Night and Stars return!
And hide me from the hostile light
That does not warm, but burn—"

My Black Bird has long been gone.
Memories of many flights, linger on.

Only a Pony, today, fast and strong,
could bring this old souls, life along,

I miss that beautiful open cockpit.
It was me and such a perfect fit,

galloping down many of, a long winding road,
creating thousands of stories that could be told,

for this wild, uninhibited old soul,
who, one more time, wants to know

of a man facing the sunset of life, wind in his hair
waving goodbye, and without a thought or a care

the life of a wander, life’s adventures to come,
moments, in all likelihood, to make up life’s sum

for what remains, what is left of life on this plane.
Never more to contemplate all that one felt of pain

before the bright lights dim, beautiful sun set fades,
no more roller-coaster rides, no more penny arcades.

caused, pain suffered throughout a long and checkered career
that bear back riding in the heart of a Silver Mustang, dear

My Black Bird has long been gone, wings clipped.
Memories of many flights, linger on, what a trip.

will dissipate from consciousness, but never ones memory hoard.
In the saddle of a wild stallion, unlike on the wings a Bird, bored,

My Black Bird has long been gone, forget I try.
Memories of many flights, linger on, a tear I cry.

never comes to one’s feeble, old mind, as he gallops to the end of time
on the back of a steed who needs a little TLC, as expressed in this rhyme.

Stallions of the Sea

Stallions of the sea
Everyone knows that you are
A hero that everyone should admire
Here you are, in my fantasy
Over stepping natures bondaries
Rainbow colors, makes your personality
So please come to me
Everyone wants to explore the deep blue sea

"Aren't they just small inane animals",they ask me.
Really, How can they not sea
Everything you do is unique

My! How unusual they may seem
Young stallions comes from a males seed

Forget everything that may seem extreme
Really that is just their way of being
Individuals in the deep blue sea
Every one wants to fly with you in a
Never ending dream, I wish I were a mermaid so I can go in the
Deep blue sea
So I can ride with the Stallions of the Sea

Chasing Wild Stallions

Chasing wild stallions
Taming the beasts
Was her goal, so it seems
In her dreams
Running after them
They, who can’t be tamed
She, who can’t win
Chasing wild stallions
Taming bucking steads
Enormous goals that are bittersweet
Leave now, while your mind is intact
For' tomorrow your heart surely suffers from panic attacks

Premium Member Stallions With Stingers

Terrified, the little girl cries
until her grandmother turns wise,
“All God’s creatures want to survive.
I know you love your small garden.
Now watch these workers work magic”

Those stallions with stingers, hover,
tantalizingly tease petals
of the roaring dandelions.
Those golden gals honey’d sunshine,
with fair upturned, xanthous faces.

Not to be outbuzzed, the blush rose,
her loving cup with upraised hands.
“Drink deeply, my love, my nectar
pleasing to my lord. Drink deeply.”
The succulent sensation sates.

“Well, child, a life without seeds won’t
succeed. Pollination is key.
Those bonnie buttercups happy
to see their buzzing friends come by.
Be patient, Daisy, he’s landing.”

Stallions Stormed the Stream

Stallions stood still in a
silent stream,
stream stocked in between
brown bushes,
bushes beautifully
bounded by radiants rocks,
rocks wrapped with the
awesome aura of autumn,
autumn's audacity avoided
some stones on the surface,
surface stones swept by
the waves of the whirlwind,
whirlwind walking on
waters in company of the
Cowboys,
Cowboys cruising carefully,
alas, one stallion is stripped,
stripped off his service, the
stream shows their
shadows,
shadows so shapeless in
structure sweetly stormed
the stream.
