Smeared Mirror
SMEARED MIRROR

Looking dead at me
in this smeared mirror...

a lost man
tormented
face red
brittle with tears

making excuses
abusing
as I glare
into the eyes of a monster with no conscience
and a demonstrative stare

a guilty reflection appears
in this prison cell of fear
longing for an escape
to wipe...

The Wonders of a Smeared Blue Sky
the wonders of a smeared blue sky

Thoughts of the midsummer morning, waking to the cold breath, the wonders of a smeared blue sky. Aye, my fluent mental unrest, advised by the weather, making my wanting, to bury my morning flounder, with a glass of cold...

Smeared Mirror
Looking dead at me
in this smeared mirror...
a lost man tormented;
face red, brittle and teared

less excuses
longer I stare
stress abuses
my conscience with a glare

a guilty reflection alerts me,
"this prison is my fear"
longing for an escape
and answers to why I’m still here

who have...

The Smeared Counter
I wandered around the busy store but could not find my way to the top floor
I search from corner to corner but I couldn't find where to enter
I exit through the side door and saw a tall staircase standing in front of me
A woman suddenly...

Smeared Sign

Snakes’ slivering skins smothered in slimy oil of temptation

Immersed inundated intrigued of intricate ill tempered shine

Go forth and multiply your ferocious frolicking fortune

No - Neverland promiscuous parody peruses the pear’s peril

Or was it a precocious apple appeasing Adam’s adamant appetite

Furnaces’ flames flow from fields...

From Snow-Smeared Meadows
From snow-smeared meadows
Sprouting, I see green windows,
Whence fresh blossoms smile,
Inspiring my saddened heart,
My mind plays Cupid awhile.

Smeared
Some choices to make
While some to impose
Among them is little choice
What can smear your soul??

Many answers were heard
Loudest of Blood
Followed by Greed
Then came hatred
Accompanied with Pain

Out of all the chaos
Still could be heard
Some whispers of grief
Some whispers of love

I choose sate
For it...

Premium Member Smeared
I came upon a
blood smeared road
Of flesh and skin
and crushed bone
I collected the vision
of what it could be
Piecing together
deaths mystery
The town appeared
shovel in hand
Scraped the remains
threw down sand
I said a simple prayer
For the bloodstained smear
...

Revolution smeared ridiculous
Revolution triumphs with hope
to replace the monstrous organs
that only ate
but never really wanted to function.

But if that hope is not equipped
to fill the void
with precision plans and control
then revolution will get smeared
as ridiculous, cause further pain
and deadly destruction.

Goodness! Lord!
I’m on a roll this morning!
The poetry keeps coming —
  nearly torturing!
My keypad arm and fingers are
  alrady so tired…
It’s as if
The address of poetry were
On fire!
— With every poem present there
   retreating
From the inspirations...

Premium Member The Sparks
The cigarette sparks
Though small were non-bargaining
They turned cargoes into cinders
Thick smoke
Circling into the air
Before the fire engine arrived
While some flames still lingered
Amongst smoking debris
The last wall crumbled
And hollow darkness occupied
The spaces left
Amidst the fire remains
The smeared poles and pillars
Some people started collecting...

Premium Member The Mosquito
The mosquitoes raid
The human's palms defend
Oh, it's too swift for
The palms that cannot fly
Slap, slap, slap
The palms got one
Oh, the palms too
are smeared with blood
This greedy mosquito
Full of human blood
Is too heavy to fly...
