With Glowing Soft Colors In Rainbow Hues
Romantic night of given heart, my sweet
whatever shall dearest life truly be?
Your softest touch and gentle heartbeat,
mermaid swimming in my romantic sea.
I hold only dreams of your beating heart
with glowing soft colors in rainbow hues.
Praying daily that we shall never part
that my life never meets such dreaded blues.
May we live lost within your finest dance
while sleeping beside meadow flowers glow.
Your love dwells in finest, purest romance,
in a blessed gift joined, I pray to know.
Your dance swept me completely off my feet.
Forever my life joined with your heartbeat.

But Paul proffered an alternate, eschewed the tragic flaw.
Salvation based on works alone: a concept misapplied.
For all, not most, have fallen short; to live thus was to die.
The argument that he put forth: the wage of sin is death.
The proof that all have fallen short: each takes a final breath.
The second Adam changed it all, met on Damascus Road,
His work, reduced to rubbish, trash, and kicks against the goads.
A righteousness that's based on faith asks not who will ascend;
See, Christ has come down to the world, and faith thus comprehends.
And neither does a right faith seek descent to the abyss,
For Christ has risen from the dead, a point some seem to miss.
A right faith knows the word is near, there in your mouth and heart,
Components of a saving grace, the twain shall never part.
For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is the LORD,
Your heart believes God raised him up, salvation, faith's accord.
For heart's belief is justified, and mouth's confession saved,
And all those who believe in Him are thus no more enslaved.
For there is no distinction now between the Jew or Greek,

But how then will they call on Him in whom they've not believed?
And how shall they believe in Him, when ears have not received?
And how are they supposed to hear, unless someone will preach?
And how are they to preach the word unless they're sent to each?
How beautiful, the feet of those delivering good news!
Not all obey what they have heard, Isaiah thus once mused.
"Lord, who believed what he has heard from us?" the prophet said.
But faith comes through the word of Christ, its hearing raises dead.
Now faith by works indeed is true, a point I must not shirk,
But only faith that's placed in Him, rests in His finished work.

My children are like the light of day,
They often ask me questions leaving me with nothing to say.
I watch them play with each other,
And think to myself, "I am a very lucky mother."
When they are fast asleep,
I often wonder what dreams they keep.
They have times when they fight,
And I assure them it will be alright.
They amaze me every time they speak,
It's hard for me to believe they are so unique.
They are my everything,
Without them my life would mean nothing.
I love them with all of my heart,
And pray that we shall never part.

My Valentine, I join you for a while,
moments spent with you in love's own delight.
Your tenderness makes each day a gift;
our passion provides both warmth and bliss.
I never dreamed love could offer such a lift,
So for Valentine’s Day, I offer a kiss.
I take your kiss and hold it in my heart,
my beloved, I do send one to you.
From your rose of love I shall never part,
let me drown in your eyes of Sapphire Blue.
Our love surpasses passion’s desires
crossing into the spiritual realm.
Unconstricted by Earth’s webs and wires,

You are my bright stars and beloved moon,
the light of my heart, now my Valentine,
the song that I sing, to our love's own tune,
love of the Heaven's shall be coming soon,
lie within my heart, in love's sweet repose,
within my heart, you are the shining rose.
Heart of my heart, we are lost in our love,
lost are we now in the heart of a dream,
forever we sing in the stars above,
together we walk by the starlight stream,
around your glory, within starlight gleam,
stardust is falling, it touches your grace,

The first time they laid you in my arms you were so small and precious,
the perfect gift from above and in an instant I fell in love.
From a girl to a woman I would watch you grow,
it was the perfect plan you know.
But didn't realize how it would happen so fast,
I just wish that I could go back and relive the past.
For the plan I once had would no longer be,
when God called you home I felt so all alone.
The day we had to part,
left a big gaping hole in my heart.
Now every day I wake and cry,
for I never had the chance to say good bye.
Then I think of your laugh and smile
and know I will see them again in a short while.
I often speak your name, now all I have are memories
and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is my keepsake with which I shall never part,
God has you in his keeping, I have you in my heart.

your slow slimy tail was wagging and ripped a toll booth apart!
You carry a long scaly body and a head like a slithering snake,

during thunder, I’ve read, you wear the wrong colored rain coat.
You have four clenching claws made to tear apart your prey,
or drenching the waterfalls in flames near the park last Tuesday???
A fire-breathing creature created from the old time mythology,
with an acquired seething feature outdated from pre-histology.
Outlined in red your body is full colored greens and yellows,
defined instead, you embody a skully face to scream “HELLO!”
You symbolize potent and auspicious powers full of strength,
I’ve realized it’s important you’re not malicious, but intense.
You’ve summoned the wind and at times called for the rain,
possibly undone what’s been created without falling or pain.
