Best Reviling Poems
I drink my tears and blink away my fears,
For the Lord my God is with me,
He's giv'n me relief and driv'n away grief,
With hope I cope with life's melee.
Reviling all pain, I'm smiling again
Midst trials, denials and strife,
I'm moving on now, God's proving me how
He takes whole control of my life.
Living in His ways, giving Him all praise,
Singing and bringing Him glory,
Learning to be still, turning to His will,
I light up and write this story.

As we travel along with a heart full of song,
We've a dream that hangs on a rope;
Like a lantern of light, shining at night,
She shines on the fair dwelling called hope.
The arms of time roll round as we climb,
And our youth fades fast with the years;
With a soul grown numb, with sorrows we come,
Back to the valley of tears.
Still forward we press with faults to confess,
With hearts that need much repair;
Where glistening gleams on soft sunbeams,
Shines on a world of despair.
All lives need change but the heart can estrange,
A soul from the Father above;
And reviling the rod administered by God,
Brings chastening He calls Love.

I'm sitting in my chains, awaiting my death,
And I'm cursing the God, who first gave me breath.
When my guard comes in, holding a key,
And says, 'get on your feet, we're setting you free'.
'How can this be'?, I shout in his face.
'The Man they call Jesus is taking your place'.
Bewildered I stand, and my chains hit the floor,
Then, still confused, I am pushed out the door.
Out on the street I grab the first man I see,
And ask 'do you know Jesus, where can He be'?
'Yes, I know Him, the Messiah men say,
'Sent down fro Heaven, to show us the way,
'Was found guilty last night, of blasphemy.
'And now, under the cross, heads for Calvary'.
Turning away I rush down the street.
Before this Man dies we have to meet.
Outside the city I join with the crowd,
Now I see Him! Bleeding but unbowed.
By cruel whips His back is torn,
And around His head a crown of twisted thorn.
As I get close He looks my way,
The love in His eyes, no words can say.
I can't stop the water that springs from my eyes,
As, greatest of miracles, Barrabbas now cries.
He see Him laid down on the crossbeam,
The hammer comes down, I hear no scream.
I watch Him raised against the darkening sky.
He looks down with love on all who stand by.
Be they friend, family, or enemy,
Faithful disciple or reviling Pharisee.
Is we all stand and watch the sun hides it's light,
Seems creation itself can't stand this sight.
His mouth finally opens, 'It is finished1' He cries.
The earth shakes in anguish, as my God dies.

There were millions of other people that could have been here on this Earth in your place, but it was you that made it. It was you against all odds; blind and in the dark, you chased Gods Love and won.
We all love to be Winners and Champions. It breaks our heart to be called a Loser; that's why God made the beginning of our Existence a big race against millions, a race like you'll never be involved in again (millions entered, one (you) and only one (if your not a twin), Lived on, while the others perished. No one can or ever should call someone else a loser (we are a World of Champions)...because no race is more important than the race to Existence, and nothing won is more Valuable than the reward of God's Air, His Water, Grass, Mountains, our Universe, the Ability to and be Loved, but most of all and more importantly...God's Gift of Individuality and Choice.
We all are Winners, Champions of a Great Race Forgotten.
To call some one a loser is to call Our Great Creator and the manner in which we became to be, a lie.

An ocean filled with bubbles, a soapy sudsy sea.
A world unknown unto itself, destroyed by you and me.
The caustic agitation, beyond imagination.
Reviling empty cages, no words left for the sages.
A pretty playful paridise, neglected by so many vice.

God Hates Everyone Except Me
By Elton Camp
The good “reverend” likes to have his say
Against absolutely everyone and every way
His belief is the only one that’s correct
Eternity in hellfire all others can expect
So that it wouldn’t come as a surprise
To speak for him, God did authorize
At least that’s the preacher’s claim
So all others he just loves to shame
Making signs was costing quite a bit
So he produced one that all matters fit
He wrote, in large print, for all to see
“God Hates Everyone Except Me”
If protesting funerals or reviling a gay
He can march, hold the sign up and bray

Sinister in their ways do they try and escape
declaring their guile as an object ornate
Trudging ever nearer toward revelation's delight
blinded are they in passion's height
Evoking freedom's curse a duo becomes one
where will they run when one has become none
Rife are the ways in which judgement falls on their short sight
leaving with it grace's dimly fostered light
Careening into oblivion they look on with no fear
Evanescent is the hope of those unwilling to hear
Sacrificial is the altar they've come before kneeling
reviling, despising, conniving, and stealing
Enamored with self pity the pain becomes clear
"forever by your side" they feign and jeer
Regard they give with a skip and a wink
to courtesy, civility, and care's missing link
Obdurately they succumb to no tyrannical rule
seeing God as a crutch and an Old Heavenly Fool
Marring their passion they confuse for a soul
they feast from the compassionate heart as though it were a bowl
Offal has spoken in character of their obsession
the pieces lay scattered, rotting with digression
Naivety is my home in which I pray for confession
oh Holy God, find in them a will broken at Your Son's Concession
Truly naive is my compassion in brokenness for those who look on with blind
eyes, and listen with deaf ears. God save us from the torment we invite and the
just rewards from the harvest of our lives.

I wonder if
over the cliff
was it hard
reviling the card
it never was
usually does
look my way
make it go away
don't want to do
hurt you
reasons gone
we don't belong
I better run
stick around for fun
open mind
color blind
our time
is now doing the crime
should I
or shouldn't I
stick around
you won't frown
play my tricks
love can't be fix
perfect never
maybe clever
hear me out
leave you in doubt
my soul will not comply
holding back the tears
today passes 6 years
handled what I got
something that was not
giving my best shot
to a tiny thought

Like A Star
Jan 11th,2011
By: Sami LaRose
I look upon the stars and count them
One by one;
Number by number;
All of different shapes, sizes, forms and even different colors.
The encases of the nights air brushes upon my check,
Reviling the cold January air against me
It all feels so calming, cool and relaxed
But then we’ve got to look back at different points in time and think back,
What did I do there
Was it a wrong choice or was it a right one
Do I know what I’m doing or don’t I
So many different question, and yet so many unanswered,
Sometimes life relives to us in different ways, shapes, forms, sizes, and colors, just like the stars in the night sky do
So see, we are really no different from nature it’s self
Because nature is a star
And you are like a star
The one shinning brightest so far.

Verse
Twisted we are, staring at ourselves
Dusty on our sky scraping shelves
Reviling the imp that stares back at us
trading in love for the plunders of lust,
For idiots we must be
To cleave to a society
That dictates our pockets' depth and our heart's reach
To invite the water into our mouths when the hull is breached
As we shut out reason
For a lie that's more seasoned
And drown our grey matter
With the concoctions of another medical mad hatter
Here we are, doomed to wonder for the entirety of our lives
Why is there silence in our bee hives,
When we accept opinions as infallible truths
Choosing to conform rather than reform: an existence without roots,
Becoming faceless men and women strutting upon life's stage,
Strings pulled, lines delivered, audience engaged,
We dance to another's tune, no song of our own,
Moulded to conformity, yet we remain alone,
For we belong to those who influence us and this we cannot see,
Because thoughts are now taught and I have become We.

I remember dreading the sunrise. It meant I could no longer hide my appearance or the things I've done the night before. Trying to find a dark safe place like a roch when the light is turned on. My dark secretive life no longer hidden by the pale moon light. My skinny frame and blood shot eyes now on display for the world to see. The wreckage I've caused now seen by the puffy waking faces. My dilated pupils not ready for the soul reviling light in the heavens. The chirping birds warning homeowners of the proweler in the vicinity. The moon light provided enough light to navigate the dark roads of my life. The night fog blending well with the haze of my mind. The dew covered grass washing my blood stained hands as I crawled recklessly through life. The bug bites scaring my empty soul threw the night. The bread like trails of growing mushrooms leading me to the devils gingerbread house. The meth being cooked in his cauldron to ensnare my dark and soulless life.

Free verse
Songs of glory names in heaven.
Drums of kings.
Flowing fresh like a kiss of prince…
God is man genesis knows.
Reviling thoughts of written plate.
Thanks to approaching beat.
Reflect of tongue.
May your soul rest in peace.
God claimed his time as he made man.
Gain did it first as a man.
Blood is turn like coin men seek power.
God forgive them so they don’t know.
Time tick like a heart-beat. Man is time.
All want to live names at the rear like Cain did with name of his son.
But human don’t really get space.
Explain times!! Start with Genesis.
We all human and we all see time.
“What do I do?”
Men do appeal, because root of all evil resume life.
Pain is a stain, it take time free.
So devil is not a men to praise be alert time seek.
Human are hurt to please.
O tlhoka go go raya are okase o nkgone.
Maybe time in evolution is not clear!
We are:
The third nation: third generation.
Crime lives.
Death is a name and is true men they are called.
Profession is name of the game.
Time is enemy of thoughts.
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear: Isaiah 59

LIE'S ARE BUT DEMON'S OF THE MIND
WHERE FIERY HATE PLAYS
THE ECHOES OF FROM SOUL THAT RHYME
EXPRESSIONS DECEIVING WAYS
A DECAYED BODY AT THE DEVILS FEET
WHERE SINISTER THOUGHTS ABIDES
AS A VICTIM OF THE SOULS DEFEAT
WHERE DISASTER THEN PRESIDES
A DAGGER CUTTING AT THE TONG
THE CONTENTS OF THE HEART
THE DEATHLY ANGELS HAS SUNG
REVILING EVERY PART
A CROW FLYING THE SKY OF DEATH
WITH IT'S WINGS SPREAD AS-WELL
HER SOUL HAVING ALREADY MET DEATH
BY THE OTHER CREATOR'S OF HELL
