Region of Famine

Thirsty shadow crawls,
While the tree reaches for rain;
Earth cracks from the drought.

I Love the York Region and 22 Division Police

How many ways I can say I love the York Region and 22 Division Police. A desire that
burns like fire in one's bussom or thirst that cannot be quenched or hunger that
cannot be satisfied or passion that keep on folding into zillion folds, and still
unfolding or a love that is the covering of tranquilly of the heart or love that put you
at ease- an utopia of my loving heart. These are a few of the ways I can say that I
love you all- a love that is multiplying each and everyday. Today, I love you more
than yesterday, and tomorrow I will love you more than today.

My very first kiss sent me flying to the moon
Even remember the date, 'twas the 20th of June
My head exploded
With joy I was loaded
As my lower region swelled up like a ballon

Ares' Region

If hell is the place
to deprive men of their human nature
the battlefield swarming with dehumanized souls
is hell; and is in the real world,

hell is the hungry stray dogs licking blood on corpses
and vultures ingurgitating rotten flesh from the corpses scattered
around on the ruins; then, it would be the place where Ares reigns.

The cowardly Ares always conceals himself
behind the madness of the battle cry: enjoys watching
the sparks flying; swords crossing; he drives warriors into
harm’s way; binding their fear; imposing military order, exploiting
the absolute ranking system.

Ares compels them to exchange their only life
given by their mother with a piece of rotten earth
covering their terror-stricken soul with the flag named Patriotism

there is no friend or enemy in a momentary lulled battleground
you won’t see a friend or enemy, except dead or alive,
however, dead ones won’t say a word because they are dead
while alive ones groan and moan and cry out a beast’s howl
and in a such battleground, in the ruins where the time ceased
to move

a mother sobs while gathering her son’s scattered remains,
the mother searches for the son’s victimized soul,
becoming a waning moon in this solemn moment.

Lost In Own Region

lost in own region
                                            died in unborn calyxes
                                             flower is not known

                                             no one can pave to
where's no way to go ahead
                                                 ended in itself

While Crossing the Border of the Eastern Region - Sonnet

While crossing the border of the eastern region
For some earning and some worldly reason
He stumbled over the invisible wall of hard stone
Neither he entered nor a word did he utter when
His muscles fought against uttering
As the soldiers of rounding border
Spend sleepless night and day standing
With open weapons and heavy gun-powder;

Neither he earned anything nor at home did he return
That was the journey of his last going
The last cry his mother cried for the son
Died in the vessel on the huge water of ocean,

He was the only bud but failed to bloom
And the plant did nothing but dried to doom.

A Surgeon and a Church Fight

Over square miles a unique surgeon
In the West African sub-region:
Clearly,the tower in their region;
Names of the other knives in dungeon...

"Daddy, will I ever be like John
Now and again in Germany's Bonn ?"
But surgeon is facing religion
And religion: "I'll defeat you, John:
For you,surely,coming with legion,
Which shall never fail to you bludgeon"
It's surgery for delivery
To The Church's Christ's needless mockery.

Beyond the Region

If it was just you and me in a silent shade
When no one else on earth could hear
Every flutter of its wings the soul made,
Without a stain, no pain to linger there.

Deep down in the core of consciousness,
Something divine begins a new creation.
With a world of dreams and eternal bliss,
For a while, it will be our only consolation.

Our faith will make this eternity happy,
In the joyful presence of hope and peace.
Just beyond the region attired with beauty,
Love remains the unmovable invisible force.

Transcendent infinite flavours of heaven
Into the silent shade where wishes are given.

believe me

if I lie, will you believe me?
what if I don't, will you believe me?
what must I do for you to believe me?
what must I say for you to believe me?

what do you believe?
what you see or what you don't
what you hear or what you don't
what you know or what you don't
what you feel or what you push away

will you remember?
and if you do, what will you believe?

what will you do?
will you forgive or will you forget
will you hold on in anguish, in disarray
or will you stand still and tell your story
will you take arms and fire
or will you throw a bouquet of flowers
will you watch children cry and mothers bleed
or will you look away and point your finger
at amputated fathers, brothers, and sisters
who no longer believe

how will you do it?
peacefully with carefully measured words
or aimlessly with swords and guns
and weapons as everyone watches
some in horror
some in delight
some in sorrow
some in vindication
some clinging to allegiances
some to age old bonds
some to stories told long ago
some to sound bites that penetrate their soul

how will you do it?
carefree with lies neatly folded and covered
with no accountability for your actions
as you strip the world of its innocence
all in the name of your forefathers
your faith
your history
not mine, yours you say... yours, not mine
this divide, imaginary lines
as you raze your forged enemies
your brothers and sisters who once were

what will you say?
I am right and you are wrong
you lie and I don't
this land is mine and not yours
I was here first, not you

look around
it's history calling out to you
do something
do anything
do nothing

you have nothing left... anymore
give peace a voice
let it speak
listen, just listen

how naive you say
you are children, living in fairytale
teaching little ones in classrooms and playgrounds to share
yet all you do is shamefully take and take
for what?

sit down
say nothing
do nothing
just smile
look at each other
really look and see what you've done
share what is left before it's all gone

this is the way...
this is the way...
this is the way...

does it even matter?

Her Ripped Abdominal Region

The essences of beauty
This admiration
her walk her appearance
a stunning performance
of perfection
She walked timely to
the grooves basset riffs
Making the most caring of
men stop to watch her
One fella called her the
shamanistic Satan
Her body made men
want to know her story
One on looker grabbed
his bass and riffed
Mocking her walk
The other grabbed his
guitar and whispered
the treble
Grooving until she
Stood before them
She pulled up her skirt
in and kicked off her
heels and danced
In front of her
Shiney new car
Grooving
Moving
Dancing
A
Sensual dance
Ooh wee
We circled the wagon
and watched
