Took Cab To See Dull and Drab Cold Slab

We went in a cab to see cold slab,
That did appear to be dull and drab;
Letters were distinct when viewed;
So much sadness there we ensued.

Tombstones arranged row after row;
All around green grass grew and grew;
In background were abundant trees;
In faces we would feel a cool breeze.

On a long beach many boats landed;
By an officer had been commanded;
Such a horrible place surely had been;
They died never to ever be seen again.

In graveyard each dead body will abide,
Remember all of those who there died;
Bugle issued forth such a lonely sound;
For all those who no longer are around.

In review soldiers would soon pass by,
Proudly, but still were wondering why
They did gallantly die with things grim;
Forever will never forget any of them.

Am open to all criticism and recommendations.

A Remorseless Battle

The Poem is dedicated to nine innocents who has lost their lives in Israli attak on their
humanitarian aid.

Docility, a living destitute of Anthropomorphism.
Recency, appalling of desperation or piteous anomalism.
Recommendations apotheosize a fussiness of hell or heaven,
A gun shooter killed innocents a crackable Raven.
To shot a child or an old person hard lines limicolous
Inconsecutive lewdness a peevish peeping Tom Ligneous.
Reprehensible polygamist direful coiled chaotic prattle,
A salacious salubrity paramour remorseless battle

Free Dog To Good Home: a Biting Satire

Dog Free to Good Home

By Elton Camp

I have a dog to give away
One I picked up as a stray

Only good homes need apply
Who Brutus’ needs will supply

Recommendations you must give
And let me come see how you live

Also, Brutus must be kept inside
A fenced yard must be supplied

Pet insurance you must take out
Vet visits supplied without doubt

Table scraps you mustn’t feed
The finest food he does need

Just to take him in is not okay
An adoption is the only way

Your fur child he has to be
In order for you to satisfy me

Also, his territory you must respect
Otherwise, it’s an attack to expect

If all of these things you will supply
Then to adopt him you may apply

End of the Arms Race

Archie A. Agag, the American Idol Kaiser
Be hiding in an underground concrete bunker
Closed-eyed hate peeper sleepy late-riser
Dreaming of a bottom end H-bomb dumpster
Enter the REM meltdown maelstrom at every kiosk money mall
F-18's flying overhead the puny ant farm military parade
General Moronika making the Armageddon mushroom last call
Hells bells raining warning chimes on a pre-empt air raid
Idiocy is the devalued political currency ... a burn paper destiny
Jumbled lunacy is getting no checks-and-balance power scrutiny
Kaboom! Ain’t no more children in the classrooms
Love Apprentice Style for the siren sound of the war drums
Mutated babies delivered in M.A.S.H triage tombs
Nuclear jacks wanna be Scar boss king of the jungle beanstalk
Opioid delusions is giving ‘em rash hash hallucinations in bulk
Point the deadly sniper scope at the fleeing downtrodden refugees
Que the funeral violins upon the released vials of chemical disease
Recommendations coming from all butt-licking tongues on knees
Sanity trailblazers are on a sabbatical vacation from the con cartoons
Temple of Doom rescue ... Indiana Jones Hans Solo ain’t coming soon
Uncle Sam sez that permanent peace can only come thru war
Visions of propaganda lust being televised on a nonstop snore
Witness the apocalypse now being sold as coming-to-you later

Yellowstone sulfuric lies be bubbling up to an AAA barren surface
Zuni sunrise setting on glow-in-the-dark places ablaze purchased

The Impossible

These dreams.
Psychedelic dreams.
Untouchable yet, describable-- in some ways.
One moment turns into something else--
like mixing drinks, experiencing a different taste--
between sweet and sour--hot and cold--
the gray area mushes, turning into a hybrid form.

Interpretations will only add to a stack of questions.
Trying to figure out--deciphering the meanings behind what's already confusing.
The brain fiddles and play with scenarios. Like an unsolved mystery--cliffhangers.
Perhaps it reveals our deepest desires.
Perhaps it reveals our truest natures.

Waking up is pointless.
It ends the adventure.
Even nightmares can be fun--heart races.
Sometimes we try to revert the traces.
Clues are left behind like memories--quickly faded.

These dreams.
Psychotic it seems.
Prescriptions--Doctor recommendations.
Insomniac relations--day dreaming of immeasurable temptations.
Deprived of ecstatic doses--medicine will only nourish addictions.

Shut your eyes and try to fall.
Wake up and it will all dissolve to nothing at all.
Dreams are what we strive for.
Dreams are what we yearn for.
Dreams---they are what we live for.

Whatsapp

WhatsApp!!!

First thing in the morning,
I grab my phone,
Switched to the cheap communication,
Convenient communication,
WhatsApp,
Even if we are in the same room and same bed,
I whatsApp her to say morning my love,
I whatsApp her to ask for hot water,
For a tea and everything I will need to start my day,
From another room I kiss her by whatsApp,
To wake my children that it is time to wakeup,
I whatsApp,
I am at work and she is at the mall shopping,
She whatsApp to me pics of her favorites,
I give recommendations by whatsApp,
Our daily communication led by whatsApp,
My friend whatsApp me his favourite music,
My boss give me daily instruction by whatsApp,
Dating start on other sites and ends on whatsApp,
Nomore speaking, we text, upload and whatsApp,
WhatApp has private,
WhatsApp in the taxis,
At workplaces,
At the shopping malls,
WhatsApp at hospitals,
WhatApp everywhere,
Picture and audio convenient share,
My mood is in my whatsApp status,
You can define me on my whatsApp profile picture,
Next will be whatsApp to lock and unlock the doors,
WhatsApp to unlock passwords in computers,
And whatsApp to enter pin on ATMS,

No Recommendation

No Recommendation

Unreadable ideograms
Beaten thin leaf to tenuous holds
Of failing parchments
Brittle in their folds of tears

Remember, they struggle for survival
In clasps ever present
Reverberate continual back down
The long lost corridors
Searching for the regurgitation of their meaning
Black and white memories
Of some sickness
Which threw off kilter
Every next days other day of life

The heat of its brand, a whimper
Kicked on late stirrings against a pillow sleeping
Fizzog fierce of demons forming
From an ugly defining rampage torturous

No recommendation
Other than a scar to pit against its will
Other than the pain burns continual
Of insubstantial rape
Its shame to twist and wring the neck
Till breathing burdened
Utters not
Its last and inconsequential gasp
Released

The lump constricted full of throat
Strives to cough up on agonies point
The vendetta it holds against the past
And its freedom overburdened by desire

Children, screaming into silence
With a wish of blooded nails
To scrub away the indelible marks
And eaten hours
Rips against the mirror inside a heart
Cold implacable bleeds
The warm vein of isolation
Designs its unreadable ideograms
There are no recommendations

Russell Sivey: Dedication

I love the juice
in each line,
the grape
of the wine

Truth lies behind
what you could not
disguise
if you tried

NOTE:
Strong writers evoke emotion, thought, and change from humanity. Russel is a powerful poet who wears a big heart on his sleeve. I do not know him personally, yet am moved by his pen. *High regards, and recommendations on his work.This small ode to his words was originally placed into a comment I had made to him. I felt it was best for others to see how his work moves me. There are a few writers on here who possess the gift. I thank each and every one of you for sharing your soul! ~DOMO ARIGATO ~JSLambert

A Challenge

I never accepted such challenge that makes me fool.
I accepted challenge that provides me accelerating tool.
I am a Dalit, not human,
Hindu treat me slave in a democratic rule.
Impassable roots and recommendations hide,
No place for strange but offering a stool.
What do you want to reward me?
Pain, tear, suffering or something extra cool.
I never heard you are also supporting me,
Human civil rights aren’t a swimming pool.
I wrote, someone would hear my pain,
But everybody has cry in a bribery school.
We are Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Jews or Buddhist,
Not a human, only religion in a living shell.
What is a worship message: to worship a tomb?
Kill them innocently if a life is quill.
Oh, my dear fellow, I write for nothing,
Whose not charged me appreciation, is that not hell?
Who loves not his grace, why do I feel pain?
Are we or not; human, that’s my untouchable skill?

Premium Member No Screw Ups

I sometimes have job opportunities with very great benefits and incomes,
and I'm often approached more times than none by various unemployed victims,
who ask me if I can do anything for them
to get them accepted into my livelihood and membership of my very great union.
Before obligating myself to any of them,
I'll look straight into the eyes of each and every one of them,
"Heed my words strongly," I then say to all of them.
"I don't take kindly to being interrupted or for myself to be repeating.
Are you willing to risk screwing up my good reputation
by screwing up regularly if I recommend you to be accepted into my very great union?
If you're a screw up and will screw up, please save me the aggravation,
because you will have then screwed up permanently my good reputation.
My superiors will never trust another one of my recommendations
that could have helped a deserving family in need had I recommended them.
So again, if you're a screw up and will screw up, please save me the aggravation,
because when you screw up with me,
I'll have to kill you sadly,
and on that issue I am never joking."
Needless to say I get few applicants asking for my recommendation,
but the ones I do recommend become the very best at performing their profession.

I Want To Gamble

I want to gamble,
So let the highest bidder take my heart,
I won’t grumble,
As long as you treat me with a heart,
We might as well get ready to rumble,
If you take my recommendations to heart,
I’m sure we won’t tumble,
If that’s not the case we won’t hurt,
I really then want to gamble

Spraying Red-Rose

to print herself the headache of the magnolia
sometimes spreads up to the legs of the ripe mangos

in the water that creeps up to the horizon
the magic-deer of panchbati is sailing solo

under the neon-sun the groundnuts learn
the vow-tale of the deep lipstick

if in the centre of the mango-pith … standing on the hanging-balcony
there is a flower of guava … then …while walking along her sweet grievances
some day that handmade fan must be traced… to make the clouds that are swept in by storm
more literate … the time to dip the painting brush
in the colour of whose recommendations is still……..

it happens… from the desire to get printed
the magic-deer… before reaching to any literacy-centre …
some dusts gather on her body…some part is eaten by the ants…

although there should have been some arrangements
to spray the red-rose regularly

and next … the winter comes

the hands want to be stolen
under the blue scarf

Premium Member Husband For Hire

He’s a married man who lost his job,
During a depressed economic time;
Willing to do laborious work around your house -
Any kind of odd job he can find.

The kind of things a husband normally would do,
For women who lived without a man;
He could come over and take care of them,
Doing anything that he possibly can.

He could lift heavy boxes or mend a broken fence;
Cut your grass or even take you to a dance;
His wife even said she would look the other way
If you want other husbandly duties and are willing to pay.

He would do his job well then he wouldn’t hang around;
The best thing going all the single ladies found.
By word of mouth recommendations were spread;
Better than in his last job he kept his family fed.

Married women even had jobs for him to do,
When their husbands were travelling for a night or two;
His calendar fills fast so call now if you want him,
He’ll do what he can to try to fit you in.

He’s a married man who lost his job,
During a depressed economic time;
Willing to do laborious work around your house -
Any kind of odd job he can find.
