little Rock
Doves at my feet
Imploring eyes watch
as I eat and I will share my
lunch with you not
shoo you away
like others do
for I recognize
your tam'ed nature
Am greatly pained by your
fallen stature Dovecotes kept since
Ancient times Now you're persecuted
for our crimes Considered dirty flying vermin
Might I suggest a different sermon Giving Praise
To Thee Dear Dove our oldest symbol of Peace and Love
in times of war you have served us well For our men you flew
and fell Honored couriers meritorious saving lives on wings glorious
not just for your flight to flourish But by your eggs and meat to
nourish Been kept for sport and even pet Pigeons are Doves we do
forget sporting the same flute like coo and
head bobbing meet-cute "How do you do?"
************************ One and The same as famed in fable ********
Ordained therein by King Eagle
"...your name shall be used, dear Dove
as long as the world shall last, for Love" Of
course of course we are all mortal yet you are
birds above and moral Models of monogamy and
doting parents Bonded family and lucky for us City
dwellers amid the chaos you little fellers happily our
Birds of Peace break bread with us on our streets

our beloved brother from India
Dr. Ram’s words are better than gold
board his magic carpet
woven with wit, intellect and insight
soar through sagas steeped in mythology
captivating revelations on cultural tradition
unique perspectives on historical events
clever concepts conveyed with humor
psychology, philosophy, behavior observations
materialize as “Mehtaisms”
stirring the soup
adding spice to the broth
supporting work of members new and old
our international melting pot
enriched by the work of a Literary Doctor
salute a special sage who graces us with gifts
Dr. Ram’s words are better than gold

In this life I have seen beauty
With its majesty and cruelty.
I believe in reincarnation doctrine
Would like to be butterfly divine.
A pure beauty of rainbow colors
Not as civilized as men who prefers
To have half of the happiness
And the longevity much in excess.
Would count moments not years
Flirting freely around without fears
Fire is beautiful its beauty kills
Care not if at all its beauty thrills.
Better to burn up for the beauty
Than long bored life without a cutie.

He says the nicest, kindest things
And doesn’t know the joy he brings;
A friend to all, the young and old:
Dr Ram’s words are better than gold.
I hope this doesn’t make him blush,
To hear his fellow poets gush;
A comp on him is rather bold:
Dr Ram’s words are better than gold.
His comments brighten any day -
As with you all, I have to say -
When they made you they broke the mould:
All your words are better than gold.

Fancy Light (COLLAB) Dr Ram
by~ DR RAM:
Once her tumbled hair was bright with flame
That her eyes sapphire with twinkling stars
And her lips were never to be missed to kiss.
She accepted a man who offered her bounty
Knowing there was a beast in him though.
She thought he is a changed man now
And he has sloughed off the skin he wore.
As the time passed when her beauty faded......
by~ POET D:
She became one again, no longer a pair
Two strangers all over again,
Walking a path alone in her hall way.
Pleasure in the dark * alone * tonight!
A beast she became in her own world
Wakening to the morning bells of Spring
Unchained from a bounty without promise
Removing all doubt, the milk on her face begun to gain color.

Dramatic Verse
Yesterday I caught the drift of a word
Almost at the end of Dr. Ram?s words
That I had it all, three in one, with music and no regrets
Stirred my mind and made me think
What regret really means
I suppose Regret is the truant of history
Often sneaking out of the schoolroom of the past to torment present time
...seeking a meek heart to mess with
But time has taught me to be wise
Hence I now know how to turn Regret into a good child
The secret is in offering him the candy of time
The present is just what it means
A present to be justly cherished
If I share it?s gift with the regrets of the past
Sure, Regret will turn into a good child
And Regret?s deeds will fill my heart with pride
The power is in time
Each a new opportunity eager to be of service
As soon as yesterday bids bye, today arises to take its place in haste
And it brings in its wake
...the promise of forgiveness, reconciliation and reconstruction
In each day I find a newer canvas to repaint my dreams
And since yesterday I tried another style and failed
Today I?m that bit wiser
So I will try again with better skill...
To redraw the masterpiece of a life I dream in colours so beautifully vivid
So yes Dr. Ram,
Thanks-a-ram for reminding me how lucky I am
I owe it all to time
For teaching me how to turn Regret into a better child
Filled with lessons which I study
Tomorrow in my life there?ll be less like his kind
Hey Doc! Thanx-an-awesome-lot 4 the kind words u post of my poems!
This is especially 4 u!

There once was a ram who retired,
who really was terribly tired.
Having serviced the lot,
he should have have been shot.
But the gun thankfully backfired.

Once the name of *Lord Ram is rammed in your heart
Everything you’ve -fortune, freedom, fullness and fame
To act in the situations of pleasure, pain, loss and gain
And in every walk of life unfailingly you will get alert.
The Ram is a male of the sheep symbolizing sacrifice
Representing protection as he protected the herd
First to be sacrificed, known as Aries in Latin word
Taken from the Old Testament, a symbol for Christ.
Ram-random access memory- rammed in a computer
Used by programs to perform necessary tasks
And equally accessible are all the storage locations.
That allows information to store and access in any order.
To ram is to strike or butt, to drive through or against
Ram your mind into focus when in despair or doubt
To force, to cram, to drive with violence, to thrust
don’t ram this Ram in with foul smocks, socks and shirt.
Ram’s a proper noun, a common noun, verb and adjective
Symbolizing a person like Lord Ram in Hinduism or Christ
A Zodiac sign, with an attribute of a headstrong activist
Forcing an action, ramming foundation, rarely destructive.
****************
*Lord Ram , the incarnation of one of the Lords, Vishnu of Trinity in Hinduism,
Born as a person in India.

Šta znate vi, prostakuše,
I ostali kupci mlohave uspaljenosti,
O platnu
Na kojem se uljana prica
O mojoj borbi sa demonima dobrohotnosti
Razlila po moždanim vijugama,
Utapajuci posljednja sjecanja
Na košmar o ulicama
Punim crnih kišobrana
I sivih haljina guvernanti lorda Henrija...
U vrijeme
Kada su zakletve
Vrijedne kao mrtvi golubovi
Na krovu sirotišta,
I kad majke usnulu djecu pokrivaju trnjem,
Moje je lice, dame i gospodo,
Velicanstveno ogledalo
Što odražava
Sifilicnu kurvu u uštirkanoj postelji,
Uzjahanu od grofa sa sinocnjeg bala.
Enigma ljubavi i mržnje,
Pretocena u boje vjecne mladosti
Nikada nece napustiti ram
Skrojen od vašeg i mog licemjerja,
Ram u kojemu cuvam
Sibilu,
Dok (mi) je loše glumila Juliju.
Ma šta znate vi,
Praznodušni...

Where is a bird of death?
The flame of love
Here, is burning in the HEART.
Mind is thirsty,
Body is thirsty,
Soul is in deep THIRST.
Desire for seeing you
Eyes are in hope my SHYAM
Big Teardrops ask
When will you meet
My Prabhu Shri RAM !

When one is lonely and shy
and the whole world is passing by,
play this little game although quite tame,
key in your name in the anagram frame,
take flight from commonality
to change one’s personality
you may find it gives one a boost
a character from a novel by Proust,
aid one to participate, in a wee dram
become a sophisticated, Rash Horny Ram!

ARIES is an ancient constellation but wasn’t
recognized until nineteen twenty-two,
Eugène Delporte was the astronomer
who outlined the longitude and latitude.
Best seen in the Northern Hemisphere
in the late Winter and early Spring,
Aries lies in between Taurus’s
magic while listening to Pieces sing.
Aries is the first sign of the
Zodiac in the universe’s Astrology,
the Ram’s fleece was sought
by Zeus in Greek mythology.
This constellation is ranked
number thirty-nine in size
out of the eight-eight total;
it’s not very visual to the eyes.
Alpha Arietis is the brightest star
creating the mighty Ram’s head,
Beta and Gamma are two other
stars making the horns instead.
The three stars are the most well
known stars in this constellation,
bringing the robust Ram to life,
when you use your imagination.
The Chinese see ARIES as double
twin inspectors, not a Ram outline,
and the Marshall Islands see a
porpoise, not an astrology sign.
Full of hot rage and fierce fire,
and full of strength, I definitely am-
The first sign of the zodiac,
for I am a red hot... AIRIES RAM.

Evergreen wreath encircled beauty
Beauty adorned with berries and ribbon
Ribbon of gold or reddish hues
Reddish hues like the blood of Jesus shed
Shed for eternal life to give
Giver of the holy spirit and remover of our sins
Encircled beauty adorn my heart's door
