So many nice people today…so nice.
God had mercy on me, not once…thrice.
I needed that. Kindness of doctors,
Kindness in the supermarket. …and cake,
but that’s just the frosting on the top.

The supermarket worker told me
they were trying to be extra nice
to each other today…funny that!
Turns out a lady gave birth in aisle 7 or 9.
That is seventh heaven or cloud nine.

Heaven sent, all this niceness.
Hope you had a nice day today too!
Have a N I C E weekend too!
Love you Soupers!

Niceness

My joy
I glide in the wind
I soar, circle and turn
Like I am an eagle.
The feeling is free.......
Liberated, elated.

Niceness............
The heart is arid no more
Rains of love have soaked
The expanse is now green
Life shoots once again
Promise conceives.

Premium Member The Naughty and Niceness of Winter Days

The naughty and niceness of Winter days
A blizzard of hate or blanket of snow?
Celebrations of violence or praise?
Will unity of man wither or grow?*

The naughty and niceness of Winter days…
Drunkenness and malice toward God and man,
Blasphemy on every carolers tongue,
Attempted destruction of heaven’s plan…

The naughty and niceness of Winter days.
Alms for the poor - blankets and coats accord.
Open hands for strangers, widows, orphans.
Cornucopia: meat and milk - God’s word.

The naughty and niceness of Winter days.
A blizzard of hate or blanket of snow?
Celebrations of violence or praise?
Will unity of man wither or grow?

The naughty and niceness of Winter days.
The purchase of souls for evil or right?
The glory of God or the deepest night?
Saints of the Holy Spirit obey.

The naughty and niceness of Winter days.
Does a cross on your back sound inviting?
A night of cold, labor, and loud mooing?
In the end it’s Christ who does the consoling.

The Father, looks on, far above the stars,
Sees the naughty and niceness of one’s days.
Those willing to forego a fortnight’s pleasure.
One’s years spent serving Him in the desert.

The naughty and niceness of Winter days
A blizzard of hate or blanket of snow?
Celebrations of violence or praise?
Will unity of man wither or grow?

Niceness Not Nasty

Being rude, nasty and mean
Is something that should not be seen
Problems need to be talked out
With kind words-- not screams and shouts
Its not a problem or a bother
Niceness goes a whole lot further
Harsh words and fights just lead to
Sorrowness for me and you
If anger starts to burn inside
With fury that we can not hide
Take a breath and count to ten
Before it builds back up again
Doing things we might regret
Taking a step back will let
The anger start to fade away
And words of sorry we will say
Making things from wrong to right
And learning from this hurtful fight
Thinking before words are said
That can cause a lot of dread

Daily Niceness For Everyone

I'm always nice to those I meet
A hello smile with each greet
Of my neighbors every day
Cloudy skies will go away
Turning sadness into laughter
So maybe a little after
Their heart will be full of light
Sleeping soundly through the night
Waking up with joy and peace
Darkness and pain will decrease
As each new day starts again
New friendships will soon begin

Define Me

Define Me!

Moth I be the man you ought,
or am I becoming him you thought
I should belongs?
Perhaps who throngs.
The course doesn't visibly tell.
For it has cost to the last drop of well!
Knowledge I know not where to cut cord,
Experience have lived less enough ford
Though must I have been like new maid
Sweeping to glitter with ambitious spade
Where they belong not nor throne a minute
Even in the mere of nobody that limit
Besides, am vocalness less to define myself
A being you gave all in yourself
And niceness owns none.
