The Astonishing Serenity of Eventide

A kaleidoscope of azure and intense tangerine,
resonating beauty so peaceful and serene-
My eyes are raptured from the sun descending,
the most astonishing sight I’ve ever seen.
Soon the ebon sky shall arrive with dusk ascending.

Breathtaking and elegant I see nothing but appeal,
there are no metaphors to describe just how I feel-
With each blink of my eye the scenery modifies,
and with each transformation my heart does heal,
bringing resplendency to life with the closing of the skies.

Peach sapphire radiancy with staggering desire,
a long day of sunshine turns into eventide fire-
The day is concluded with heaven’s sweet abyss,
twilight approaches as tranquility I do acquire.
I watch the stillness appear as the intimate clouds kiss.

No sights can be seen with this much placid repose,
it’s time for rest for the weary as daylight comes to close-
Soon dawn will arrive with a new artisan hue,
and all things mother nature brings in marvel shall expose.
Now it’s time to bid farewell and say with awe... adieu.

Obsessive Compulsive Poet

insomnia night after night
restlessness tense & disturbed
lying awake the mind modifies
mutates
preceding delusional dreams
consciousness remains alert
creative and mindful words emerge
falling like puzzle pieces
perfectly clear
brain on the ball
title transparent
insomnia creates
another verse

and so it continues.. imagination
inspired though sleepless despair
bedside lamps beam gentle glow
ingenious words emerge and flow
finally...
morning light sets insomniacs free
another poem is shaped
fashioned—complete
elated euphoria
compulsive fixation
communicating
another verse

Premium Member Pristine And Untamed

Wild
pristine
and untamed,
nature feels free
unfettered by time
or arrogance of Man.
She is part of everything
half creator, half destroyer;
She is the architect of all life,
all its beauty and abominations.
Connected in a fundamental way
we appreciate Nature's artwork;
like painting the sunset scarlet
and inking the sky crimson,
or apple-blossom pink.
But She also hosts
hurricane winds
volcanoes
fire and
ice.
From
scented
orchids to
ugly vultures,
nature modifies
and diversifies life;
altering environments.
Forcing life to adapt or die,
allows for more varied creations
on Earth's ever-evolving forms of life.

The Adjective As a Detective

Lieutenant Adjective snoops
about the crime scene seeking
forensic evidence to catch
the prime suspect
with a warm clue to match
the DNA in a way that puts
the suspect there
at the time of the murder.
The sleuth modifies
his perspective by staring
at the spot on the wall
upside down sideways,
up close and at a distance.
He’s tenacious.
As a qualifier par excellance
he will close the case
with unkempt elegance
and with the usual dire consequence.

The Existance of a Belief

As the dust starts to settle in
Rejoice into the holy spirit
A memorable occasion has been achieved
The tongues have been spoken
As the wind starts to unwind
Rejoice into the word
A memorable occasion has been conquered
The sins have been shown
Be grateful,

It is the glory of the Lord
That Modifies the path
A blessing in disguise
It is the manifestation of a belief
That achieves the performance
A uniqueness of an individual
The human being at its best,

As the sea starts to rotate
Rejoice into the movement
A memorable occasion has been seen
The tongues have been released
As the clouds starts to clear
Rejoice into the fresh air
A memorable occasion has been selected
The blessing have been given
Be honored

Love Is Pain

i dwell in the cage of happiness
with no surprise at any moment
with full protection from the gods
nature controls and modifies me
my all happenings are guided
no feelings from within i had
only wen i met the angel to know
full of surprise and emotions in her
a moment with her seemed a second
for the first time i realized myself
all i could do with a blink of an eye
was no longer gone but within
when the moment came to depart
not for any reasons i can recall
not for a word i said depressing
not for the voice i changed to kill
all within i felt pain all over again
to discuss wasn't a problem at all
with strangers i can't really tell
happiness suddenly changed
then it will never be again to say
only hope i have to reclaim back
all i had is lost never to be found
but only the feelings of love still remains
in my heart is like a dry well
awaiting for favors from gods
to rain to re transform its beauty
this time i feel and can see
not all that glitters is gold
not all white is snow.
love has no end but pain n pain

Table Mountain

Oh,what a mountain
It's structure distinguishes it's history
Muttering of the wind
Oh,what a mountain
It's uniqueness Modifies it's existence
Whispering of the sea
Is this an embarkment of history?

It should be told as it is
As it should be admired the way it is
Magnificent as it sits on top of the land
It should not be compared to any
As it should not be ignored of it's importance
Breathtaking as it is been viewed
Is this a modification of history?

Oh,what a mountain
It's shape labels the land
Muttering of the forest
Oh,what a mountain
It's history emphasize its existence
Whispering of the ocean
Is this the true essence of history?

Mathematics

Motivation of complexity,
A web of mystification where
The beauty of numbers emerges…
Holding the meaning of logic, of
Equality, of righteous thinking,
Making the world more meaningful,
As it modifies what is unknown… its
Trance enraptures the minds of many,
Illuming the world with brightness, with the
Chants of knowledge, that continuously
Sing along with its numbers…

My old mate, Dan, has a hole in his roof
It’s really not like him to tell you the truth
He maintains his house so it’s sound as a pound
But I don’t know why he’s nowhere to be found

Dan’s a war hero and part time inventor
He goes nowhere near that new furniture centre
He modifies ordinance for a new purpose
He’s fitted his house out with World War Two surplus

His sofa is seats from a Douglas transporter
That ditched, in the war, in the sea off Gibraltar
His armchair came out of an old war plane too
But that’s not here either, and that’s a big clue

That hole in the roof that shouldn’t be there
And also the fact of the missing armchair
Which once held an airman the war couldn't beat
I’d bet that armchair was an ejector seat

The Diversity

The difference in culture
Formulates unity among the nation
The difference in languages
Modifies the uniqueness of the nation
Created to be
As the oceans bends with the weather
Know that God exists
You are the manifestation of a dream
As the lies that have been told are showing
Know that the truth has prevailed
You are what you are
It is been said
The difference in religions
Formulates blessings among the nation
The difference in societies
Modifies community
To be different.

Sexiness

It's not about what you wear
Is about how you feel
What you feel inside
The components of a human being
Being yourself

Feel the texture
As it emphasizes the feelings
Feel the movement
As it modifies the human being
In you

It's not about what you represent
Is about how you present it
What the tongue can emphasize
The ingredients of a human being
Being you

Existence

A toddler unrobes the secret
of death. Modifies the circadian
rhythm of honeybees, opens the
daisy clock. Cage of tears.

The virus had the acrid odor
of sulphide. Decay. It never happened
before. Spring was helpless. Primrose
forgot to secrete the nectar.

Stones were everywhere,
on beds, fabrics, eyes and berets.
The white walls were painted with
blue camels. Smiling ?

A cold moon walks on coiled snakes
consuming the venom of incendiary itch.
The grey people were dancing on broken
glass. Blood will make the visitation.

Natures Play

The moon’s luminous rays draw a silhouette on the stage
Enhancing the creativity for this nature play
And there was light cast upon the background
Exemplifying another realm which we may not really know

Nature’s cast performance is unequivocally astounding
Orchestrated by harmonious melodies
There is no curtain fall or intermission for this play
It’s perpetual and rewarding for those who contemplate and reflect

Today’s play will resonate into tomorrow, it’s unending
With only a slight variation in characters and background
There is neither rehearsal nor narration; each interlude has its own style
Nor will you discover a plot or a scenario.

The synopsis of this play exemplifies what is bestowed upon us
Which are the same events only obscured from our vision.
Perhaps somewhat of a different version, because nature modifies every day
is there purpose to reflect what has been seen or are there subliminal reflections?

Sounds of nature which are not heard, unless you are present
Sights which are never seen, unless you are there
Plato’s allegory of the cave, images orchestrated by the glowing fire
Nature encompasses our domain, which we must look beyond our realm to acquire these essential fundamentals of reality

Enrichment and motivation can flourish the mind and establish new awakenings.
Ascertain the meaning of this other life that we do not live in, nor do we belong within,
nature has its own establishment of its inhabitants and ambience
we must appreciate this presence which was here before mankind set foot

Did you not hear the melodies of the song sparrow and mockingbird?
Nature’s serenity and majestic awe could provide an aspiration to return

If you miss the today’s play, wait , ‘Until tomorrow’.

Hearts of Gold

People grow up,
     people transform...
     Thoughts diversify,
     acquire novel wills,
     other desires ...
But the heart does not modifies ...
     It's the same...
If the soul is virtuous ...!

Magic of Words

Magic Of Words

How easy it becomes,
a word of love,
when uttered.
A word of peace,
when fluttered .

The magic of word “please”,
and the fracas ceases to leave.
We may keep it plain,
before our skin gets to wane.
To let frown be a smile,
to let walk together for miles.
How simple becomes the life ,
when choice of words are right.

The magic of word ” thank you “,
for all that has been done for you.
Without counting your own,
done, dusted and thrown.
Just one thing keep in mind !
It’s the words that keep us bind.
Life isn’t that serious,
until the effect of words are furious.

It’s the magic of the word “sorry “
The gloomy set up, modifies to glory.
To the tragic,
It’s the magic.
When the words are pure,
they do work, for sure.
