Best Mechanize Poems
1. Young, old, healthy, sick such plasticity
the clean or not, such flexibility
your side is always strong in the pull
for once, darkness should smile and overrule
none wants to be a part of this album
inevitable is its growing sum
your statue, no one will build and erect
even the bad hate your path so direct.
Chorus
To some, you snow job
with sweet berries of carelessness
to others you set a trap in a gorse
you’ve added my boy to your tinder
no matter your might
the rough road to your dungeon
will never be tarred.
2. Such innocent face you made a mug shot
against his sacred existence you plot
when a specific borderline door bangs
on everyone connected, sorrow pangs
he struggled hard but you labored the point
bit by bit and slowly, you cracked life’s joint
the market smiles to the sea through the wharf
when taken, life is stunted and a dwarf.
Chorus
To some, you snow job
with sweet berries of carelessness
to others you set a trap in a gorse
you’ve added my boy to your tinder
no matter your might
the rough road to your dungeon
will never be tarred.
3. Why is your cell a permanent station?
Why are you above human reaction?
You trace and follow him with dark time lords
so much pain has always been your known style
sits as the king of the dark for a while
sapping souls you now cruelly mechanize
more you want, your aim is not fertilized.
Chorus
To some, you snow job
with sweet berries of carelessness
to others you set a trap in a gorse
you’ve added my boy to your tinder
no matter your might
the rough road to your dungeon
will never be tarred.

Lyric
Once a poet is done psychically with his or her craft
With the vernacular of his or her masterpieces
It’s the role of the readers to add mentally missing pieces
Parts, ideas, images, a few words and a sophisticated shaft
To mechanize, modernize or upgrade the messages
A poem is, of course, a piece of writing in process
It’s a bubbling melting pot, where many things are amiss
For many logical or purposeful reasons and for excuses
Which are existentially beyond the scope of countless texts
Poets are generally perplexed and write under pretenses or pretexts.

Small, Medium At Large Units...
Define paradigm since time
immemorial does find
me defied, electrified, and generated
fascination within my mind,
despite spacious essence invisible to blind
people, or even those blessed to find
pointed laser insight more pertinent
when a visible beam shined
into infinite void of space,
where coordinates aligned
since humans stood erect
to measure existential blocks assigned
within very brief span that consigned
an average life on terrestrial
firmament more of a grind,
when omnipotent self importance
mandates no child shall be left behind,
yet unwittingly civilization dictates
everyone must be forcibly inclined
to synchronize, mechanize, and harmonize,
their every breath entwined
analogous to a pinned insect specimen
semi restricted to maneuver within
nebulous unseen all encompass
sing fourth dimension since...
my Neanderthal ancestors
huddled around protective hearth
yet,...no idea when,
(whether before
my conception, in utero, or at birth)
my noggin got gripped
with names woolworth
their weight in precious
gems or even salt
(steeped from legacy bygone ancient
civilizations) linkedin lightly
peppered planetary girth
various passages of time,
each mortal allotted on Earth
(measured in seconds, minutes,
hours, days, weeks, months...)
one season does leave,
and another one fall lows win touring
Santa's sleigh for those who believe
conveniently evinced as sands
slipping down humongous sieve
denoting reasons for joy or to grieve
and inquisitiveness attuned
when every stations broadcasts
countdown by Jeeve
parsing segments, not only prompting
objectives I did satisfactorily achieve
(during another orbit of Gaia,
when passage of time
signifying poignant heave
ho every New Year's Eve),
but really the entire ticking
tocking clock scaffold
poses as an artificial construct,
as well the jolly green giant
with one or another
expansive FLOTUS on his/her greensleeve.

Free verse
Oh, hail the champions of the couch potato throne,
Whose true inspiration is laziness alone!
From the depths of sloth, great inventions arise,
A tribute to those who prefer their dreams to the skies.
The remote control, a marvel of our time,
No more adjusting; we’ve reached our prime!
With just a flick of the wrist, oh what a delight,
To change the channel without leaving our site.
Cleaning is tedious or so one did claim,
So they invented the vacuum, and we’re forever in their fame!
No more scrubbing and toiling on hands and knees,
Just let that machine do the work, if you please!
Ah, walking, who wants to do that, I say?
It’s tiresome and boring, let’s drive instead, hooray!
With vehicles zooming, we speed past the grind,
Why take a stroll when you can leave all that behind?
And farming, oh farming, what a back-breaking chore,
One bright soul thought, “Let’s mechanize more!”
With tractors and harvesters, the fields are now neat,
All hail the lazy who made our meals sweet!
So here’s to our sweet lazy folk, we salute you,
Your capacity for finding ways to do nothing is true!
With fantastic bliss, you redefine hard work,
Living is hard enough; let’s not go berserk!
Work smart, not harder, is the motto we cheer,
Why sweat and toil when the solution is clear?
With AI to assist, the future is bright,
Let’s embrace our laziness; it’s our shining light!
Laziness, dear friends, is no longer a jest,
It’s a celebration of comfort, and we’re truly blessed.
The bulk of our science, our knowledge, our creed,
Born of the need to make life easy indeed.
So let’s raise a toast to all those who conspire,
To find the easiest way, lifting our hearts ever higher.
Impressive achievements from the effort of none,
In the heroics of laziness, we’ve already won!
