Screw No Right On Red!!!

15 and searching for love
I don't know what I give
Like soaring on the wings of dove
I just want to find one to live
For them and only them
So I can feel complete
I want the epitome of men

Beautiful,
Kind,
Cool,
Thoughtful,
Smart,

And all I ever wanted for me
Was to have her by my side
Mabey I'm selfish and just need
But if she were here for this ride
Life would never be down
And I'd never touch the ground
On top of the world I'd stay
Stars would sway
Like idols make fans shift
We would control the time rift

Light like the moon
We are brighter than the Sun on the desert dunes
We don't sleep for days
Cuz parties would come in waves
Our fun wont ever end
Again and again
Swiming in the rain
Lets take a Tokyo bullet train
Boating off the Alaska cost
We have love to boast
That we can see
All there can be
Not just alone to wither
We are traveling together
I wont ever let go
No more weeks alone
And on I'm living
You give the need for my heart to keep beating

Later on through the years
After blood sweat and tears
I want more than just you and me
I want all we can be
A kid or two
With the house and my Corvette painted electric blue
What would I care
Cuz you be there

I might be getting greedy
But I want to treat you to all your wants and needs
Now that the kids are off its just Us again
No need to say when
Our time to finish what we started
Until at last we are parted
But instead lets meet
At the doors of peace
Then the Really fun begins
The won to stop last wins

Edna St. Vincent Millay
From
The Harp-Weaver and
Other Poems
(1923)

Oh, oh, you will be sorry for that word!
Give back my book and take my kiss instead.
Was it my enemy or my friend I heard,
"What a big book for such a little head!"

Come, I will show you now my newest hat,
And you my watch me purse my mouth and prink!
Oh, I shall love you you still, and all of that
I never again shall tell you what I think.

I shall be sweet and crafty soft and sly;
You will not catch me reading any more:
I shall be called a wife to pattern by;
And some day when you knock and push the door,

Some sane day, not too bright and not too stormy,
I shall be gone, and you may whistle for me.

Dating, oh! so much fun doing new things
This person is perfect in every way
Movies, popcorn shared, touch, a brush, heart sings
Just want that caress, the arm around stays

Now awaken to another day, no play
No brushes, that gentle caress gone, left
Control norm, making demands, no sun rays
No! I will not go to a movie, daft

Dying spirit on the inside daily
Longing for love, acceptance, fun again.
Could be just a walk in the woods baby
Sitting close or lying on couch in den

Soon I'll be gone no longer home near
I'll go out to find myself, my soul, love

(I enjoy reading a number of poets. Edna St. Vincent Millay is just one of
them. I wrote this one after reading hers above. I have heard so many women
complain after just a short time of marriage how they are treated. Then I was
reading Millay and saw things are the same as then.)

Love

LOVE ,
IS A FEELING

LOVE ,
IS SOMETHING THAT IS GOOD

LOVE ,
IS HARD TO EXPLIAN

LOVE,
IS TO GAIN FROM OTHERS

LOVE ,
IS A FEELING THAT COMES NATURLLY

LOVE,
IS FUN TO FEEL

LOVE,
IS SOMETIMES HURTFUL

LOVE,
IS A FEELING THAT CAN LAST AS LONG AS YOU WANT

LOVE,
IS TO GIVE TO SPEACIAL PEOPLE

LOVE ,
IS FUN IF YOU LET IT BE

LOVE,
IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT

LOVE ,
WILL ALWAYS STAY WITH YOU

Premium Member Lazy Afternoon In Three Forms

Lazy afternoon
snuggled within your embrace
love is in the air

Soft whispers we share
of the years that have gone by.
memories drift in,
of all the fun we have had
while raising our two children.

Then soft, we drift to sleep
on kisses, contented sighs.
no other poetry scene
compares to this time

Am I Living a Lie?

friday morning
off to work in your best clothes
home 3 hours late from work

can't get out of the city...
but you were there and back in three hours

went shopping
picked up furniture

must have been busy traffic

you get annoyed when i bring up these insecurities
but the past has taught me
if i need to ask if there is something going on
there probably is

a little bit of truth to every lie
no fun with guilt feelings
two lovers fighting over their own love
love you came into have
kept at arms reach

with all the worst case scenarios playing out in my head
you not disproving very many of them

love is that sense of security two people bring to eachother
the proving one another can be trusted

never seen you dolled up for me before
but have fun at work

Premium Member Dream and Reality

It’s all over
The fun ended
Celebration ceased
The party done
We must continue
Normal activities
Daily things resume
As we continue
The days are filled
Work goes on
The fun is over
We must now focus…
…The wishes still looked for
Hope still strongly envisioned
The dreams of those days
Are still looked forward to
Maybe someday it’ll all come true
Being that it’s such a wish
The world goes on forward
Whether its dream or reality
One day they might just merge
Joined together in wonderment
United in total bewilderment
Blended into the same entity
It’s a hope for the future
