The realm of beauty I once Knew
Exists no more, it's remnants few
No harvest moon. No shooting stars
No lollipops, or chocolate bars
No Ferris wheels. No gentle breeze
No butterflies or apple trees
No lily pads. No ebbing tides
No summer days, or blushing brides
No rolling hills. No fields to sow
No rainbow skies, or mountain snow
No sun to shine. No clouds of cotton
and soon these things will be forgotten
The realm of beauty I once knew
Has left this place, so I shall too.
Does upon this kingdom of wiseacres tribes
“Realize”
that bona fide beauty is adept its component of flesh
it is but beauty alone that occupies radiance
for itself only shall emit distinction
to play lark accurately from within
beauty is no less successor of serenity
as it to is flexibility of all sin
the mere flesh a skeleton shall bare
is to be inspired solely from the root, emotions master
of which the skeleton so rightly encloses
of the uttermost protected, vulnerability from human hand
the bearer of our fears
the ruler of our breath
its gentility creates sight into naivety
bequeathing each drawn day a reason for life
as is not to alls insight futuristically
the exposed flesh may only breed conceit
of all superficial peepers
where else a glowing aura shall outshine when content
it may nor can survive justification
simply as an optical illusion
beauty is aglow burning within each individual
natural beauty is the efflorescence of interpretation
Bona fide beauty may be felt
It is the diagram profoundly sketched
Within humanities heart!

"Come closer, you kids, let me tell you a story:
now you all see that there morning glory? Well
that was the blue of this little boy's eyes, born
right in this village; they named him Eli."
"Those eyes had lashes so black and so thick,
it sure was enough to make all us girls sick!
And his skin, do Jesus, was flawless and pure,
and smooth as this ole couch is, what's made of velour."
"Lord, he was held, he was never put down.
We girls took to totin' him all around town.
His hair was as black as a raven's wing,
and if that weren't enough, good God he could sing!"
"He just opened his mouth and out this voice came,
a voice that could put God's angels to shame."
"Now, y'all know how much fun little kittens can be?
But then they grow up, just filled with ennui.
Well, just like them kittens, Eli grew up, but he
was conceited and downright stuck-up!"
"Well, our village, we raised him, and we saw our mistake,
but by that time, humph, it was far too late.
He decided to grace the wide world with his presence,
get away from the village and all of us peasants."
"When he hit the big city, he was shocked and perturbed:
No one fell at his feet, no one praised him with words!
Perplexed and confused, he stared at his face:
his eyes were still blue, his complexion still chaste."
"His hair was still shiny and black as the night,
and his teeth were still even and perfect and white."
"What's wrong with these people?" he wondered out loud,
"Why isn't my beauty drawing a crowd?"
"Yes, he was still just as handsome, he touched his smooth chin,
not knowing true beauty lies under the skin."
"Well, what happened to him?" the children all asked,
"Did he come crawling back home, sad and downcast?"
"Naw, he actually did make it, he became quite a star,
he had the big houses, the money, the cars.
And girls flocked to him, but didn't stay long,
and he never did figure what always went wrong."
"So he died old and bitter, in his penthouse above:
childless and joyless, still filled with self-love."

The river flows in you,
Just as you flow in life
So
Embrace the beauty
Embrace the pain
Take a look around you,
See what life can give
Have you seen the last sunrise?
Have you danced in the rain?
Have you looked at the last daybreak?
God has given it to us all,
For our sake
The river flows in you,
just like flow of each day
Have you seen the heartache?
Have you seen the pain?
Have you seen the joys and the beauty that you gain?
Take a look all around you
Really, look around you
Shouldn't you be in awe for all the beauty that you take?
Dont take it for granted
No, never take for granted
Its given for all our sake
So i ask, dont you believe in all that you receive?
The River flows in you
So Show compassion
And
Give thanks for all the moments that you make
Cherish every second
Love all around you
Gain strength from the pain
And
The heartbreak
You get this life only once
You dont get to do this again
Your true beauty lies right underneath the surface

Your true beauty lies
right
underneath the surface
And it cannot
be seen by most
Except for your friends
and your loved
ones who are truly close
Yet your outer beauty
may only be temporary
Embrace it with passion
and enjoy it while it lasts
Because it will
fade away quickly
But no matter how old you get
try to remember that your inner
beauty will always shine through
Because your true beauty
lies
right underneath the surface
Form:
It’s not all too obvious to the naked eye;
You have to pause and think and ask yourself “why?”
It’s not superficial, although, often beauty is there,
You have to look deeper to find beauty beyond compare.
Deep inside the heart of Earth’s crust,
Hidden amid the many layers of dirt and dust
Is a wealth of beauty for us to behold:
Sapphires and diamonds and nuggets of gold.
On the face of it the portrait may seem bland,
Nothing really special, nothing all that grand
And yet, with a little restoration and loving care
We can find the true worth that was always there.
If the same principle in life is applied
Then of people’s true beauty we won’t be denied;
We’ll recognise how beautiful they really are
And feel all the richer for it and be happier by far.
Inner self can hide
For only a short time
Grass that appears greener
Could be covered with slime
Exterior shells wither
Jewels loose their luster
While true beauty shines true
Where love and joy cluster
Choose wisely my friends
Look beyond the facade
Outward beauty duplicated
Is merely decoupage
Discerning eyes can see
Beyond the thin veneers
Courses can be corrected
When love, not lust, steers
the hardest thing to resist
the one thing we truly love
the one thing that gets us truly all caught up
the touch of a hand
the beauty of a woman or even a man
the thought of being next to you
always under your command
the sweet smell of your hair
even on a dare
i'd stare at your beauty and tell you
your rare
you make it hard to resist
the look in your eyes, the style you ware
i am so tempted i have to beware
Sometimes the beauty of life,
Isn’t so easy to see.
There are lots of things causing pain,
For you and for me.
It is masked or clouded,
Seeming to be gone.
Almost disappearing,
For oh so long.
But there is something,
That we all need to remember.
Whether you can see it or not,
It is always there.
The beauty of this world,
Cannot be destroyed by despair.
The sun will still shine,
And flowers will bloom.
Love will be heard,
Throughout every room.
Rivers flow,
Clean and pure.
Green grass growing,
Over hills it’s rolling.
The moon shining through,
The midnight black sky.
All the little things,
You see everyday
Make the beauty
That never goes away.
So when you can’t see it,
Just open up your eyes.
Stand tall,
And look towards the skies.
Because the beauty,
Will always be there.
Form:
Defiler of the world of beauty
belay the brush of ignorance
let not their feeble sigils
mar the majesty of mountainside.
May poverty’s rant
pierce a more appropriate heart.
Stroke with brush, paint and text
upon the face of greed and gluttony.
Waylay the money lenders
and with the prick of needle portray
their crimes in kind upon
each homely chest.
Graft in word and deed
find fees in revolutionary hands
rip the clubs of the rich
from their calloused grip.
Let the light of beauty sooth the poor
foul not the face of grace upon the granite hill.
Take notice of all the beauty that surrounds you.
He is alive; the truth is inside your heart so true.
Everyone has doubts at some point, all of us do.
Emerald a jewel with such beauty with glitter too,
My spirit has faith even when my mind says for who?
Each and everyone have had misery without a clue.
Reality sets in when heartache has blackened hue.
Angels are deliverers and bearers of what is new.
Let’s just take a glance into a baby’s eye of blue.
Delivered upon this earth with a delightful coo,
Only one entity could bring a miracle like this.
Freedom of life and choices of human bliss,
Take another look around you each new day.
Hear the power he conveys; see the life at play.
Exemplified by his words, as well his loving way,
Since the birth of our generation, we have labored strong.
Preparing for what we have known and to just belong.
Inspiration of the soul lacking, have our hearts been wrong.
Richly in everyone’s heart, there is a space that has a song.
Individually we have one moment, and then we knew it all along.
Till the Emerald spirit glistens, we realize, we are among a throng.
Young girl watches as her mother is raped
The blood in her body runs cold
Her fear is shown with every tear
Noone there to stop the crulity that is taking over
A village being cleansed of culture
As my mother lays dead
I scream to the demon
You may take my body to hell
But never my spirit
As the life is removed from my being
I am free of fear no more a single tear
From above I watch as my village is slaughtered
The clearest of river now pours red
The beauty of my land is now devils land
A domination of men of power I spit on them
A dirty word as they are nothing except murderous evil souls
Day by day year by year hour by hour minute by minute
So many lives are tortured as they die with the massacres
An elimination of ethnic wonders are now silent
Men women the youngest of child and the oldest around
All to be set aside in a grave of brutal domain
Fire burns its fiery its vision is angered
Savage men violently eliminate the undesired ethnic ones
They hold inner weakness of a blinded power
To intentional murder in such unforgiving crimes
There is no excuse for man to be so unconcerned
An intimidation far from beauty as nature once conserved
Now my innocences within my spirit walks by holding my mother's hand
As we now are free from such evil times within man
All love and blessings to the victims of Ethnic cleansing may there souls now run free ...
Beauty contained radiates quietly
Elegant like Wisteria neatly pruned
On a trelllis with blooms weeping lightly
Grace and beauty sending a merry tune
Beauty running wild up and down the streets
Is like Wisteria running through tall pine trees
Pretty for a very short time one of spring's facets
Someday will die from lack of root strength disease
Tulips with their rainbow of spring colors
Sit still in place letting their beauty glow
Contained bless landscapes with multicolor
Not running here_there still put on a show
Through The Eyes of Your Heart
Have you ever just stopped?
Be amazed by the wonders of this life God has blessed us so abundantly.
To look inside a child's face..the innocence it holds.
No fear yet revealed.
Feel the compassion for the frail person you pass on the street..
Maybe..notice sitting alone on a bench..
Those from in which this life has gave.. and yet took.
Behind their tender smiles they so graciously give..
You can almost see a lifetime unfold..
The tears and laughter..the joy and the pain.
Wrapped in a single smile.
It's all in the beauty we allow our hearts to see.
The mysteries of this life..so breathtaking..
Some.. yet so simple ..
The wind twirling a leaf up into the sky on a crisp Fall day..
The beauty of a snowflake as it falls so gracefully to the ground..
The color filled sunset at the end of a long summer day..
The first glazed frost of Winter..
The beautiful smells of the first blooms of Spring..
The most awesome site as the morning sun rises up ..just over the Eastern sky.
Just stop.
Take it all in..
Look,listen, and feel..
With the eyes your heart has so graciously been given.

While living deep I realise I can
Go deeper still to try and find my man
The man in I that searches and implores
The man that wonders walks along these shores
Amphibian I crawl out from the sea
And brain evolves as something just like me
Then stand up straight and wander on this beach
And pain it strikes when I stretch out to reach
Where is this place and what should I do here
This place that’s full of treachery and fear
There’s awesome beauty also everywhere
Such beauty that a mind can scarce compare
We living things are lonesome and we’re here
Together on these shores we hold so dear
