Like sour milk for a feral cat.

As he rose from the bench, music in hand,
An audible whispered relief rustled...

Funeral Home Grumblings

T’was the night before Halloween, the funeral home quiet.
All the tables were taken, like a frightening, dark Hyatt.
Stretchers were full of our customers too,
Varying shades of red, grey, and blue.
