I'll say good - by now
It's been wonderful
Knowing you.
As I sit and think of us.
And the memories of
having you close to me.
Watching you while you sleep
Touching your warm body
Laying mine next to yours.
Going through the years with you
Knowing you would be there
Now it's time for us to part.
I'll say good - by now.

Verse
The tears fell on my pillow,
as I clinched the flower tight.
The meaning of the color
would keep me awake tonight.
I found the single flower
as I walked through the door.
It had fallen off the table
and, was laying on the floor.
I bent down to retrieve it and
the sweet scent filled my nose.
I held it tenderly, admiring the,
beautiful color of the rose.
A letter from my love was
sitting on a table close by.
I picked it up joyously, to read
words, that would make me cry.
It seems, that he didn't love me
words that he said weren't true.
The rose was only a reminder,
that's why the color was blue.
No red, to say he loved me
Not pink that's for a sweetheart,
Nor yellow for the jealous lover
Blue, forever we would be apart.
Thorns pierce my fingers as the
petals wilt within my hand.
Good-by my precious blue rose,
I'm moving on, you understand.

Rhyme
they gave you a face that lied
the beautiful good-by to the innocence
of children.
lost to the massed screaming frenzy of that lying
god of gold,
you became a puppet of their money machines.
never knowing yourself.
lost in the frenzy of feeding sharks,
ripping out pieces of your life to fill their
bleeding mouths.
you disappeared forever,
a lonely little boy wanting only love.
then they dragged you even out of the grave
to make a few more bucks.
good-by Michael
i wish i could have held you.
for just being a little boy
and not a god.

Poem, my hearts child
I coaxed you from a warm bed
Somewhere before the snow
With sleepy eyes
You didn't want to go
You had to go
Like a doll with too many clothes
Oddly walking, I love you
With too many words
I let you go
But only steps away
As the last leaves departed
leaving there insistence of disorder
They must fall on the paths we make
Even the birth I give you will not last
But today is your day to play
And through your loving hands
Fling them up like rain, to fall
About your laughter
Part words, and your heart
As I let you go
The trees are naked with the truth
they have stripped me bare
Did I tell you that as you were leaving

From “Daily Given & Other Poems”
Good-by, old angel, good-by,
Seems impossible, somehow, to hold you against my strong chest
That temple of pain and misery
Which we try since the last encounter to give them all beauties what is told
Having a fully meaning to their life and they lost.
Good-by, old angel, good-by,
Remember, if you would not mind, by all this society that gain and vanish,
A friend is behind and loves from any proportion and still the sadness I see you leaving
To write a note between the clouds of blue and I may cry a little
But it is all right to have a heaven above me and an angel leans on.
Good-by, old angel, good-by;
I hope God will not be upset in silence for all our talk and pray but none of them shed
That feeling you brought in faith and installation below
The pleasure that grows out of kindness and humiliation
For we have done all we could.
Good-by, old angel, good-by,
Let’s drink a little, while your eyes dry off against the cold breeze of December
Tight up my body for a last moment of family and friends.
Good-by, old angel, good-by. My heart will go with you
Either in procession along the eagles or birds in match and light
Whatever it might they would move.
Good-by, old angel, good-by.
We have enjoyed all the simplicities together, just we two as son and father
Brother and sister and lovers and enemies since the appreciation
Is mutual and we have fun, and not those who had missed your acceptation
Of a constructively friend, but we are not going to blame them or others.
Good-by, old angel, good-by
At this very moment, I cry with the simple pleasures of the earth as you have come
And tried and please do not forget our days, not the one we should
Retain but rather the one we should create a near future.

Dramatic Verse
I guess the Good must have big fist,
sharp horns and tail like wild beast
and hooves and beard, oh, it is sad,
I guess It must be very hairy
to breathe with flame to stamp so scary
to come for you, my dear friend.
Oh, can you hear It walks in glory
The venom flows from fangs, don't worry,
Its tail whips Its sides with wrath
The Good howls frightfully and loud
Its sharpest horns scrape dreary cloud
And It is close to us enough!
I tell you, my capricious reader,
You carry humanism you're leader
I wish you very Good and let
You will remember after meeting
with Good in midnight, what a pity,
my lines and shouting "help", that's pretty,
here's chomping, crunch and you are dead.

Lyric
now i have been forgotten
sun goes also deep sleep
not to be remembered
you speak to me and i can't
hear you
why does this feel so comfortable
stuck in the dark so pitiful
fleeting thoughts never stop
i'm still alone , in this mind
as i walk this lonely road
starry eyed girls swing their wings
beckoning me to come and join them
washed in the pale light of night
the resistance is against the sun too
blocked by no thought instant drama
wasted hours , cemetery relapse
all comes from the dead
forever longing of the morning
even if a storm comes it would
be a change
frightened and isolated in this train
of thought
believing if i could fly i would
so nothing matters on this side of day
good by to night is what i say

Good bye papa my father no more,
your knowledge had nurtured
you talents
had shored;
good bye papa my father no more,
your loins,
from which I sprang
your vision quest
to which I became;
you set my moral compass
north, south, east, and west;
good bye papa my father no more,
through my fleeting teens
to my young manhood
through all my fallacy you well
understood;
good bye papa my father no more

For The Massively White-Haired
And comments on it he'd heard:
The ever youthful old,
Who cannot his vexed arms fold;
Could keep wishing to head hide,
As folks troop out for a ride...
For those Nature ate their pie,
Who would soonest breathe a sigh
And they must recover it
Or fall into nearby pit...
One thing to like about Dye:
To Disliked colors Good-Bye;
The fainter ones on garments
That keep igniting laments;
For Grey Hairs and sickly ones
Every strand changing at once...
Dye for seekers to not die
And help their busy roads ply.

Rhyme
Not being able to go outside and enjoy to the sun
Now this is what I call no fun.
I remember when I could go run in the park
Anytime I wanted to even in the dark
Now there is a evil among us
That is making such a fuss
If this could just go away
So we could start to enjoy our day
All we have is to sit inside
When I want to go watch the tide
If I could go visit my friend
I would see it is on the mend
I know the day will be here
We will all break into cheer
Walking out the door and be free
Its coming wait and see.

Light Verse
What have you given that I've taken away?
A mixture of pain like feelings that twist.
Once we experienced, feeling's of heaven.
We were childlike and happy, yes even glad-hearted.
But our love like the wind it drifted away.
Seen through my eye's a vision of lies,
thoughts followed rain and I followed love.
Love left unburied, reborn left to die.
In a cloud burst of honey and yellow sunshine,
A thick blanket of snow made a white bed for you. swimming by her
and after swimming to far
by luck their upon her,
I came,
she with another and both.
Building castles from sand
was she,
not with the other, instead.
A monument to some mountain
a forgotten ,
or from her deep heart need.
She sculpted
with her own two hands.
Speaking and still she could
as i watched,
her other turning over, to me.
