Beware the morning tiger
Before his first coffee
Look out for the afternoon lizard:
Ectotherm on the sidewalk soaking in other people’s acknowledgement
          On occasion I’m a hummingbird
Seeking life’s nectar while shying away from human contact
               Sometimes I’m a dolphin
Smiling and dancing in the waves
Last week I felt like a beaver
                  Getupgotoworkdomyworkgotobedgetupgotoworkdomyworkgotobed
                  (do beavers even have beds?)
                        Whatever happened to the puppy
Who would romp exuberantly through the day
Eventually collapsing in utterly exhausted joy?

Be wary of the electric eel
Who will zap you if you get too close
Look at the proudly preening peacock
     Hoping somebody will notice me
          Occasionally I’m a jackrabbit
Always on my guard, ready to run away from conflict
               At times I’m a giraffe
Able to rise above the dust of the day
This week I was a worker bee putting in a day’s work
Happy to let the Queen be in charge
Whatever else I may be, I feel like a White Rhino
                         Older, wiser, stronger, endangered

My spirit animal is a zoo
                                                               …or a puppy

The Ultimate Army

Jehovah of Armies
made a count one day
of all His weapons
keeping man at bay

of non leathal weapons
He gave the skunk his stink
and a little less harmless
the octopus' ink

sometimes more is needed
to get a point across
a little pain and fear
to impress a loss

soon there will be no doubt
about how they feel
if just once they touch
the electric eel

always beware of
little thing with wings
some may bite
and some may sting

one final warning
and one final note
a very harsh warning
is a bunt of a goat

but for those who are
less fearful
and bent on adventure
who challenges the snows
and suns of nature

to those that would climb
Gods invisible wall
shatter Gods ceiling
ignore Gods calls

for those who would face
the ultimate threat
the deadliest creatchers
man has ever met

Gods final judgement
more or less

escape from these creatures
the ultimate conquest
you've made it this far
dont stop now
how much more can you defy
Gods laws

you may escape the tigers claws
be just missed by hungry jaws
quick enough to avoid the cobras strike
smart enough not to challenge
the elephants might

witty enough to escape
the anaconda grip
be very careful not to slip

lucky enough to avoid all fangs
with venomous and vicious names
tempting not the bull
to gore
declairing never to stand behind
a mule once more

so far weve made it
still living and breathing
Jehovah of Armies
protecting and scheming

A Fishermans Tale

There once was a young man called Neil,
Who fished with a hook, line and reel.
    He got a few shocks,
    That blew off his socks.
When he caught an electric eel.

    Then Neil cast again, unafraid,
With his bait, rough cut marmalade.
    This time with good luck,
    He found on his hook.
    A smiling, curvaceous mermaid.

Life Beyond The Deep.

Way down deep at the bottom of the sea
where life was busy, as busy as could be.
When the earth was sleeping the oceans were alive.
They say night time is the best when taking a dive.

Way down deep amidst the coral reef
there were fish as big as horses with very sharp long teeth.
Then shoals upon shoals, of all shapes and sizes.
Lobsters and crabs and crabs in disguises.

There are sharks big and small always looking for a meal.
Sting-rays, jelly-fish and the electric - eel.
Oysters and star-fish swim along the ocean bed
and in between the seaweed there are fish that like to
hide their head.

And all this goes on while your
in your beds fast asleep
When you think all's well and quiet
there's life beyond the deep.

The Crying Wild Creatures

THE CRYING WILD CREATURES.
Nzongi Mwero.
Oh, we recall the bygone times,
The days of the golden past,
That chirping with our merry mates,
Flying around the parks,
Gone the joys of the nests,
That freedom restrained,
Coming at our will in parks,
But hindered and chained in the parks.

Oh, we feel painted at our hearts when we recall,
The scene in the parks unsmiling,
No glistering dew drops from the trees,
All big trees were cut down,
We can’t forget that lovely shape of the parks,
That endearing our faces.

Oh, life was real nice in the vernal shade,
Oh, we miss the sweet voices of our brothers in the parks,
Would that we had the strength to break the predators,
What a bad luck have we?
Can we pine for another park?
Brothers let us think of the weapons and tactics,
That we could escape from poachers and predators.

My friend Antelope- You can use your speed in retreating,
You Tortoise- Use your shield or bomb shelter,
My friend Chameleon- You can use the camouflage,
You Porcupine- Please use your swords or bayonets,
My friend Snake- Use your poisoned knife,
You Stunk- Please Use your tear gas or poison gas,
My friend Octopus- Use your smoke screen,
You Electric Eel- Please Use your electric shock,
Then my friend Gecko- You can Use your diversionary tactics,
And finally me Elephant I will Use my tusks.
Everyone has a duty to perform his defensive way,
To deal with poachers and predators,
But still human beings have more brains,
They know how to trap us,
We plead those with good hearted to protect us.

Parks are our shelters,
Rivers are our shelters,
Oceans and lakes are our shelters,
Trees are our shelters,
The land is our shelters.

Oh, we beg you do not harm us,
You live on land- You live on land,
You drink water from the rivers –We live and drink that water,
You get medicine from trees- We live and eat those trees,
You collect foreign money from the parks- We live in the parks,
You use oceans and lakes to travel –We live in those waters.

Oh, we are all world creatures,
Why are you killing us for meat?
Why are you destroying the parks?
Why are you contaminating the waters?
Why are you cutting down trees?
Why are you burning the land we live?
Why are you hunting us for more money?
And already you are getting foreign money due to us,
Please stop hunting us or destroying our shelters.

Something Fishy

When I awoke, I found I was in a different land
stood amongst trees and flowers made of sand
still holding the tv Tuna in my hand.
I walked in through the Crabs side door
and Floundered, couldn't feel my feet any more
they had gone from right under my nose
Why they were there in the first Plaice? Who knows?
The Crab wasn't home, so I left him a note
with no pen or paper, you may ask how was it wrote?
ahh, well, that's none of your business
but all the Fish know how it is.
Through the window, I see horses, oh Seahorses
Something sparked and made me squeal
I just trod on an Electric Eel
A smile Bream-ed wide across my face
as I plugged in my double Bass
rockin' out with Squid and George Martin
having a party in the Octopus' garden.

Oh such a happy place to be, below the waves and under the sea!

Words

Words can hurt and taste like dirt,
but I'm a worm in a polka dot shirt.

Words can be muddy, dirty to feel,
but I swim right by like an electric eel.

Words can be ugly and hard as stone,
but I end them like an unwanted call on my phone.

Words can pierce like daggers and blades,
but I bury them in my garden with rakes and spades.

Words can be pretty when given the sun,
and I mold them like playdough because it's fun.

Words can be whatever the letter sounds say
and the words I love the most are ones that play.

The Chasm

I knew I’d offended you, your smile
of hurt, the one reserved for whipped
spaniels; you use it too.

We didn’t speak as we strolled through
the woodland park , picking up acorns,
dropped by passing tree top squirrels

And when my hand brushed yours, you
pulled away, like a nervous electric eel,
stranded in the rainless mud

I knew I’d offended you.

A Bakery of Bees

A story is often a mish mash jam on a tambourine. Whirling. Ignorant inscriptions incite incorrect information. And a bow in a bowl is not a box nor a bag. Well, normally it isn't anyway. But does a tiger blossom roar at midnight? Is a dimmer switch dim? Could it be that an electric eel can power up to ninety-six cars over twenty months and an optical ocelot is in prime time position on a television schedule. A coat with stripes is useful for racing practice but a chequered coat should only really be used to play a wild energetic game of chess. Pink picture playing pleasing piccolo productively producing pragmatic precision. Dot to dot then sit down. Great isn't it? But a fascinating breath of a near bead is not a breach of beach it is a braking bee. Opinions opulently occur officially announced over orders. So along the crystalized crate it is wise to play billiards. But not too frantically for that is reserved for cute little dust balls whose sweeping causes the passing ants to sneeze loudly in ships. At sea is at sand and at sand is a foray of a fishes' dinner plate at shell mansion. Metres then. Wow. Wouldn't you like to visit an itemised code today? Hahah Vesticular virtual vest versions. Hahaha 2 possums + 6 wallabies = 900, 800, 700, 001 % of a twenty mile koala on a train drinking eucalyptus and gin mix. Xxxxxx platypuses xxxxxx symmetrical Z Z Z Z

Premium Member Life Purpose

Every single individual has an expectation.
We are blinded by our greed and deception.
We expect one leader to set the pace.
Every single day, the hunt seems to advance.

We find what is true in our quest block.
It zaps us with an electric eel-like shock.
It's not the one in charge of our social life.
Between friends or family, we evade strife.

Love and friendship are what we seek.
Or a hill that we must soar to the peak.
We grasp our vitality from the love we feel.
Our freedom is driven in portion by this deal.

If we're lucky, our youth will be sans fear.
We'll dance in the green forests all year.

Proud Cat

It's not easy to thrive as a wild cat,
Though the preys eaten make them cute and fat,
This day,she was humbled,
As pride made her fumbled,
She sometimes lies like a beast on a mat.

Watching her prey with interest to kill,
Her muscles vibrate like electric eel,
Then the prey climbs a tree,
Which she couldn't for free,
Hunger looms today, which is not her will.

The prey smiles as he raises head high,
She looks up with her kids to the sky,
Sky rumbles with a sound,
As she grumbles around,
Rain will not bring him down,so..they cry...

Compatibility

Well theological mists and virtues are neither vermin nor trees on a landscape. But shutting ones door in a euthanasia style erosion is a correspondence and correlation with ones inner worlds. When ejecting from a small plane please adhere to the safety regulations. And regularly inspect harnesses to insure an even footed landing. Especially on a hymn sheet or a gymnasium. Supper time is a superb time for releasing previous gravitational thoughts. Pulling purely playing patio polo. And a whirl from a lemonade in a glass. Grinning. Grinding. Marvellous isnt it? And do make a bread with an inserted diamond. And a cake with an amethyst. Great. Wow. Interesting isn't it? Really long trek through a mountain of sentences is a journey indeed. Good. And goodbye. Desert Dreams

It grows in the desert on cacti.
It needs the heat and colorful sky.
Adventurers love what it brings.
Its a plant that can make you see things.

You feel like you are dancing with a star,
but you have no clue where you are.
They open up your mind to new dreams,
but they can also open up your screams.

Time will slow down and you'll wonder if this is real.
Then you might move around like an electric eel.
This brings more than just a hallucinogen,
it can bring you something called zen.

When you are out there, beware of the coyote,
because he might ask you for some of your peyote.
