Cowgirl Hat Song on CD

She has a cowgirl hat and a set of spurs,
And sometimes she's as gentle as a cat that purrs,
Imagine that....she's my way with words,
And her and I together'd tame a buffalo herd,

Yea! she's the cats meow...can make a racehorse nicker,
Make a wolf pack howl...when our hearts are gettin' quicker,
When we go downtown to dance and drink some liquor,
We get unwound..meet friends...the mood gets thicker,

Imagine that and also this,
I can't resist her country cowgirl kiss,
And that is that and this is this,
She can't resist this country cowboys kiss,

Yea! she's the cats meow....can make a racehorse nicker,
Make a wolf pack howl...when our hearts are gettin' quicker,
When we go downtown to dance and drink some liquor,
We enjoy the sounds of those drums and guitar pickers.

And that is that...along with this,
I can't resist her country cowgirl kiss,
Imagine that...she's my way with words..
Yea! her and I together'd tame a buffalo herd,
Yea! her and I together'd tame a buffalo herd,
My baby has a cowgirl hat......Imagine that!!

Garden Guests

A post from the past.....just trying to put down all the ones I have written but deleted when I left the site for a while......this is almost too long, but I couldn't find which animal or insect to eliminate.....

Gardens attract a number of guests,
Some are welcomed, some are pests-
Let’s peek inside to get a view,
Of what these guests are really up to-

Honey bees pollinate, wasps sting,
Mosquitoes suck, song birds sing-
Crickets chirp, caterpillars putter,
Grasshoppers jump, butterflies flutter-

Aphids cluster, ladybugs twirl,
Katydids hop, pill bugs curl-
Owls hoot, peacocks prance,
Fruit ripens, damselflies dance-

Leaves sprout, dragonflies catch,
Shrubs grow, chipmunks fetch-
Trees shade, breezes blow,
Blossoms bloom, fireflies glow-

Moths destroy, hummingbirds drink,
Earthworms chew, stinkbugs stink-
Ants march, slugs cleave,
Turtles saunter, spiders weave-

Fish swim, lizards climb,
Toads croak, snails slime-
Fleas vault, frogs leap,
Roaches scatter, millipedes creep-

Hawks soar, rabbits munch,
Snakes slither, beetles crunch-
Mites bite, moles scurry,
Walking sticks cling, termites hurry-

Mice dart, ferrets burrow,
Hedgehogs mosey, voles furrow-
Gophers tunnel, thrips rasp,
Foxes chase, grubs clasp-

Possums play dead, fruit bats roost,
Water bugs float, pirate bugs juice-
Woodchucks eat, rats devour,
Squirrels store, seedlings flower-

Gnats annoy, spittlebugs attack,
Ambush bugs take, cicadas extract-
Scaly bugs secrete, squash bugs infect,
Silkworms spin. lightning bugs inject-

Armadillos dig, water scorpions fight,
Woodborers drill, fruit flies alight-
Root maggots scarf, locusts smother,
Harlequin bugs feast, flower flies hover-

Deer nibble, cats meow,
Mealy bugs attach, dogs howl-
Antlions trap, leaf-footed bugs pierce,
Robber flies rob and hornets are fierce-

Nematodes battle, leafhoppers invade,
Cutworms clip, leafminers raid-
Psyllids drain, cabbage loopers inch,
Weevils infest, earwigs pinch-

Vines extend, doodlebugs grab,
Woodpeckers peck, assassin bugs stab-
Raccoons forage, geese parade,
Praying Mantises capture, falls cascade-

Skunks spray, branches sway,
Upon your plants an insect may lay-
Harvestmen walk, lacewings feed,
Some of these guests your garden needs!

Silent, The Castle Doors

********************************************************************************

Stillness held the flower, in distant gazes spilling from their palms...

A cats meow, resounding atop timeless rafters; peering at the stage

About a sixteenth century romance; dramatica, close the castle door

Hush the crowd betwixt breath they keep; frozen in this their heart

As Juliet lifts her tearful blade and Romeo's love, now fast asleep; dreams

Not weep as time does part to gather once more; aneath these stars...

Good Ol'e Hard Garlic salimi and Dried prune Religion

"Dearly beloved, "We are gathered here today to witness,
The wickedness of these times."
"Blessed", fortunately, its ending soon."
To radio stations phone-it.
"Wait!, No!, Next month.
"Taking the kiddies fishing."
"Perhaps we should postpone it."
"Reminds me, of an ole story.
"My, dear neighbor, now long past away."
"Bought a two-thousand watt light bulb."
"Used it to clean the lint from his toe nail."
"Then handed it over to me."
"Which item?", he asks.
"The lint or the bulb?"
"That's for you to decide."
"For extra credit, predict when the bulb burns out."
How the truth sometimes hurts.
For he loves us, and we love Him.
Faithfully digesting a breakfast sermon
Hard garlic salami, and dried prunes.
Oh , dear Paul.
Why was Moses punished?
He loves us.
In spite of our gas masks.
Even blesses our vents.
Just look at me.
I,m sure we meet before.
I,m wearing the inspector Klusoe badge.
Hiding near the back row.
Wearing an "Eddie Haskell", smile.
No mask , though, I,m tough.
I sure would like to tattle, on that darn kid.
Carefully rolling his perfect round gum wad.
Leaving it at the front door.
Tattle on that old fogy.
Hiding a re-cycled stogy.
Near the front bush.
About anybody unannounced,
Can bounce-in, these days!
Hard-core corporate sinners.
Hard working, making this world better?
With what thanks?
To greet the other side in hell?
If we don,t get to them.
Perhaps us as well.
Without Grace.
Sure would like to tattle,
On those arriving at the last minute.
Budgeting time, to edit a grocery list.
Tattle?, to Who?
Tattle on ladies, so easily upset.
If the closing clock, past noon strikes.
They must sell powerfully minted cookies.
Serving such a needed feast.
Considering whats for breakfast.
Dear Jesus, can you explain?
Why you cursed the fig branch?
So Our sports fans can understand?
Boy would I ever like to tattle,
On that little, freckled faced girl.
Sneaking in her kitten.
Us listening, to penetrating competitive "Meows."
"We are the cats meow."
"Not hippo-critters."
So please join Us.
123 altogether sing.
"We love Him."
"We love them."
They love Us."
"Love"," one-another."
Sounds absolutely crazy, doesn't it?

PORTRAIT OF SPOT

PORTRAIT OF SPOT

mr. Picasso
we have a strange cat named spot.
spot is mainly white
save for this splotch on his nose,
pure black and triangular

now some cats meow
but spot cries like a baby
you’ll want to paint spot.
because spot is quite unique.
i’m sure you’ll think him worth while

please don’t take offense
but at the art gallery
i saw your pictures
and you like to distort things
spot has built-in distortion

cats like to cuddle
not spot he stays to himself
switching his black tail
while the others eat he waits
he’s very particular

other cats hate him
they hiss when spot comes around
does this bother spot?
no they hate the way he cries,
how he always gets his way

he knows he’s special
so you might have to beg him
to come and sit for you
and you must treat him super
he knows you’ll make millions

Nashiya Lanae Lee Chiri

Let me tell you a story, from here and now
Of the sunlight, the flowers, the cats meow
One of a girl bright and as beautiful as can be
Siblings she has one, two, and then three

She loves them all with a fierce kinda feeling
A quality quite noble, daddy's girl is revealing
But daddy has her heart ,and he always will
It's strength and unwavering is almost unreal

Has the beauty of her mom,but hers a toothless grin
If ages were closer, she could be Aunt Brittany's twin
Beautiful dark curly hair, framing her sweet face
With strength that can break you with her embrace

Youngest of my grandchildren, the last best of all
She helps me out, likes my stories, and quite a fireball
She still says she misses me and loves me the best
Lover of so many things, she has a wide interest

Nashiya Lanae Lee Chiri a great snuggler by far
But no matter wherever in this life you are
Grandma loves you to the moon and back again
For one whose so young baby girl,my heart you did win

To my baby girl with the toothless grin! Grandma loves you!

The cats meow

What now brown cow is there some sort of contention going on here?
I only wanted to indulge in some small form of nourishment here;
And you can at times provide such a tasty morsel,
I am after all just a cat who desires his occasional saucer.
So how about we come to an agreement;
I’ll keep those certain type of undesirables out of your sleeping area;
And in turn perhaps you might indulge me on occasion.
I do you know so admire those big black eyes of yours;
And in my moments of indulgence’s I imagine swimming in them.
I don’t know maybe I could even love you except it is an impossible love.
You have your place here as the provider of substance for all your little ones;
And me I can’t stay home at night because it’s my time to take inventory.
I’ve got old acquaintances to see, newcomers soon to be in need of my attentions.
But hey what say we jump over the moon tonight?
Right now I can hear a rhyme about us doing just that.
So come on Daisy help a cat out don’t be so predictable just once.

PICKY

Picky child I was
before & still am as
I’m writing this
picky, petite poem –

I am different
now…I’ve changed for
the better, though
it was a challenging
chore
Clever and cheery
teenager I am in the
present and past,
getting used to
foods I once didn’t
adore
Kangaroos hop with
hope happily, tigers
hunt wildly &
sneakily, cats meow
for people food & to
receive a feel-good
rub (independent,
little &
companion-like),
dogs yap for
attention
(dependent, little &
big buddies), ants
gather & work, flies
hover around a heap
of droppings, debris
& remains/deceased
bodies, hyenas
attack & laugh their
tails off, wolves
get into their
private packs, fish
swim playfully with
the family, gofers
barrel & eat up the
veggies from my
garden, cheetahs run
at full speed,
finches chirp their
childish,
changing-up-the-tune
chants, dutiful
dolphins go with the
wave’s ascending &
descending flow,
rabbits hop & chew
on carrots
cheerfully, lions
RAWR & laze around
on fields of golden
grace, bears huddle
with cubs & hide in
solitary, dark
caves, enormous
elephants eloquently
walk about on the
African, swaying
savannas & tons of
terrains much like
California in some
sense, lambs graze
in their
field-of-a-maze,
looking eagerly for
their shepherd,
lizards explore,
roaches scatter
around on the
kitchen & bathroom
floor, bedbugs bite
for the sake of
their sick appetite,
etc. ; is there
something new to
learn every night
and day? (The answer
is yes by deh way) I
guess I have to do
some research and
explore some more on
these subjects –
that’s my next
chillaxing, cool
chore!
Yet, I still go back
to my picky, old,
childlike, yet
innocent habits –
picking foods that I
cherish most and I
implore for more
scrumptious dishes
that I can hardly
ignore & boast about
it more and more
till my mouth
becomes sore! SCORE!
(means SUCCESS!, I
nailed it, or other
definitions behind
it)

Love Me, Love My Cats

Come in, come in, but
Step on no pets.
My cats are rulers of the roost,
And this is as good as it gets

A nut for a jar of tuna,
Is my big Tommy cat.
He refuses to eat salmon,
Can you imagine that?

So cat tacos....
Make my cats meow.
They gather in the kitchen
And beg for them right now.

One of my kitties isn't well.
Poor Dan is in a droop.
I know he will feel better when
I feed him chicken soup.

Cat purrs to haiku

You never feed me.
Perhaps I'll sleep on your face.
That will show you.

You must scratch me there!
Yes, above my tail! Behold,
elevator butt.

I need a new toy.
Tail of black dog keeps good time.
Pounce! good dog! good dog!

The rule for today.
Touch my tail, I shred your hand.
New rule tomorrow.

In deep sleep hear sound
Cat vomit hairball somewhere.
Will find in morning.

Grace personified
I leap into the window
I meant to do that

Blur of motion, then-
Silence, me, a paper bag
What is so funny?

The mighty hunter
Returns with gifts of plump birds
Your foot just squashed one.

You're always typing
Well, let's see you ignore my
Sitting on your hands.

My small cardboard box
You cannot see me if I
Can just hide my head.

Terrible battle
I fought for hours. Come and see!
What's a "term paper"?

Kitty likes plastic
Confuses for litter box
Don't leave tarp around

Small brave carnivores
Kill pine cones and mosquitoes
Fear vacuum cleaner

Want to trim my claws
Don't even think about it!
My yelps will wake the dead

I want to be close
To you. Can I fit my head
inside your armpit?

Wanna go outside.
Oh, no! Help! I got outside!
Let me back inside!

Oh no! Big One
has been trapped by newspaper.
Cat to the rescue!

Humans are so strange.
Mine lies still in the bed, then screams!
My claws aren't that sharp....

Cats meow out of angst
"Thumbs! If only we had thumbs!
We could break so much"

Litter box not there
You must have moved it again
I'll crap in the sink

The Big Ones snore now
Every room is dark and cold
time for "Cup Hockey"

We're almost equals
I purr to show I love you
Want to smell my butt

Oh What a Wonderful Morning-..

Wonderful to have a morning
a morning without form.
To see the day stretch forward
with joy and not forlorn.

Stupendous, marvelous, a morning
a morning undeployed
to raise the sleeping crocus
the school age girls and boys.

Wonderful to have the morning
a morning without form
to listen to the cows moo
the cats meow, a song.

Delightful, dew drops glistening
a morning SO deployed
deployed with only listening
to Nature’s blessed joys.

The night after Halloween

The night after Halloween
It's the night after Halloween
Witches and goblins are gone.
No more tricks but a lot of treats.
Candy corn and candy apples are all that is left of the scary night.
No spooks to scream and no cats meow.
Just an old owl that says whooo
Who is out there on this night after Halloween.

This is it

yup im a drunk
and i don't think much of it
I drink and i vomit
I curse and I yell
I don't go by societies rules
and ill be damned if you tell me what to do
this life is too serious
this drink is to harsh
my cigarettes burn
and my thoughts soothe
the un-forsaken mind
my cats meow too much
my girl likes to complain
my brother asks about money
and my parents about my sanity
but i don't want to talk
i don't want to feel
I want to let loose
and not think
about you
about this world
or about how my life will turn up
I just want to sit back
drink
and relax
is that too much to ask for?

I Am Not Somebody

I Am Not Somebody
Holding up they head they drift write bye.
No water droplets from the rain
could evere slide in there.
They look at everyone else to be nobody there.
Have they ever registered they fellow man.
If it is The Lone Ranger they would quickly look away.
And decide it was noone But Claymore Mine was there.
Why do they decide,
that no one can compare to them.
They are the cats meow,
They do not ever plow or work for scratch.
They carry worth upon they back.
They are somebody.

Heavenly Angels Going Home

When the thunder roar with
A loud angry force

The lightning flash with a keen
Mighty whip

And a violent sweep races over

The land..

And..

The wind sit still

The dogs moan and howl...

And the cats meow with a

Roughness of displeasure

The lightning and thunder humble

With a...

Quietness that sweep over the land

As

A beautiful glow pierce from the

Belly of heaven.

The bells ring out through heaven

Land..

Welcoming his angels to their

New home..

Than..

The water’s spill over

Washing a way the foot prints

Of angels that have walked

Upon this land

The animals all settles and

Weep no more

For they seem the angels caught

Within the glowing light and

Jesus holding their hands

As they

Walke along side Jesus into the

Heavenly light..

The Haunted House

It was located close to my house.
They said that it was an abandoned place
but I didn't see it the same way.
It started to act when
the darkness beat the light.

Repeatedly I heard eerie noises;
Sometimes someone would run;
Sometimes someone would cry.
Cats' meow, and shutting of
doors were turning me insane.

One night as I opened my window;
I scared to death.
The house's windows were closed
But I could see a shadow -
a shadow of a witch.

Her claws were long
and her hairs were ugly.
She was strolling slowly,
I could see her shadow passing
from one window to the other.

A week later three boys
disappeared out of the blue
People searched all the places
but didn't find any clue.
I felt very bad for them.

Since then things got more worse;
I began to hear screams and crazy laughs.
I learnt that the voices are of boys.
Gathering my strength I opened my window again,
And a chill ran down my spine.

I saw them -
I saw the three boys' shadows;
behind the window's glass.
All were looking directly at me.
I hurriedly closed my window.

Next morning, I thought they were alive;
So, I went to the house to investigate.
As I pushed the door, I felt a gush of cold breeze.
I moved forth and saw the three boys'
corpses were hanging with a fan.

My heart started to rattle,
I screamed horribly and ran away.
Next day I heard a knock on my door.
I opened the door and
there was no one.

Suddenly my eye caught an envelope
laying down on the steps.
I picked it up and took out a white paper from it.
I unfolded it and then I began to shake -
It was written in blood - "I'm coming for you tonight."

One stranger than the other

Creeping in the night
Moonlight like stars shine
Grim reapers fly,
Cats meow to the sight
Ashley said "G you gotta go to z"
Z met M, so we all do
Like natives and modern man,
Is it money?
Is it greed?
Is it our imagination?
All I know is that we insane!
From flies to ice
Like sky full of clouds,
Blue as blue and no lies
Questions of a moor.

Riddles die, doors closed
mates pass by Like sports cars speeding,
Red as blood, blood like line
No selection, no chosen one!
Champs and lads to geeks
The personification of personalities,
Body as a vehicle, a coupe with my lady
Fast lane but im cruising,
Sleeping but awake
Eyes shut but I see the light,
Dreams of some sort
Imagination as life, life like juice
Juice so sweet and bread so tasty,
Rain forests and deserts,
now that's a sandwich
Mmmm! yummy.

More red, more roses please
O that's for my lady,
Black robes and beautiful dresses
High men to clergy,
A miller like a scholar
just without the machinery,
Stoners and writers,
To poets and rappers
Constructing words,
building paragraphs
No! we not masons Just free men,

Writing to the mass I hope
they understand my message.

Strange Got Stranger

Cows moo
Cats meow,
Dogs bark like woof-woof
And humans talk:
Talk forever and ever.

Times so twisted these days:
The arm goes round and round!
Like the circles in the sky-
And they collide like men
Disputing in war times,
Moving out when the war is done
And never returning when elevated,
The great memories of the son of man!

Its so hard choosing the chosen one
Whispers from religion
As they swift through the morning light
Enjoying splendor goods and offered
Luxurious service,
"Delivered from evil..."
Six star more than the plane it self,
Seven days for man
Eternity for the consciousness.

Blood running through my veins
Like rivers and oceans flows
Currents of water...cold as cold
Truth so deep it freezes the soul,
Ice cold-four corners
That ice cube but five pointers
As I'm immune.
