Night Caller

Rotating her head
She dipped her shoulders and launched
On silent feathers

In timeless refrain he calls my name,
Beloved come to me.
The waves rush along destinies shores,
I'm submersed in the waters undertow.
Darling weep no more, I've heard
Heartaches pleases, and heed
Necessities urgency
Shall death's black hand receive
Loves sacrifice.
I'm obligated to pay it's price
Know I, he lies beyond infinities gates.
The hell bound serpent shifts at
Wakes deceptive depths.
My body shivers to the cold wetness,
Ashamed laying here amongst the sand.
Tears burning on pale cheeks longing.
Sobbing I'm at devastation door why,
To take ones own life, should he
Beseech me so, to join him on the
Outer edges of Nirvana.
Sweetly, encouraging resolve,
Be still dearest, close your eyes,
And be at peace.
I spoke nothing, just listened
Looking above the heavens seemed
Two reach out.
A tender moments tranquility calmed
Away fears doubt.
Farewell world a silent embrace,
I belong with him,
And he unto me
Far beyond the raging sea
To another place and time.
Forever lost amongst foam and spray.

Premium Member Scam Caller

How do you choose the numbers,
By random or by choice?
What's the point in calling me,
When you'll never hear my voice?
So much wasted time you spend
Ringing up my phone,
Aren't there better ways
To spend the time you own?

I do not answer calls
From a number I don't know,
Regardless where it's from
Or how many in a row.
And robo calls with messages,
Computer generated
Are so fake and phony,
A minus ten they're rated.

If you'll stoop this low,
To be annoying every day,
What about your character
Does your behaviour say?
Anyone who gains by stealing,
No matter how or what they steal,
Can't have self respect nor
Good about themselves, feel.

Are you really this desperate
In the misery where you wallow,
You can only in this rut
Stay in and follow?
Or are you just a narcissist
Who gets pleasure causing pain,
Havoc, and discord abundantly,
While promoting selfish gain?

A scam is a scam,
Built on/around deceit
No matter how it's cloaked,
A scammer is a cheat.
To paint yourself so clearly
In such an unbecoming light,
While you justify your actions,
Bending wrong into right,
Puts you in a class
Of the lowest form.
How can you be okay with this
And accept this as your norm?

Premium Member The Phantom phone Caller

There once was a phantom phone caller
Who rang numbers he hadn't oughta
Some fell for his charms
Some raised the alarm
Now the caller finds he's in deep water.

One day he rang someone that he knew
Thinking that they hadn’t got a clue
They knew who he was
Sent for the police squad
He got locked up as idiots do.

Worse thing about being in a cell
Was being without a phone, it was hell
He twiddled his thumbs
All day and night long
Till his finger digits started to swell.

He cried for he wanted his mother
And also his sister and brother
But they didn’t care
Just left him in there
It couldn’t have been any tougher.

His dad was the only one who cared
“You’ll be out very soon son” he sweared
He climbed the cell wall
But had a big fall
“You’re arrested” an officer declared.

Great Idea

This is a great idea, tee hee,
Good suggestions are so me,
Nuisance caller was asking me,
Money for her fundraising committee,
"Right," said little old chirpy me,
"You can send cheques to me,
We need funds here desperately!"
I must say, sensitively,
Great ideas are so me,
Nuisance caller hung up on me!

Private Caller

Private caller, I know who are.

I felt the goose bumps on my neck, just when I noticed your call.

It was your birthday, I answered and you hung up in a hurry.

Deep inside I like to think you did it just because your worried.

You're a coward..you're selfish ways made our bond sour.

So you haunt me in my sleep and now I wake up every hour

Private caller, ask yourself, we're your actions really worth it?

Now you're forced to hear my voice through a disguise, you deserve it.

Ahead of a circuitous March;

Priming them for Threats or Shy Love

The Caller

The night was cold, wet, and dreary
The creatures whispered off in the night
Th fog rolled in, a chill set in
and a knock rang out in the night

The air had a tingle of mystery
Opportunity waiting around every bend
The Countess awoke to a knock at the door
and no servant around for her to send

The Countess kept yelling
but there were no servants in sight
She would have to get up herself
and find out why the knocking in the middle of the night

The house was dark and dreary
The Countess's light didn't shine very bright
She held the lamp high when she opened the door
And peered outside to see who it was in the night

The caller was slender and handsome
His demeanor was soft, like his voice
But he had kind remarks, so she invited him in
The Countess would entertain no other choice
She had always been a good hostess
She took his coat at the door
The caller thanked her kindly
and began explaining what he'd came there for

The caller seemed genuine and true
His eyes lit up when he spoke her name
She could tell that he loved her
No other man had looked at her the same
The Countess was thrilled
ecstatic down inside to her little girl
A prince had to come to sweep her off of her feet
She was the luckiest woman in the world
He bowed to her every wish
needed to follow her every command
She basked and reveled in the attention
Cherish every moment she was in demand

The passion he showed for her ideas
the need so apparent in his eyes
Made it difficult to tell him no
the caller saw right through her lies
The Countess was holding back
you could read it in her eyes
it was difficult to tell him no
The caller saw right through her lies
She saw the passion on his face
the raw desire in his eyes
The Countess couldn't bare to tell him no
the caller saw right through her lies

Her mind wanders
absently peering off into the morning light
Quietly reminiscing
thinking of the caller from the middle of the night

Premium Member Lord God, You Are My Divine Caller

January 31 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Leviticus 1-3

Key Verse – Leviticus 1:1 And the LORD called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the congregation…

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY DIVINE CALLER

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
speaking to me with Your love’s nurturing
Thank You for Your eternal life’s salvation-pouring
For me to bring to You my acceptable offering
As I put myself in Your fire’s molding toward sweet savoring.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
sprinkling to me Your blood-soaked grace
Thank You for Your altar that reveals my spiritual status’ x-rays
For me to depend on Your sacrifice-upholding praise
As I place myself in Your wing’s embrace.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
saying to me Your required oblation
Thank You for Your truth toward unleavened sincere love-motivation
For me to present to You my earnest devotion
As I prepare myself to be a frankincense of inspired dedication.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
stating to me Your perfect sacrifice
Thank You for Your peace that soothes my woes and cries
For me to strive to lay my hand on diligence-price
As I pull myself away from vanities to abide in You Who always suffice.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
sharing with me Your fellowship’s fire
Thank You for Your holiness, vanquishing carnality-mire
For me to depart from filthiness of worldliness’ tire
As I position myself toward Your wisdom from where I constantly enquire.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
smiling to me while granting every peace-beatitude
Thank You for Your goodness I appreciate with gratitude
For me to depend always on You along Your strengthening fortitude
As I push myself to Your presence around prayer solitude.

Lord God, You are my divine Caller,
setting to me Your pardon as my confessed sin-forgiver
Thank You for Your Word-assurance, making me Your faith-thriver
For me to learn from You above humanistic fallacies that hover
As I press myself toward Your heart, and be near You, my perpetual Lover.

Premium Member Unknown Caller

Amber alerts light up my phone;
tornado warnings jar the mind.
But lately from a source unknown:
a notice of another kind.

There's grave concern for potted meat;
I wonder if they'll stop and frisk.
It really has me curious:
what's up with spam, and what's the risk?

Premium Member The Caller Who Waited Near the Gate

I told him he was foolish to be stopping
outside our house. He told me he could wait
and there remained with sun behind him dropping. . .

For hours the young man stayed there near the gate
while waiting for my dear but fickle sister.
I never would have guessed that young man’s fate. . .

For there appeared late night to meet that mister
the lass who’d kept him waiting for so long.
I saw through parted blinds the caller kissed her.

Endurance served him well. I’d reckoned wrong!

Anonymous Caller

calling anonymous caller,
like a songwriter
never getting the credit

i suppose thats the point
nobody knows you

i called to ask you,

what did you call for

maybe a tip
or a complaint perhaps

either way, did it matter
who would think differently
if we all knew your name

why so secret
anonymous friend, or maybe foe

what were you possibly giving up
when you picked up your phone
that you couldnt give up your name

because didn't you know
that we don't need your name
to know who is so discreet

so i just wanted to call
to ask you why and let you know
that this is anonymous

if i were you
i would be wondering why.....

The Caller

After breach in tolerance
one peeled truth becomes incendiary.
Afraid of the known:
pitched against
unknown.

Dying young with stiff upper lip,
the grief,
was not curtained enough.
The malignant spread,
refused to retract a name from the epitaph.

Greed overtook
by calculation,
powerful thrust to run the winds,

the virgin grass will not surrender.
Lethal on the move, a humble shout
was nearer to god.
