We Came From Mars

Contest Name	'New Beginnings

20 thousand and more years, then,
 We came away from Mars,
Gravity ships with field deflection,
Electromagnetic with the stars.

Come we then amongst the humans,
Tiny short and feeble be,
We were 8 feet tall, us true men,
They might make just 5 foot 3.

Sent to bring them from the darkness,
Bring the light to all who’d see,
To use the mental might a blessing,
See it happen, to make it be.

Rad Arrigo met a maiden,
fine of feature yes was she,
Amber Aqua little maiden,
soon had children, one two three.

Challenged by a Chieftain was the Arrigo,
Changed his mind and let em be,
Mentally taught him love not hate now,
Arrigo willed it, saw it, see…

Perfect were these little women,
Innocent and so coy you see,
Improve the race, life so grim then,
Giants in the land it was to be….

So the crops were started irrigated,
With food came huts and prosperity,
Temples built big blocks migrated,
Mentally cut, sized and shaped by we.

Mind the creator does it all,
Fixed broken bones, so visually,
See it happen walk ye tall,
Mind can fix it, you will see.

Healers learn to use the picture,
See her face just mentally,
See her aorta a bulging,
See it shrink and shrink, heal thee …

Be thou patient with thy learning,
It takes time to get for ye,
Be consistent with your yearning,
Keep the faith and it will be.

Mars Awaits

Mars Awaits
Twenty thousand years before our time-line,
Rad Arrigo would see it through,
Rad Arrigo of the bronze wing warrior sign,
Martain Aeronautic too,

Looked and saw the comet coming,
Spluttering on the horizon due,
To impact the northern hemisphere, coming,
Ever coming, coming, coming,
Bugger all what he could do,

Guided missiles, Rimfire rockets
Failed the deflecting, hull-a-baloo,
becoming deadly, as in a nightmare,
kill this world it came to do,
death of planet nothing new,
bugger all that he could do?

Anti-Grav the ship was ready,
Inter-stellar pure-bred lines its true ,
Partenered with the Bo-Bo-Freddy,
Shirt-lifter, dirt-track-rider too,
Ladies please come into view,

Sent to search for a new planet,
Save the race survivors few,
Came to Terra old Lemuria,
Fore the continents were split in two,

Ricochet of comet was a slamming,
poor old bloody earth, in waves,
Tidal waves, tsunamis growing,
Sharks and animals washed into caves,

thousands was a death, a knowing,
Pole-shift poor old Mammoths knew
Sucking on the grass a growing,
Snap frozen drowned in artic dew,
Poor ole bloody Mammoth blue,

Mars got shattered by the comet,
Water, air, went into space,
Three kilometers bloody deep, to vomit
 was gouged out of place,
gone is planet interface,

For the Martains it’s just too late,
Pyramids there still do await,
For the man, some stellar Gromit,
Mars is waiting on your fate,
So pull on your travel-bonnet,
Coming, New Universal Empire state.

And There Are Days

…and there are days

…and there are days when the world implodes

And I am funneled violently into its abyss

 It matters little

And I mind it not at all!

It is in this miasma of bits and pieces of things

As I had so wished them to be…

That I find the chaos of it all too familiar…

And words chewed well and spat out

Collected by my already weighted mind.

…and there are days

When a lonely, tattered, and beaten soul

Is found with nothing left to give…

So scoop me up in formidable talons

Rip my heart, consume my everything

…and there are those days

 When laughter is annoying

 Love conditional

And the more you want, the more I give

 Alas, there is nothing left

 But for a solitary stump

 Waiting to provide a respite

…and there are days

 When hugs are not comforting

 Kisses sandpaper rough

 And loneliness fills the void

No body, no heart, no soul

Just a blank sheet of paper that was once the impetus

That gave rise to hopes, dreams

The could have, should have, might have

 Created, and often did,

 My mind, me

Coloring each open space with possibilities…

And then there were days!

Arrigo

Arrigo
Arrigo of the rusty knife ,
Got bad headaches , saw things, strife,
Asked a mystic man could he ,
Tell Arrigo what was to be,
Arrigo just asked why?

Dr Fritz spirit would occupy,
Do some doctoring, bye n bye,
Arrigo in trance would be,
Dr. Fritz would set cancer free,
And you didn’t die.

Dr. Fritz died in World War One,
to Brazil, he chose to come,
Saw untimely death, was there,
came the spirit helper, rare,

Rip the cancer from your body,
Cut it out, and painless there,
Bloodless almost operation,
Healing quick, no infection, yeah,

Arrigo operated daily without rest,
And if he took time away,
Headaches visions, they returned,
Back to work the only way,

All this happened in the fifties,
Arrigo saw the black crucifix
Knew the lord would take him swiftly,
Car accident, left us crossed the styx,
Brazil has mourned the loss.
