Best Animalsday Poems
one day I met a new little friend from that
day my life would begin again he made me
laugh alot we was always out and about
on rainy days we would run in the house
and he would chase a mouse he was my best
friend and I miss him
one day I got bad news he got loose and ran
away I looked all day but my cat was gone
away never to return oh how I yearn for my
my best friend I lost my best friend I
lost a part of my life I will always
wait for you my pet my little friend til
the end.

There is a story I know so well there is a story so hard to tell
there was a pet around the house this little pet was out and about
till one day he pass my way then a new friendship begin we were together
everyday I was glad he came my way his name was mooda his tale was so
cute he stood tall as if he knew it all I start everyday feeding him
and giving him my love everyday we went out I carried him in his little
box strangers and friends would ask who is he I would say he is my one and
only everything was just fine till one day I heard him wine he was hurt real
badly by a big black dog that left him mame as I look for my little pet
I could feel he was gone nothing left then one snowy day I found him lifeless
lying with snow all around him my search was through my heart was broken I
just dropped down to my knees and fell beside him every since I lost my pet
the time we shared I will never forget I will always love and remember him
mooda I will wait for you till the end.
this poem is in loving memory of my cat Mooda

A Grasshopper mocked an Ant all the day long,
because the Ant thought to be busy and strong
And the Grasshopper thinks this all is silly and wrong.
An Ant can carry thrice its weight ,even a big, big crate.
An Ant travels far and wide, and needs no other for a ride.
An Ant works well in teams, and gets much done by the streams.
They have no King ; They have no guide.
They have instinctive chemicals inside.
They spend all day doing profitable things,
while the Grasshopper lies around the Springs.
An Ant will travel with their food in a line;
and this works very,very, fine.
The Grasshopper waits to be served before it'll dine.
By Wintertime, the industrious Ants are well-prepared.
By Wintertime, the lazy Grasshopper becomes all scared.
How will he eat; he thought not ahead? Perhaps he does not know.
Perhaps he'll humble himself , and off to seek the Ants he will go.

Beyond Nut Wood where Jester Bird –
Gambols among the hedge,
Where daffodils are bowing
Their golden crowne’d heads,
Where regimented corn shoots
Form their military lines,
And rooks and jackdaws take their fill –
Whilst farmers head is blind;
A joyous spring this day did bring,
Filling bush with buds anew,
Where careful unfurls the cautious leaf
In fear of frost or chill;
What hand did make this day so fair –
Pray tell me Jester Bird?
But of the seven that I did ask
Not one would speak a word.
Seeing things from a different perspective.
Watching day in and day out,
As people come into buy milk, newspapers and other items.
Yet I see everything,
no one knows I am watching.
Silent as a mouse, still as a deer.
I was there when the old man heard about his wife's disease.
I was listening when he found out about the new addition to the family.
I am the teddy bear up on the shelf,
that has been collecting dust all these years.
That no one thinks about,
but I am still here
TOLERANCE
Tolerance that was the main characteristic of our cat.
Ever seen a xmas cat with antlers ?
He spent all day with the little plastic antlers
My four year-old daughter placed on his head,
And wore the tiny Santa red coat with four leg holes
As he sat on the windowsill,
Suffering the mocking taunts of passing birds
And condescending glances of neighborhood cats.
But at the end of the day his reward was
All the turkey skin and bones he could handle
And a night in front of the tv next to the fire,
Watching IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE, oh yes !
While those birds and cats looked in, envious,
Wishing they could wear antlers.
