Teddy What Do You See
Seeing things from a different perspective.
Watching day in and day out,
As people come into buy milk, newspapers and other items.
Yet I see everything,
no one knows I am watching.
Silent as a mouse, still as a deer.
I was there when the old man heard about his wife's disease.
I was listening when he found out about the new addition to the family.
I am the teddy bear up on the shelf,
that has been collecting dust all these years.
That no one thinks about,
but I am still here
