When I’m in glee of your alluring smile
As you gaze merrily ebullience of dawn
Caressing blush of emerging sunrise
Scintillating fervor upon magenta arc
Whispering gingerly to budding revelry
Strolling in morning’s flowery breeze
Creating your own moments of intimacy
Ignoring plea of my romantic appeal,
If only I could be that spectacular sun
Whose arrival you await so longingly;
May be, I too, can live in your dream.

When somber moods reign the night
And darkened clouds shroud horizon
I hear the clamor of dissonant vibes
Speaking boldly, yet saying nothing
Awaiting silently for glimmer of light
Exuberating luminance of galactic arena
Where, in its adoration you feel lost,
If only I could be that brightest of stars
Twinkling for you from heavens above
And touch like it does your fervid aura;
May be, I too, can conquer your heart.

When face of your winter turns harsh
Thrashing snowfall in freezing storms
You seek relief from autumn’s reveries
Reminiscing in zeal of crimson prairies
Nostalgic in colors of passionate alacrity
Rejecting emptiness of frozen vagaries
Eyeing instead for enchanting greenery,
If only I could be your spring’s ballad
In lyrics that arouse pulses of desires
Elevating harmony in rhythms of harp;
May be, I too, can seduce your song.

Sometimes you tell me, I’m your dream
Sometimes you say, you own my heart
Sometimes you vow, you are my song--
As the dream and the song live on and on…

A FRIEND KNOWS
 DEDICALTED: TO CHANTELLE COOKE

A friend knows what you need
Like a bird with omniscient seeds.
She is your sun and moon
       With a heart shaped spoon.

So happy to fill any need,
Yes and will do it today with speed.
      With alacrity and a smile,
A friend goes miles and miles!

She does not walk out of your life,
      Like a forgetful wife!
A true friend is not a sometimes thing.
She makes your heart just sing!

She Walks In Beauty

She walks in beauty
Following the above silver rays
Her hope fastening with some alacrity
Feathers of smile gently sways
Between stardust accompany to ignite
The clear darkness of her walking lane
From distant heaven echoes her docile gait,
Convivial fairies salute her when pace wane,
Lull solitude with half soul comes to meet her
To revel the moment of whilst gather once
She embraces below chiliad of the stars
Kiss the moonlight and beg for morrow bunce
Again she follows back the silverware gleam
And she walks in beauty into her pleased beam.

Premium Member Mysterious Muse

A cartridge filled with a horde of shackled emotions, am I,
Trifle feelings loiter within me, until she elicits them out,
Wizened by time, she knows that otherwise I might turn mordacious...
God guides my pen and has assigned her my way,

~ She is the vociferous voice of my heart ~

She knows my malleable moods and masterfully makes magic
By weaving whispers into wistful words,

~ She is the byzantine boon of my being ~

With cogent candor she cajoles me to compose poesy,
She and I share a companionable camaraderie...
In the mystical moondust of Maker's majestic mercy,
I acquiesce to her ingenious genius,

~ She is an efficacious eclectic enigma ~

For sometimes, she plays truant tricks,
Her surreptitious evanescence is a conspicuous conspiracy,
Abandoned, I have to await her august appearance...
The soft stardust of her sartorial splendor,
Renders me a mere puppet of her puissant prowess,

 ~ She is a phenomenal Phoenix ~

For she encourages me to endeavor towards excellence,
Her alacrity aggrandizes my acumen,
Having faith in her fortuitous favour, I flourish...

~ She is my God-given "gift of grace" ~

Her multifarious munificence is a monumental mystery,
She has transformed me from a fruitless flibbertigibbet
To a fulfilled female fount with her unfailing finesse...

~ She is my mysterious, magnanimous Muse ~

Feeling forever grateful to God for her grandiloquence.

Everything Fades

Salubrious salutations, new age
gradually old made voyage,
Living was perfunctory and now it’s stale,
Can the memory sway?

You yelled but no one heard,
Maybe tide was chatty with time
and now you are here, no quarter to hide;
Speed of time is high then it flies.

Many have come and gone but, all is saved to the core,
Not by alacrity that one lives, but by the almighty;
In the earliest times, the past began,
lessons taught through the odds.

Yesteryears were better, but not for the years after;
Hay have made its way today; can the sun shine then?
Old was new so is new; what is anew?
You kept your call, known was it,
step by step, the old fumbled in whole pit.

There is “do” so is “redo,” make your staying perpetuate gusto;
Everything has two sides: old and new, far and near, cry and laugh,
good and bad, greeting and farewell;
That which is good is sweet, and that which is sour is bad.

If moments leave scars,
will your past glitter?
As you stay, do ring the grotesque bell;
Your days shall be well.

Crystal- Her Noble Name

We are not the same… no shame
 I love her golden grains and game;
Her name and game flows like fame
And her pens and poems you cannot tame

We are from different races… reality
Yet I crave her colors and creativity
Every time I soar to her sights and sound city
My pen do praise her art and alacrity

We’ve all got pleasant, passionate pages
Yet her scripts are signed by sincere sages
Her poetry pictures are immortal images
That earns her wisdom and wonderful wages

…and Crystal is her noble name,
her aim and game burns with fire , not flame.
in my heart I see her poetry picture frame;
she’s got a friendly face…she’s a darling dame

My Eve Forever

We are not the same, not naked… no shame
 We tend the golden grains… our game;
My Eve’s name and game flows like fame
And her pens and pleasures you cannot tame

We are from different races… reality
Yet I crave her colors and creativity
We stroll without sights in this sound city
My pen do praise her art and alacrity

We’ve got pleasant, passionate pages
Yet our daily scripts are signed by saintly sages
Oh! my Eve’s poetry pictures are immortal images

Heaven

Heaven
By Michelle Morris
13/08/2022

What heaven is this silence
Such solace from the world
No one's energy clouding
Everything that I behold

And all that I sense and feel
Is such beauty in its clarity
Loving all these moments
With such wonderful alacrity

What heaven on this Earth
What joy and happiness
I can feel the angelic tingles
Of my soul living its best

And all that I know and love
Is with me in this time
Linked by our silver threads
And our soul connections divine

A Terrific Teacher

I am the custodian of brighter future
and the vanguard of a viable venture.
I take seekers on an alluring adventure.
Nature has given me the grace to nurture...
I am a terrific teacher.

I am the silent star that sleeps not at night,
the sun that make beautiful days bright...
I give sweet glow to the moon at twilight...
Lightening up the world is my greatest delight.
I am a terrific teacher.

I am always expected to do the miraculous:
students expect me to be gentle and generous...
rash parents sometimes tell me the ridiculous
yet my pay check makes nobody feel jealous.
I am a terrific teacher.

I inspire greatness and ignite creativity...
my words and thoughts instill integrity.
I see distinct ability in every disability
and spark the fire of academic alacrity.
I am a terrific teacher.

I preen with passion on priceless pages
to mend the minds where rot rages.
With love and life as my core languages...
I spur the spirit of compassionate sages.
I am a terrific teacher.

Beyond the grades scored in examinations...
beyond the goals of United Nations;
I provide real answers to unasked questions
and give hope to unborn generations.
I am a terrific teacher.

As the moon and sun share the fabric of a fading song of ancient blues
a ceremony of torch light identity ensues
chieftains in regalia of royal feather headdresses and mantles of warrior mania
approach the flagstaff that Clark and I stand under with a procession
of musicians clad in the symbols of their souls
playing instruments that speak the language of their knowledge,
after being bedazzled by the brute majesty of the music and pomp
our men give gifts of tobacco carrots, knives, beads and small bells,
chiefs Wueche and Arcawechar tap both of my shoulders
with their ceremonial spears, a gesture of friendship and blessing
after which we toast to the fortune of patient eyes with a dram of whiskey,
my elocution of America's intentions and jurisdiction
is delivered with sincerity and alacrity just as an eagle protects it's range
and with the wit and instincts of a wolf Chief Wueche
agrees with the terms of allegiance but also admonishes us
not only of the pirates of the Plains,
but that supremacy is the child of wrath for the natives
especially for the dominant tribe of the Sioux Nation, the Teton,
he seems to somberly realize that his Yankton people
must either become a weapon of America's war machine, or be destroyed by it,

Fate’s Game
              by Odin Roark

Like innocent spray atop a tsunami curl,
You ride your controlled serendipity,
Delivering surety in an unexpected twist,
Destiny’s setup for drama that follows.

Never satiating your alacrity,
You fish-oil-coat your barbed cunning,
Slipping lathered lures easily
Down gullible throats of anticipation.

For you,
Making another landfall
Is just another layer
Added to your flotsam-beach theatrics,
Designed like playful foreshadowing
For a planned second and third act dénouement.

Oh how you chortle
Amid your game of certainty,
Bedding the unsuspecting like a predestinate,
A loan-out reality guised in wet dream duplicity,
Arousing our trust,
Yet never awarding a curtain call
Of our own choice.

Quandary persists.

After all,
Like nature’s often sardonic casting,
You are fate,
The ever-floating understudy,
An ineluctable wave-curl in waiting,
An unrevealed power we know not of
Until…

Jenny's Poem

Her name is Jennyanydots,
of her species she is not quite certain;
Sometimes she acts just like a cat
such as when she's climbing the curtains.

At other times she seems convinced
that dog runs through her veins.
Like when she responds with alacrity
whenever she hears her name.

Jenny preys on creatures smaller than she
as any cat will do;
But then she trots right at my heels
Like any canine true.

She guards the house against all comers,
Any creature that draws breath;
She even chased a Pit Bull once
And scared it half to death.

Yet sometimes she purrs and arches her back
Much like any textbook cat
She flexes her claws and grooms herself
And pees all over my hats.

No, she's not quite sure just who she is
Or which species to call her own;
But that is why I love her so
And pay tribute with this poem.

Skeleton of Tears

Bottle of tears is my first version of this poetic legacy series
Skeleton of tears is which the venerated versatility carries.
This might be called as a sequel of alacrity or prolongation
But best before this is a celluloid and my heart and art collaboration.

In this poem “I or me” signify tears
Tears personify her expressions and emotions
Read this and know the life legacy of tears with concentration
And finally your fur, fleece and fuzz stand erect in attention.

Tears personify, I am compacted in stars
I am compressed between hurdles and wars
I am combusted on scorches
I am confided from Ishtar torches.

Tears epitomize, eternal bone of mine is an ominous emotion.
The Sagaras; Sarpada, Satluj shaded a challenge to my dire destination.
That one eve ever the fever of cleavers cannot catch up with me.
And the damp humidity of drought could not cope up with me.

Tears embody, I float on the branches of poignant army
I flood around the builds of happiness
I reach the borders of hell-heeled layers
And I roof down the clouds to my feet and make them rain prayers

Tears swank ,When my real steel sizzled atoms of blood,
Come together to conjure a flood.
The heated ink of emotions ignites to molt the black clouds
And let me visualize in which eve shall it swounds.

Tears exemplify, my liberty leads the immense flame in the hands of torch bearer
My prodigy evokes the waves hard under visions of volcanoes
The lust of my silvered glory was inspired from the shiny heavenly threads of feudal dart.
And the symptom of my introduction will be the rise of a burning heart.

God of hostility typify: Convinced that the fever of lava can't cope up with me
And the humidity of drought can"t hope up the level with me
In such a water working poem this is the conclusion
That even the pacific evaporate when my eternal strength feel thirsty after a tear solidification.

And now the spirits incarnate, my iron lungs had oxidized with the bitter-sour chilled water
after reading it and they crackled their internal matter into ignitious crater.
And now I will come to compete with and complete the legacy BOT(Bottle of Tears)
In the new form and with new fire firmed eyes to show you the third part “Kingdom for Disarmament of Tears ”.

The Hyper-Logos of Good Living

The Hyper-Logos of Good Living

A poem about how to live a more balanced and harmonious life inspired by Ancient Greek Wisdom

Avoid being vicious and malevolent,
Instead, be magnanimous and benevolent.
Express, in myriad ways, your goodness
And be polemic and quixotic in your kindness.

Let your friendship be all-encompassing and egregious,
And incite your gentleness to be ongoing and ubiquitous.
Be laconic in speaking and attentive in listening
While adamant in pursuing truth and love expressing.

Do not let other passers-by in your life enervate you,
Making you expend your time and energy in ephemeral efforts.
Pray to Benevolent God, Almighty to exculpate you,
Making you remove your human passions and tribulations.

Live your life in a way, quite humble and ascetic,
Avoiding all expressions of senseless acrimony.
Never be a bitter character and sour acerbic,
Choose instead, sweetness and melodious harmony.

Replace your human soul’s traits of cacophony
With our only God’s manifestations of clemency.
Do not employ, ever, credulity
Nor overdue, futile cupidity.

On reaching old age, strive not to be an anathema
But instead, a councelor, like the ancient Athena.
Drive yourself away from social antipathy
With the greatest value of alacrity.

Always taking into deep consideration the following 2 things:
1. The concept of ‘Hyper-logos’ defines the holistic integration of the Aristotelian aspects of Ethos (Character), Pathos (Emotions) and Logos (Logic, Reasoning, Accountability, Responsibility) in conducting one’s own affairs in life; and
2. The following wise sayings of the ancient Greeks:
Democritus: ‘It is an act of magnanimity for someone to withstand vicious acts with humility and gentleness’.
Pythagoras: ‘Seek the true value of all things, and enjoy all gifts of God according to Measure’.
