She Likes To Beautify

She liked to beautify and decorate
Arrived at school early, never ever late.
We liked her ornaments and trims and such.
I loved her gaudy garnishes, I mean very much.

blue veins appear from your thoughts
 reach to the brain
 to the heart
 to the lungs
 and lead to NOTHING
 that's what anyone would say
 I have no doubt
 when i showed up
 you were the cornerstone of the back yard
 the road furrowed by liquid corals
 treasure dug deep
 of thieves in the night

A poem comes unbidden into my head.
I did not anticipate, ask for or expect it.

There is no struggle.
