My sanity has crumbled
Under the weight of the day
If only that old morning sunrise
Could just fade to black...and stay

'Cause, if darkness conceals
And emptiness heals
I'm gonna be alright

Ebony melody....Whisper to me
'Til I'm lost in the song of the night

Oh sweet refrain of the evening
Cover the carnage...she made
Give me a reason...for being....
So my hurt won't shine in the day

And if darkness conceals
And emptiness heals
I'm gonna be alright

Ebony melody....Whisper to me
'Til I'm lost in the song of the night

Come soft shadows... sing with me
My pain has perfect harmony
Come soft shadows... sing with me
My pain has perfect harmony

And if darkness conceals
And emptiness heals
I'm gonna be alright

Ebony melody....Whisper to me
'Til I'm lost in the song of the night....
Still lost in the song of the night

I see big changes
Everybody's walking around
Heads face the ground
You made us all so very proud
The eleven man crew is one man down
Gone but not forgotten in Bath town.

I pinch myself at the thought of you
I wish you could have sat and talked it through
Now all we've got are shirts for you
Durbz 5 and I don't even like Man U

When we didn't have a job all day it was just us two
With no money we'd scrape and share a spliff or two
With that instrumental CD you'd freestyle like you do
And I'd never join in so now I write this song for you

Who'd have thought you'd end like this
I never thought you'd play out like this
That cheeky grin and the laughs we'll miss
You were a legend, please know you will be missed

(Chorus)

I didn't know you in the wooley hat crew
But the WESA boys all got love for you
now when I play in goal it'll seem like the defence has a gaping hole
Remember when you lobbed me and score that amazing own goal

If I was Doc Brown I'd come back for you
Jump in my Delorean and travel back a year or two
We all regret we didn't do more for you
But who could predict you'd do what you'd do

All those fit girls that you had
Something of a Jack The Lad
It makes us all so very sad
But I knew you and for that I'm glad

However life keeps moving on
And your family and mates are trying to stay strong
I can't help feeling that it's so damn wrong
You lived life to the full but it wasn't for long

It's so upsetting that you are gone
But in time we'll meet again and I'll sing you this song
When we meet at those pearly gates
You learn exactly what you meant to all of your mates.

R.I.P Durbz, Happy Birthday.

One thing that I know all about, without any doubt
The meaning of “Oppression of The Soul.”
I once shattered all my dreams, with ill-gotten schemes
                      Along with every single goal
Emptiness is a real dark thing
As it eats its way through your soul
I found the bottom of the pit, all I can say of it
It truly was a very empty hole
I guess every story has a meaning
Just as every game has a price
If you look closely at me, you’ll be able to see
A lifetime of pain in my advice
Oppression is a real dark word
Regardless of how the word is used
If you’re in the shadow of it, the bottom the pit
You know what it means to be abused
For years I walked in the shadows
I had nothing but hatred for the Son
I just couldn’t see, why it had to be
All the things in my life that had been done
If you were to look into my eyes
And read all the stories they have to tell
All you would be able to see, is pain and misery
A shadow that was in a living hell
I know all about oppression
For it rolls upon the shores of hate
I once looked in the mirror to see, a ghost living in me
Just a skeleton walking through his fate
I also know all about redemption
Behind every shadow there rest some form of light
With in the breath of a prayer, I learned how to care
Thus changing the course of my plight
Every story has a meaning
There is a way to right any wrong
Grasp to the light, and then hold on tight
As you search for the meaning of your song
My song once was heavy metal
I truly loved to bang my head
An empty soul, with a bottomless hole
A never-ending hunger to be fed
Now my song is a ballad
A story that is full of hope and love
I learned how to pray, and give it away
Accepting grace from the Lord above
Oppression crosses our paths everyday
        It is everywhere to see
You know what’s right, learn to stand and fight
You will have learned to be all that you can be

There are legends I've heard, old songs in the dark
of the old folklore tales, and the old gypsy trails,
where traveling caravans of rugged old wagons
still echo, with longing, in valleys below...

Where each treasured belonging,
was packed in a hurry
all the stories, all the worry, all the heartache would travel
all the sunshine, and the sorrow, celebrations to marvel
and dreams of tomorrow, were kept on the road....

The trail was a friend, and the loam was their home
Their needs were quite small,
They didn't expect, to be wealthy or rich.
All the riches they had, were scarce and so few...but they knew
that happiness could be the sun on your back, or a sky, wide and blue...
Not much to expect, and not even respect...
would be theirs to be owned.

As the twilight would come, under a red setting sun,
with the fragrance of loam, and the tired walk done...
they would bed under trees where the heather was strewn
they would burn a small fire, and prepare a warm meal,
with smoke in the breeze, while the whippoorwill's song
and accordion tunes, would drift by the face of the moon

On their heels was the dust, in the noontime sun
They rose with the dawn, and the gold of the past,
wearing the colorful hope of tomorrow's new task
Working wherever a meal, and dollar would come
Then moving again with their band until dusk
over, and over and over again...

Some called them tramps, or small petty thieves
But the heart of the matter, was the love of the sun,
the love of the life that came from the moon,
from the stars, and the grass, and the rust of the leaves

For those who encountered, and who gave them a chance
could learn many things by watching them dance,
and learn many things by hearing them sing,
and pay close attention to how much they knew
that fortune is something that comes from inside
It comes with the pride, of knowing what matters
The tattered, lost life of the old gypsy tribes ....
might be the saddest of stories, or loneliest song...
                    a song that has faded,
                                that has dwindled and died....

Why when we sleep do we close out the darkness,
Which comes creeping and crawling within?
Still it finds it's way into our conscious,
Which fades as the daylight grows dim.

We close ourselves off from the nighttime,
Behind curtains, blinds, shutters and screens,
As we try to forget the day's time-line,
And surrender ourselves to our dreams.

Surely nighttime is perfect for sleeping,
When it's dark outside and in our heads,
As slowly that dream-state comes creeping,
While we're tucked up at home in our beds.

It should be the daytime we close out,
We can't sleep while we're facing the light,
Since surely the sun leaves a dream-drought,
So the best time to sleep is at night.

So for all who rise late in the daytime,
And for those who will rise with the lark,
The question I leave you in this rhyme;
Why when we sleep do we close out the dark?

I wrote a song last night,
Oh yes I did,
The bittersweet words came to me
As fast as a locomotive train...

About a girl from the wrong side of town,
Shooting up smack to calm her down,
She was unbelievable how she stared the devil in the eye,
I couldn't leave her side it was clear as day.

Now I know you must be thinking
I fell into a clichéd jam,
But the story you've not heard before
Quite like this.

She was a whore hooked
On that funny stuff,
And the slag couldn't get enough of,
Even was up the duff.

So I wrote a song last night,
Oh yes I did,
Played it on the grand piano it sounded like a hit,
I couldn't talk too much about it before...

About a girl who'd fallen hard,
Her daddy had abused her,
Hell yeah! He raped her every night I heard,
She'd better keep her cursed mouth shut.

She'd best know the rules of the game,
Or else her daddy would beat her,
Black and blue he'd bruise his little shame,
If only I'd known how things were.

So I met a beautiful girl one late night
There on a lonely street she stood,
Her cloths were tattered, I asked if she was alright,
But I could see she wasn't feeling good.

This song is about her as true as can be,
It's clear as that night I found her,
Everything she told me broke me up inside I couldn't foresee,
She was running from her past as it were.

Maybe I could've rescued her I don't know,
But I met her after she ran away,
So here's my song about a girl hooked on slow,
That white powder, which had her betrayed!

This is the song I wrote
Let me sing it to you all day long,
It's a sad one every note,
'Cause she's dead it's so wrong.

But all is not lost for her eerie ghost it rides,
Uptown she haunts the men of sleaze,
If you wanna escape her destructive wrath you better
Not be one of them who propagate disease.

At this point I think I've said enough,
There's just no use in going on,
You know she was rebuffed, and up the duff,
That whore knew she'd be frowned upon.

(Verse 1)

This cannot repeat or loop around anymore, in my direction.
I've had the wind kicked out of my sails, due to depression,
and everyday
I hide away
and I'm not displaying
the fight that I'm saying.
I'm down inside and sink,
I'm more flipping down than you'd think.
Lost for love and lost for laughter,
facing up to my fears always ends in disaster
with anxiety.

So I'm always down and doubting me.
A desert there's a drought in me
while rain downpours are drowning me.
The logic's leaking out of me.
A mist hides the positivity
you find in creativity.

From an infant right up to my last rhyme thinking I can't do s**t
life devours me,
I need to shake that habit,
cus in rhyme my talent's apparent so I won't bow out cowardly.

I'm wasting my worth,
but have a thunderous thirst,
to rediscover some turf.
Watch me now and you'll witness,
as I drift with the surf,
and wet the earth,
of this desert,
as I p**s on the dirt.

You just heard
now watch and observe.

I just want to say a few things, get them off my damn chest
Sorry I haven't been around much, I think I lost my head
Drifted from those social circles, I pulled myself away
Cus I was scared of life then,
Intimidated daily

It became compulsive, just to sit and stay at home
I watched the lights go out, as I sat on my own
Depression took its hold, that sucker pulled me down
I don't know how it happened, but I'm underwater now.

I'm so depressed that I'll just stay in bed again
But compelled to feed these addictions so up I get in sin
Close peeps I think I must of let them all down,
This depression got its hold, it's gona make me drown

I've hit the seabed so far from your reality
I'm swimming up now, but darkness sits in front of me

Shall I go out, or just sit in on my own,
I think I'll binge drink
And smoke and do drugs til I can't feel it

Yeah, cus I'm lost in this life and I guess its all struggle and strife,
If I had one wish I'd transform all this
I'm trying my hardest to force and twist it
But this dark sea sits all around me
There's no light here to guide me
For goodness sake someone please just come and find me

I'm gasping now, there's no air left
It is not my time to go yet!
This is my darkest hour and I've never felt so pathetic,

But I keep swimming up,
Is that air I've found?
My head's above,
It couldn't make me drown!

(Bridge)

So I wrote this rhyme just for me

To inspire belief

And get me out of this sea

I'll swim til I find a beach and lay in the sand

Wet the desert and grow leafs til plants grow grand

Til the storm clears up

And the grass gleams up

Til life can live and breed and I can succeed

(Verse 3)

It was my decision to dig deep
and find self belief.
Admittedly,
I need fire power and passion that was unobtainable,
so I can control this evil and contain what I was unable too.
I believe I'm able to return, now there's nothing left to do!

So I use my middle finger
to flick back the trigger,
and I'm the bullet,
that I predict will inflict
misery on its delivery
to this depressed planet.

As I hit, a light shines through and the little birds are chirpin',
there's a spring in my shoe, a rebirth, bit by bit I'm morphin'.

I'm the hunter that can't be hunted cus my core managed to evade
the mental ill invasion and in retaliation it looks to devastate
with ferocious flames fuelled by my hate and frustration aided
by satanic venom. I feel a motherf**kin' live again!

It couldn't take my soul, I'm in control again today!
I curse that mental ill it couldn't kill,
strong enough to survive so I'll make it pay!
You can lift your spirits up,
you can raise your bar up and defeat it I say.
Depression is not who you are.
It's just a moon and you are a bright star!

Here I go writing the bare truth with this alter ego,
so nuts I'll go, expressing my thoughts so no one knows
as I let go.

I could of wrote this under my own name,
but for the thunder of the pain
it'll bring cus they'll complain and i can't be bothered to explain.
I can't be tamed, so I'll relieve my brain and no one is named.

I'm talking about those two demon siblings
who stand as one hurting my feelings like true villains.
They are my own who I disown
and boot out of my life so they become unknown.
Right after I confront them face to face with no remorse.
With my outburst and rage on a collision course,
and even if I hurt them they've still hurt me worse.
They made my mind go berserk,
two nasty jerks with embarrassing quirks.

Looking down on me as though I'm a peasant
but at present I'm isolated and feel unpleasant.
They better keep a distance cus I'm worn down by the persistent
refusal to include my presence,
they are rude, so I've no resistance
left to prevent a handing out of pain and it's possible
in this event I will be unstoppable.
They've been to cruel and hurtful to not be evil,
so when I'm done they won't be able to crawl or move at all,
it'll be brutally horrid but enjoyable
watching as they go off to hospital,
and what the hell if I end up in jail.
I would have been so loyal
but that's been spoiled,
thank god I got to see what a relation can be,
before all this it was something I could not see.

Now I'm gracious as I know where my place is,
but my god if I see their faces
I'll behave outrageous,
I gave and was betrayed,
they've made me dangerous,
and I'll get locked away but they are the ones that belong in cages.

(Verse 2)
So you think that last verse was negative?
Track back,
I'm leaking metaphors, writing logic, it's a positive act,
and now as a matter of fact
I am demonstrating,
that no amount of grief,
can kill my self belief.
So when I'm down I'll breathe get back up and believe,
and bravely battle wickedness with bare witty grittiness.

Upon this I promise to be honest and actively assertive,
and if I relapse I'll react with impact to not prolong this.
I now know how to ensure that I rebound, you can't drown out my sound,
but perhaps when depression loops with force back around,
I'll man up with no mishaps and gore it down into the ground.

Cus no longer will I be kept down with a frown
not after I survived suicide by pure miracle,
I guess God said my times not yet near at all.

I'm bound to stumble as I try to scramble on my way out,
I thought I was trapped but a light just came about.
This world of dark starts to lighten
and as it does I strengthen
now those once mighty demons weaken and are beaten
until I chain them all up to die in dungeons!

Your glorious emerald eyes
Glisten in the moonlight
Glisten in the moonlight
Delight dances in the water
I watch it joyfully
You are set free from the cage...
You're like a dove soaring in the sky
You are the rain...
drizzling down in ecstasy
A hint of ecstasy is shown in your reflection...
When you caress me... I'm relieved...
From the stress that forced me in chains
I knew we'd be on the brighter side of tomorrow
We're glistening in the moonlight
I knew we'd become candles in the heavens above us
We're glistening in the moonlight
For a moment, I felt your presence...your radiant with sympathy
I saw at first glance the dark side of you
Tonight, we'll be together and fly through the horizon
We'll watch the sunset say its last goodbye...
We'll wave a greeting at the moon!
We glisten in the moonlight...
What if I was as handsome as the lion...
Roaring with pride and pure courage
What if we were glistening in the moonlight?
Would it bring health to our bones tonight?
Would it make our heart rejoice and overflow with delight?
Would we be able to survive this horrifying plight?
Would we be shimmering like a candlelight?
We're glistening in the moonlight... (6)
Ohh...yeah...ooh yeah...ooh yeahh...
We reach to the stars and hope we can trace a shooting star
I feel the coolness run down my fingers...
We're glistening in the moonlight
You're the dandelions in the fields
You're the gorgeous view that I marvel at everyday
When you kiss me, I live my dreams
We glisten in the moonlight
In a quick moment, I sense a feeling of endless renewal
I roam inside of your illuminating maze
Glow on... sunshine...
Glow on...sunshine...
Glisten in the moonlight...
Listen to the truth and rub it in
You are ravishing like the sunset
But you're ascending while I'm descending
I feel extremely guilty
I wish I could glisten with you in the moonlight
You're glistening in the moonlight (6)
Ohhh yeahh... oohhh yeahh... ohh yeahh
You're glistening in the moonlight (4)
We go our own way
I wish we can glisten like the moon
Glisten like the sun
There's a dream concealed inside of me...
Reveal your light and pour it upon me
You glisten in the appealing moonlight
While I'm subsiding... you're fulfilling your dreams
Of gliding across the horizon
You're independence... keeps on scorching with satisfaction
While I'm below you...
Your emerald green eyes
Stared me down like a hawk...
Your emerald eyes
Gaze down at me genuinely...
I wish we could flee together in reality...
That could be a possibility
To glisten in the moonlight in glee
We were glistening in the moonlight (3)
But that was only a dream...
I'll pray that it turns into a reality
We were glistening in the moonlight
Now, I've misplaced my delight...
Will I ever experience such a brilliant night?

To capture the attention everyone else gets but you
You do whatever you can to get it
Even if its bad
You continue to do it
To get the attention you never had
And the attention you will never get
You want the perfect body and soul that everyone else has
You want to feel important... special
So you seek for a better
Much higher thing
What you need
You dont quite know
But you decide that
You will do whatever it takes to make you happy
And sometimes
That means..
suicide
Sometimes it means
Shooting someone
Because the hole inside your heart needs filled
And thats the only thing you ever had
The only thing you see
The only thing that someone gave to you
The thing that got everyone talking about you
The thing that got everyone to even look at you
So if you decide to kill someone
You kill yourself afterwards
Because you felt lonely again
You felt that no one was watching you
That no one even cared
Then you think about all the things that
Bugged you
And you pull the trigger
Then theres no more you
Next time someone sees you
You will be on the news
Where now you are special
And important

Gazing out upon dusky barren moor,
Where gray grass grasps the air
Finding no purchase but sad allure
Straight stalks elapse their endless despair.

Teased by tales of golden reach
Tricked by gales, whose song they preach.

Redtail’s velvet wings breach the sky,
Maroon lips who kiss the grass
Stirring the song, its desperate sigh
Catching the words, her beak of crystal glass

Behind her, midnight shadow draws
Fells her beauty with unseen charcoal paws

Scarlet tears dampen the earth below
Nurture the roots held by dusty truth
Finally, the wind, gray grass’ will bestow
The hawk once, now the fountain of youth.

Litany of silence reigns in dusky glare,
Each blade bowed in mournful prayer.

Let the Deicide commence.

You're a voyeur at best!
Your vampiric heart is beating out of your chest!
And you have slayed the ones whom would love you for anything less
Ready to consume the final fragments of innocence,
And for you there is no forgiveness,
On your knees pleading, screaming to a tyrant in the skies;
The father of lies.

I will never be enslaved in your superiority
The people agree: jaded of your false dichotomies.
Know: I will be whomever nature intends to be
Apollo and I will share our dreams,
and you will be forced to see
your failure!

I know who you are...
Readily the first to present your scars
Chained by some despot or mental czar
An emotional homunculus in your mind, behind bars
Reluctant to escape - even when proven fake
Your demented mind - depths no one will penetrate!

...And you see me suffering
Not caring of any casualties
Just as long you recieve your safeguard of sympathy
So very wary of the masses and their Anarchy; Liberious ways

Solipsist - Is there no one you can see?
Even if she was presented burning?
Solipsist - Is there no one you can believe?
Even if Sophia was screaming?
Solipsist - Know you have killed and abused me
Imprisoned in your own personal reality

You’ve maddened me to the core
You singed me with your ferocious fire
We’re opposites… we’ll never integrate
We can’t blend with each other…
Your love and I’m hate
We’re contrary to each other…

So don’t even think about
Getting us back together
Because without a doubt,
We don’t click with each other…

So let us go our own way…

Everything’s black and white
You love to torture me with your deceptive devices
We’re playing this chess match – let’s fight!
Tonight, you’re going to pay the prices
You’re going to be deleted from my mind…

I’m not the one that should pay the price
You act as if you’re an angel from heaven
But, you’re a fiend…a devil from hell...who needs your advice?
Could someone unchain me from this prison?

So let us prepare for that day…

Fear and bewilderment build inside of our minds
Taking over us…we’re wasting valuable time
Terror and wrath injects into our veins…time starts to unwind
I’m regaining my glory…this moment feels so sublime

You think you’re innocent?
I can sense your guilt…bleeding through you
Do you live to feed me anguish?
Don’t deny it…you crafty demon…no wonder I feel blue

Let’s get ready for battle…
I’ll watch you decay…
IT’S PAY BACK TIME . . .
Taste my fury and my agony

Everything’s black and white
You love to torture me with your deceptive devices
We’re playing this chess match – let’s fight!
Tonight, you’re going to pay the prices
You’re going to be defeated…

I scream before nightfall
I close my eyes to kiss my demise
I want to disappear
Scratch away my desolation
Wipe away my tears…
Spewing out of my eyes…like a waterfall
Tonight, there will be dismay
There will be suffering
After sundown…
Failure and glory will expose like stars in the midnight sky
Who will earn the crown?
No one knows in silent wars – who can reveal the light in goodbye

Why are we black and white?
Are you too afraid to know the reason why?

Everything’s black and white
You love to torture me with your deceptive devices
We’re playing this chess match – let’s fight!
Tonight, you’re going to pay the prices
You’re going to suffer alone…

We are the tintinnabulating trolls
To the rock rock bottom of our nonexistent souls.
Madder than the maddest hatter,
Hear us bellow, bray, and bleat;
And we prattle pitter-patter
In our jabberwocky chatter
To a bumbulating beat.
See us zim zam zoom
As we're going bim bam boom
In an onomatopoeia that so rhythmically rolls.
We're the trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls.
We're the truly tintinnabulating trolls.

We are the tintinnabulating trolls
With our xenophobic hearts lit like black burning coals.
Hate and anger are our teachers
So we squabble, squeal, and squirm.
We are misbegotten creatures—
With the ugliest of features—
Lower than the lowest worm.
In these premises
We're unrivaled nemeses;
And we burrow furrow mindless like some misanthropic moles.
We're the trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls.
We're the truly tintinnabulating trolls.

We are the tintinnabulating trolls
From compassion and goodness we're at opposite poles—
So devoid of any scruples.
On stupidity we feed.
As our villainy quadruples
We're the most attentive pupils
To insatiable greed.
See us bash bing bang.
Hear us clatter clash cling clang
As we crash upon the shallows of malevolented shoals.
We're the trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls.
We're the truly tintinnabulating trolls.

We're the trolls trolls trolls,
The incorrigible trolls.
We're the trolls trolls trolls.
We're the horrigible trolls.
We're the irritating, aggravating, fascinating trolls.
We're the wrangulating, jangulating, strangulating trolls.
We're the trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls trolls.
We're the truly tintinnabulating trolls.

The song of nature ...
A full moon sky ,

Where stars blend into constellations,

Immersed in deep thoughts

Of sorrow and delight ,is me

Sitting under a pine wood tree .

The Owls hoot their cries and

Doves their lullabies.

Composing it to a song ,

Song of the nature —is my duty .

The roots provide me comfort ,

To continue my work with ease .

The zephyr calms me further ,

Helping forgo the pain of loneliness .

The colonies therein provide security ,

Security against the gale and monsters.

With a quill in my hand ,I compose the song to be heard forever .

Yet ,only the woods —my listener with all the beings within .

No human will ever know my presence ,

For the moon and it's entirety is my only pal.

Still encouragement gushes in for me ,

Not from the folks out there ,but from nature itself .

For writing this song for them,

Who will remain as my soulmates forever ,

And protect me even after my departure,

 From the uncanny humanfolks .

The passionate young man on his way to his love
Walked by a lake carrying a snow-white dove
Inside his shirt he held it close to his heart
When he heard a song - an enchanting work of art

The melody was captivating, full of sorrow -
The cries of a soul for whom there’s no tomorrow
An unknown fear gripped the young man’s heart
Dark crevasses of life to him were an unknown part

So full of life and hope, inevitability he never had to face
The source of the irresistible sound he wished to trace
He looked behind the dense brushes hiding the water
On seeing a wondrous swan his agitated mind grew calmer

He stood there mesmerized, the scene not comprehending
And a chill he felt from the bottom of his spine ascending
Why does something as beautiful as this must end?
Against a dark premonition himself he could not defend

The song told him everything that was, and ever will be
As he stood there listening, in his mind’s eye he could see
The birth of dreams and hopes, the path and the finish,
The igniting spark, the flame and the death of every wish

The swan sang his last and was swallowed by the lake
Slowly the young man from his vision did wake
He felt the dove in his shirt frantically flutter
He gently held it high and let it go, not a word did he utter

Innocence cannot build his nest in a bosom laden
And burdened with knowledge so dark and craven
The young man continued his journey to meet his darling
A long shadow followed him in his footsteps crawling

Across the lake on yonder side, hidden by the morning fog
An old man, frail and haggard, sat quietly on a bone-white log
He heard the swan too, and watched it get swallowed by the deep
But at this lonely funeral his half closed eyes did not weep

He felt it in his bones, and knew the end was near
So the swan song filled his feeble mind with fear
Since he was a young man he searched for the answer
The question being: What comes when to death we do surrender?

He looked to the sky but in vain, he begged but to no avail
The heavens did not open; his body and spirit were broken
When with the last notes of the swan song resounding
Asking for a sign, he saw a dove above the clouds climbing

On his crooked legs he stood as straight as he could
Raising his hands he pleaded, “Take me, if you would”
The solemn swan song became a victorious celebration,
A joyous symphony of the never ending glory of creation

The frail old body fell back onto the bone-white log
Never again to emerge from that otherworldly fog
But a peaceful smile on the old man’s face remained
Having his long-lost innocence of youth finally regained

Drowning in the pool of anguish…oh…oh…
I’m venturing into the forest…and I want to hear the words seep out
Release these aching sorrows…I worry my soul’s drying out…
like a drought…
Drain out the fluids from my heart
It’s gouging me…bruising me to the core…

**chorus**
Embrace the light…embrace the midnight sky…
You fall in my arms – you die so warm
Shed me more sun to lift up my spirits
From the…underground…and release me – I’m breathless
I’m drowning in doubt…ooh… oh…

Remember me…I’m falling…into my swirling fate…hanging on the roots
Strangling my heart…distorting in my veins… I’m bleeding so softly – cut out the wood…
Splintering me…I’m shattering… and I’m falling in the abyss
Bring me more radiance from my candle light
Warp me up in bliss…don’t let the midnight sky…don’t take away my delight
From the…ocean…and save me—save me…oh… oh… I’m failing

*chorus*

I’m drowning in regret…ooh..oh…
Hit the bull’s eye in my heart…embrace the light
And don’t leave me hanging in the abyss…hand me a kite!
Save me before I fall apart…shut out the night
And don’t let the dusk escape us…

I must confess…
I must confess…
I hate to see you abandon the light…
But I’m not the one to save you from the night
Ooh…ohh…

*Chorus*

Splintering lies fill your heart
I want to kiss it goodbye…
But you’ve mastered it like a piece of art
I want to kiss the abyss and die…
Dry… I wanna touch the sky with my whole soul
But I’m failing and the end of time has taken its toll
Tainted sorrow…swims around me…I dwell where the waters depart
But the anguish still swarms in my heart…
I’m failing…my heart stops beating
And my desires are fleeting
From my grasp
And the monsters laugh at me…as I fall…

*chorus*

Embrace the midnight sky…catch me…catch me…
As I fall in death’s arms…I die so cold
And your heart is made of gold

Untangle the darkness & take away the nightmares
Answer our prayers & block out the night
Erase the heartaches & wipe away our tears
Unravel Your words of life & delight

One leaf falls
holographic illusion
across time the Terminator travels
to shape Sarah Connors' destiny.
Heart attack
a common enough destiny
as common as young men discussing girls' tits.
The Constitution
is the document we refer to, the lodestone
to correct course and not go crazily astray.
Lose all purpose beyond murder, child sex and food hording.
Illuminated manuscripts
in a dark age, tape decks remind us of our voice
our communal voice
Supremes and Fred Astaire
the silken wail.

I lie alone in the night
its sensuality makes the best sense
it does or does not clarify the day
of classes or clients or chain saws
whatever fever may have infected me at the moment
a fever to achieve access to foreign films while living in the mountain
      community of Schroon Lake
the fever to instruct the American people how to apply ideals and
practicalities of Constitution to international relationships
the fever not to die today, to maintain consciousness just one more
season (and one more after that).

Anyway, what is being discussed -
the finiteness of one life -
or perhaps existence continues in another dimension, on another
      frequency
no owl hoots
but other purpler and indigo occurrences
with other purposes
as incomprehensible and wonderful as these purposes
to choke on a cherry pit or nuclear bomb
to wail our wail together
each individual identifiable hoot and wail, loud laugh and suppressed
      scream
one orbicular chant, humanity, from India to Indiana
complete, one sing.

I feel this way
searching for my place among you
childless, but a child among children
obeying or not obeying the speed limit
as my hormones permit
everywhere among brothers, the sisters among sisters
the races together exterminating the last rhinoceros and preserving its
      genes at the zoological society
my species attacking entire rain forests, temperate forests and boreal
      forests
like the engraver beetle in the red pine's inner bark.
Thus, I occasionally cheer the Terminator
cheer the machine and neutron bomb
even in the face of individual heroics, the male and female face
their physical love, tender and violent
I don't know what I want.

It could be simple
as this headache.
Not to despair
just to care enough to think clearly and accept 10,000 years of history.
Not to hate those in authority
humor is the only remedy
yellow ape teeth chimping in the glass death face
and ritual is remedy
a death song
and one for planting
and one for the beginning of loving.

A smile moves across her lips
She gazes at her crime
A scar across her flesh and soul
To haunt her for all time
She’ll waste away for all she cares
Never stops to use her brain
Doesn’t care about the ones who are close
All she cares about is pain

She wants to be what the others expect of her
Doesn’t care about the self-respect for her
A rose can’t be a forget-me-not
Can’t she see what all she has got
Already?

Never to go back again
She feels the world is at an end
She will never show her grief
Although she’ll cry in empty streetS

She’d sooner live like a desolate mole
Living in fear in an empty hole
Screaming silent wails alone
Content to live in her mental home

A final tear falls from her eye
It hits the ground, it’s followed by
A beautiful body, mutated by hate
A kind word could have stopped it, but it is too late
One two many bricks in the wall in her mind
Molding her demise because her heart was blind
This self conscious being could never have won
For she was destroyed by the beautiful ones

She wouldn’t fight back, wouldn’t respect herself
In the end, she managed only to wreck herself
A rose can’t be a forget-me-not
Little did she know, she had all she had sought
Already

Save Me
By: IzaDonna

Look in the mirror
Do you recognize her
Do you see the coldness in her eyes
Do you see where the darkness lies
Hidden secrets of the past
To late, the spells been cast
And as the stars arise
My own self will be my demise

Chorus:
So you think you can save me
Finally set my retched soul free
Be my ultimate savior
You thinking ur doing me a favor
But just let me alone
My fate is only my own

I get u try and u care
But thru it all u weren't there
I cant move on from my past
The agony I feel will always last
The knife is in way to deep
So let me shut my eyes and sleep
Cause u can't fix whats already broken
The pain I feel is better left unspoken

Chorus

So as the darkness creeps in
I feel I'm paying for my sins
No way to escape
My soul is yours to take
Just let me bleed these tears
Just let me lay here
Looking up at the sky
I ask God why

Chorus

Cause you can't fix what isn't broken
The pain is better left unspoken

Billy my brother drifts on a plain
In my mind I still feel his hurting pain
I still see you Billy, seeing me cry
Dad it looks like Billy, he's saying goodbye

He tell me of places that no one has seen
Amidst the celestial dark amongst it's diamond screen
Where no one can sail against the luff
I still see you Billy, why has life been so tough

Billy my brother what would I see
Smiles on our faces once again when we are annealed
Still inside I cry and the reasons why
Billy your gone now, but your so nearby

Billy my brother what would I see
Smiles on our faces once again when we are annealed
Still inside I cry and the reasons why
Billy your gone now, but your so nearby

Billy my brother drifts on a plain
In my mind I still feel his hurting pain
I still see you Billy, seeing me cry
Dad it looks like Billy, he's saying goodbye
Dad he's looking down, there's tears in his eyes

I stepped quickly.
They were graceful steps
And still possessed the
Potential for slipping
Under me.

I was aching to know where
The soothing sultry noise had
Come from. I was sure it
Wasn't in my head. It was
There through that generous
Crowd.

There was a stage. My companion and
I stood on a slope. We had a mostly clear
View. The song in the darkness came
FROM her DENISE WILLIAMS'

I could not turn this page and GRACEFULLY
walk away. For. Sure I would stumble. My
Companion mumbled, let's stand here and
Listen to this song.

Some held their lighters high hoping to hear
More clearly. A song in the dark became a
Concert in the park.

The grass was moist. The atmosphere was
Bubbling with execitement .I took my lighter from my bag
And held it high. My companion did the
Same and smiled.

This was one of DENISE WILLIAM'S best songs
BLACK BUTTERFLY. Pleasing seriously STUNNING
 Sultry Sunday sterling silver STYLE.

THE concert lasted quite a while.
Walk a mile. Walk a mile.

When wise winds whispered
touched the tall tree tops,
branches opened like arms
to welcome the silent snow.
Night was all dark and grey,
	moon buried in loneliness,
	rugged roads remained restless,
	while wild winds whipped.
In the night's silence I slipped
into a dream where you amazed
me with a sensuous sweet song
and secretly soothed my soul.

( Modern Cinquain/Haiku/Modern Cinquain) This song I hear in the Wind moves me sadly so much As the rain dresses the ground with Dead leaves Now the trees are bared Announcing the birth of white snow And the end of fall Right now There's only this cold Burning my heart so hard But soon I'll hear a brand-new song I know. Don’t say it’s all over (cause it’s not)
“Sorry” won’t cover it…so don’t go on your knees and pray for my forgiveness
Oh baby…don’t listen to the commotion…I’m done taking cover (it’s all for naught)
I’m plummeting in slow motion…into the remorseful pit…I’m plummeting in my nightmare’s abyss

I want to carry you through the night…
I’m swimming in the ocean of my tears…
My sodden wings lost its ability of flight…
You've been swimming in your distress for years…

Shut up! Don’t say it...
Don’t even think of it (don’t even ponder it)
Hey! Don’t say it’s all over…though we’re breaking bit by bit
‘Cause there’s more treasure to discover

I want to remind you to fight the good fight…
My misery pools are brewing inside of my head…
I’m backing away from the light & exploring the night…
You’re giving in to sleep and I’m wide awake on my bed

Shut up! Don’t say it...
Don’t even think of it (don’t even ponder it)
Hey! Don’t say it’s all over…though we’re breaking bit by bit
‘Cause there’s more treasure to discover

Please don’t tell me…oh, don’t tell me…darling!
You’re giving up today… (I beg you to stay, despite your inner pain)
I’m scared I might erupt – it could be quite startling!
Someday, things will change for the better… (Don’t turn the wrong lane)
I’m waiting for that day to arrive – perhaps it will wash away our dismay…

I promise you a tranquil reality
I want to stray with you tonight
I still have hope that He’ll set us free
I was wondering if you could stay the night
Maybe the Lord could grant us
Pure, incredible delight

Shut up! Don’t say it...
Don’t even think of it (don’t even ponder it)
Hey! Don’t say it’s all over…though we've plunged into our own pit
‘Cause there’s more treasure to gather…

Your love pricks me like a rose each thorn grows but no one knows Your so full of
it as it shows so carry on now go on, go. I'm fed up with the phony and i'm
through with the tears, you couldn't pay me all your money to make up for those
years. Someone help me I feel faint how could I think he was such a saint and
worst of all I let me fall into a spiral down below. A magic called love carried
by the dove of someone I use to know.
