Wind and frost have come to bite our noses while
Images of glistening snow sparkle in the moonlight.
Nights in this valley have brought us a taste of heaven,
Tranquil scenes we see while taking our evening stroll.
Everyone in their houses getting ready for evening in silence,
Reaching home we cuddle drinking cocoa by the fireplace enjoying winter.

so frozen where you are;
in some glazed galaxy,
how far is your lofty eminence?
Shine you will,
in your celestial world,
perhaps your rays more ancient
than Earth's first darkling crib;
Where once none had been.....
No earthly eye to behold thy majesty;
shearing darkness 'til what final wall?

Heavy cold dew spreads like crystal glass at twilight
your halo glistens with flakes of winter white
imprints of Angel wings so feathery lite
calming winds whisper across your spirit light
The sun to rise and warm as you softly say good-by
to Heaven you soar across the winter sky
alone I stand tear drops frozen as I cry
new winter snow falls upon the ground again to sanctify.

The shadows over take my mind at times
but your love stands so true for me
it takes care of the pain I feel
but when the shadows call it seems so loud
when your soft whisper is covered by clouds
Why so faint is Thy voice for me
did I fall to hard inside this hole
Do the clouds stand so close for a reason
let me out of this season of darkness
let me hold Thy hand inside mine
keep me warm and fill my heart
I love the way you touch my face
when the tears fall and you open your warm Embrace
Your truth is all I need to live
a true life for all to see
your hand and love guiding me
But I can't walk this road alone
I need to hear your voice inside
I need your touch so very much
I see the pain and feel it to
I need your love to lift the blue's
Take me now and use my life
Help me Lord, to escape the strife.

Look outside the window and see the cold.
Billions of flakes of snow blast into the air
the hills topped with shining light
They fly away to another end of the frozen night.
The sweet taste bites the tongue of the homeless man.
It frees the chained and abused paved American land.
No more cars on the street,
replaced by the wonderful torrential sleet.
Go outside, hands in the air, and feel the cold.
Do not expect heaven to answer the call.
The only answer is the cold night,
that is brought by the beautiful, moving flakes of light.
The creeping numbness takes all feeling away
then there is no wrong or right anymore.
Smile! Congratulations! You are Free!
Join me now, lift your earmuffs, let's hear the cold.
All the soft steps of a billion flakes in the world.
There are no more machines on the road.
And no more yells or hustles and bustles
of a million people on the city streets.
All the shops closed, the end of human greed.
The slight creaking sound of boots on the ground
but this isn't an another invasion; this is peace.
In the cold, we hear the true sound of light,
removed from the solitude of warm crowded night.
Smile, remove your scarf, and smell the cold.
Realize that it is not as you were always told,
dangerous and dark, a place to find death.
Ah, the sweet scent of a warm fire.
A family and stranger alike seeking warmth.
Our nostril's burned by ice,
the world no longer stinking of vice.
See the power of the cold?
Able to unite people unlike any story told.
Do we need God's device? When we can unite to combat ice?
War, a dream in this wasteland of our hearts.
The old is cleansed and reborn in the light filled night.
The time has come to freeze the apocalypse!
Look in the same window do not doubt what you see!
Yes, it's true, it has entered your heart, we ARE the cold.
Shining like a million morning stars, reborn a thousand fold!
People inside huddled, ignorant and blind.
Outside the cold we do not mind.
“Become what you ARE!”
Look outside and the chains fall!

I do not know?
Trapped. No where to hide. You scream at me through the door.Though your words still
I sit on the ground alone.Blood drips down like tears. tears run down like rain. The room's
spinning. My heart bursts out of my clothes. We got into a fight. Why is unclear.
I tried to leave. You hit me. I fell.I started to cry. You kicked me.A sharp pain burst out of
my chest. I could not breath. I have little energy,I kicked you. You fell. I ran to our
I am trapped. No where to hide.I'm weak. I stumble to your Night stand.I see a gun.You
break down the door. I grab the gun.You start to choke me, squeezing my throat like you
were trying to get some sort of juice out of me.
I pull the trigger.
BANG!Trapped. No where to hide.Your grip feels looser. Your face in pain.
You fall down. i fall into darkness.Free. No need to hide.

In the dead of Winter He came,
and set our hearts aflame,
A burning Torch was He,
Why did the Christ Child come,
for sinners such as me?
Why did He choose to live,
in holy poverty?
He came to pay the debt we owed,
but could not satisfy,
Oh, yes, He did it all for us,
Though I'll never fully know why.
The only motive I can see,
is that, through all eternity,
He wants to share His love with you,
and He wants to share His love with me!
All praise be to the One,
Who sent His only Son,
And all praise to Him Who came,
to set our hearts aflame!
So what is left for me to say,
and what is there for us to do,
but let His Spirit Who dwells in us,
bring us to love Him fully too.

she used to love the winter because of its beauty
it burns through her memories now like ice set on fire
she wakes up shaking every night begging a God she may or may not believe in
to take her into that beautiful white place He had shown her
when her soul broke over a new horizon one cold night on a set of train tracks
the girl couldn't smile
everything had been ripped away from her
she was sarcastic but caring
stubborn and opinionated
cold, but had the warmest heart of anyone
she has the word "dead" carved into her skin
a memory and scar that she can never remove
and there was this boy
he made her feel everything all at once
he took her heart in his hands and shaped it
he made her smile
laughed at her sarcasm
brought her back to life.

Hushed nature stood reserved,
with no'ne to appreciate its beauty,
but placed for ages, preserved
and for ages following its duty.
When at the brim of verdant plot
some reaper, move at range
to charm but to depart
with sublime thought exchange.
With many unseen flowers
blush, shiver, and dies
peeping for someone from its bowers
and spread beauty, serenity, charm and flies.
Conserved water flow on its rugged path
and leave its lively mark
Each day as Sabbath
With reflected gleam of golden arc.
The grace of the lily swan
as it flies above heaven
above this mankind dropping and wan
between sun rays all seven.
The small plant which shiver at night
just sooth their soul with silent sun's gleam
and all new born plant which might
have died, now sleep deep, and innocently dream.
Bad and good are juxtaposed ones,
if one prevail the next one wait
if good is present you cheer and dance
and if bad, you curse but your fate.
Good sooth the soul
as winter sun after dull night
and bad effects all
as in summer afternoon, a yellow sun bright.

UNSUPPORTED CODE What If… Christmas Never Came???
What if Christmas never happened?
What if Christmas never came?
Things around here would be different!
It wouldn’t be the same!
What if the baby Jesus was never born in a manger?
Mankind would be in serious trouble. We’d all be in danger!
If the baby Jesus wasn’t born. There would be no nativity.
We wouldn’t be able to display this during our “festivity.”
It’s almost like this now!
It’s an “ever increasing business.”
It seems like nearly everyone wants
“Christ out of Christmas!”
Why does it seem like Christmas is
losing it’s true meaning?
The very words; “Merry Christmas,”
seem to be quickly disappearing!
Many say; “Happy Holiday.”
They worry they may “offend.”
Having a “holiday” without Christ….
We need to put Jesus Christ back into
our CHRISTmas season!
He is what Christmas is about! HE is the very reason!
May we all take some time to rejoice in our savior’s birth.
May there be shouts of JOY! From the corners of the earth!
Let’s not take Christ out of our joyous celebration!
We need him so much right now!
All over this great nation!
May we bring to him a heart of love
for everything he’s done.
As we bring honor to Christ. God’s precious son!
May we continually offer to him a heart filled with praise!
Not only at Christmas time… But all of our days!

Divine energy radiating from heaven to earth,
and a graceful moon brimming and full,
Moves slowly across the star filled cold winter’s night sky,
Snowflakes fall silently, as we smile
celebrating love we never knew
and the wishes of our heart's yearning
two souls embracing with heaven’s spirit
blanketing all that is good and bright.

I do not know?
Walking with the love of my life
in light drizzle,
hand in hand to breathe
the fresh damp evening air,
and view the late sunset's glare
as the end of summer preludes
with crickets' hymn
and night birds sing
that razed the fire trees
last majestic bloom
Amid the howling cur,
not a care in the world,
we share one heart
for that is all we have
so richly blessed
Though seasons change,
as they surely will,
when leaves shall fade
and fall to icy white,
well keep the warmth
in each other's hand.
Till the last twinkling moment,
we let go,
to walk ahead,
and wait until once more
to walk in love
on that endless summer day
that never fades away

Coming out of a cold season
Which I admire
Going into a warmer season
Causing me to perspire
But I do desire this warmer season
I claim and commit to spring
Speaking of a seasonal special emotion
The next season causes me to have
A melt down of considerable disposition
And yes, cook an egg on the hood
Of your car. Even to hot to barbeque.
I'll take that cue excuse me.
I despise the season, SIZZLING
SUMMER, when cold lemonade is
Worth more than a fifty dollar bill.
I'm liable to stick my head
Inside of a grocery store freezer
As the store clerk says chill man its
Not that bad.
Perspiration touching the eyeballs burning.
Hungry for the coldest winter, yearning for
A crystal clear tall glass of frigid AIR!
there's a boiling point of perspiration in creases
I never knew I had.
Where is the first snow flake I'm wishing for?

the winter sun shines
on my slate roof
warming the snow
and ice on its surface
and tiny water drops
drip down icicles along the gutters
falling to the street below
joining polluted puddles
and then evaporating
with the others

The majestic moon abjured her light,
beneath a clear and starless night;
Between the heaves of her first winter storm,
snow gently falls with alluring charm.
Twilight glistens on the frosty swirling air
peaceful silence spreading everywhere.
Along the shimmering silver lake
an alluring scene, a breath to take.
Frosted pines stand tall and erect;
the winter moon casts her full effect;
But not to wake but slumber on,
to dream of summer long since gone.
Meek is her soft and gentle voice;
lending to the poetry of her choice.

The rich foliage of autumn’s morn appears.
The darkness of the night has cloaked the winter’s chilling kiss.
The signs of ageing and of change herald the season of my fears.
Too soon are gone the summer days of warmth and light I miss.
A blanket tapestry of browns of greens of orange leaves and red;
The beauty of the trees adorned in glory,
Betray those who gaze in wonder into being misled.
Winter’s final kiss of death will tell a different story.
Why is life’s autumn season with such beauty dressed?
Why save such glory to adorn us at the ending of our days?
Tis nature’s crown that celebrates our fruitfulness;
Tis life’s farewell before the parting of our ways.

Cookie cutter angel t w i n s in the fluffy dough.
Woolen arms flap, rolling out wings in the snow.
T e n d r i l s of brisk air move about their cheeks.
Ice skate heaven smiles with frozen-r e d peaks.
The crunch of i c e-crusted icing like crème brûlée.
Their kid-size boots disappear into the earth’s cache.*
A serpentine scarf wrapped around shoulders twice.
The chin-reduction t w i n s dance on chilly white ice.
J & J meet in their s t a r r y snowflake schemes,
Eden’s wonderland, in their forever winter dreams.

Watch as lissom snowflakes rappel the air,
From afar alike yet never the same,
On sojourns quiet or with much fanfare,
A passage lonesome or lit with love’s flame.
Lasting place ‘tween clouds and plains none can claim,
From the sky they came of low or high birth,
In a heartbeat to melt into the earth.

Winter Solstice Heralds Cyber Age
Summer Solstice has the longest day and the shortest night
Winter Solstice has the shortest day and the longest night
Mid Winter Dream is the play that Shakespeare didn't write
On this night the stars, galaxies and nebulas perchance to dream
The Greco-Roman mythical gods descend to Mount Olympus
Let the play begin with Zeus' lightning fireworks, classically recreated
The chorus of frogs comment on the party to end all parties
The sun rises on Olympus heralding the Dawn of the Cybernetic Age
