Burning down all around EVERY LIVING SOUL.
YOU BROKE? The flames you stoked. UP IN SMOKE.
Not a living soul has an ABODE to call their own. No
HUT NOR HOME. Be stronger than strong sang the playing
SOUL HEARD THE WORD. "WELL, on the brink of the brim
Of a empty bottle of rum" grunted the sober bum.

Up in smoke, cursed the soaring bird. Quenching, down CAME
The crushing DELUGE FROM HOSES, SEEMING to be every
Where in mediocre DOSES.
"THE END OF LIFE AS WE KNOW IT " said my fine feathered
Friend first to fly.
The end of life as we know it, repeated I, and I AM ON HIGH.

Your Eyes

 (Dedicated to Folake)

Your eyes, woman
are like twilight rainbow
amorously bearing aloft passions of mine
toward androcytic ecstacy.
They tell of endless lights.

Night skies clarion the warmth of you
keep me balled-up till
i am tilted to your adorned essence.

May I call up words to adore you,
agglomerate them into a panoply of worshippers
unsandalled before you
like Moses at the burning bush.
And now you seem to fall asleep
but you tell me it's the heavy night
bidding toward a sunny dawn
wherein our love is lighted.

Slowly I let you fall asleep
impatient with the long night
waiting to gaze once more
into the eyes of my lovely love.

Then a lip is placed on yours
and you rouse up wide-eyed
smiling at my romantic move.
We enjoyed the night, cruising on.

The Days Prayer - Mgur

As the wind lifts a bird,
shares the scent of roses
or fills an old ship's sails
that it may stay it's course,
so does the days prayer.

Grey Bird

On that cloudy weekend in June
I hear a soft and graceful tune
from the grey bird on the tree
Singing sweet lullabies felt
blessed in the moment
My body tingles of joy at sight
Gazing out through
my open door,
Letting thoughts fly free
Releasing love out into the horizon
Heart filled with emotion came
over me
Grey bird stood playing its tune
for awhile and on the wings of
letting go
Then as the rain fell from the
sky the grey bird flew away
I blew a kiss to the clouds and
utterd these simple words of I
Love You father ( who's now in
heaven ) and yet I hope to hear
that grey bird sing again once
more for me
Farewell, love your son

The Silent Lamb

The silent bell rings in the night,
Calling the devils to kneel to the light,
What once was, becomes no more,
As the light breaks through the open door.

What you think and what you feel,
What you saw and thought was real,
Is now only dust on the road,
The desolate remains of your ancient abode.

The new light is rising on the hill,
The new song is singing down in the well,
The new souls are dreaming of your face,
The new hearts are beating at you pace.

The old ideas and reasons you gave,
Are buried in the tomb and in the grave,
The rotting bone and flesh are gone,
In the morning dew, in the morning sun.

The light shines through the open door,
Casts no shadow on the old dirty floor,
The ancient laws of reason and might,
Crumble to dust in the morning light.

What once was real and certain as rock,
Is now the dream the baby forgot,
The new light coming to wake you my love,
The silent lamb and the flying dove.

Honored He Will Be

Honored He Will Be

Oh one bright morning where the dawn has yet to rise,
In the mindset of the absent minded priest,
There he lay in his cotton sheets, ready for early sleep,
Tasks given,
Over and over,
Erased from his checklist.
His caregivers settling for the loss of brilliance,
His mind sifted through many,
No gold was found,
Nor treasure.
Awakened he is no longer.
But forever a man he will stay.
One with dignity and,
He blessed many couples soon to be wedded,
Christened thousands of newborns,
Giving them the flame of promise.
His priestly duties no longer are practiced,
They have become dust,
The same dust that he harbored in his home.
But this day his mind awoke,
For a mere hour.
An hour to fulfill his last yearning,
His last act of brilliance.
The priest in his wake of longevity,
Yet his senility still consuming his functions.
Knelt down before the seniors home garden,
To have and to hold a fragile, long-departed bluebird.
His plumage ruffled,
His marmalade, and striking blue tinges faded from the touch of time.
There he stroked the bird, and ran off into an place of privacy.
He buried the bird, binding it in the roots of the tree it had fallen from.
A ceremony, filled to the brim with lavish homage.
He honored the simple oak,
The bluebird and her nest.
Smoke arose from the sky, as he burned incense, and lit candles.
He murmured in the tongue of prayer, “With altogether too much ceremony;”
The last words of the wise priest.
Thus consumed by death did he part,
Leaving the world with a pocketful of birdseed,
To later, in another life, feed his wisdom to society.
Goodbye Wise One.
Honored you will be with the peace thou has given to the world.
And to me, and the simple,

In A Perfect World

               In A Perfect World

There once was a perfect world The future will yield yet another world of perfection
We shall not presently bother with the former perfect world,
Nor even shall we engage ourselves with a future one

Moreover, in a perfect world, War industries have ceased; farming machinery now blossoms
I see no wars but peace abounding; I see only love and no hate, food and provisions for all; clean air, clear water; no poverty
No earthquakes, firestorms, and no tragedies
Everyone of earth’s 6 billion plus sleeps in peace and eats contentedly
I see rain in due season; no destructive ocean storms for any reason

There is no United Nation, nuclear proliferation or Mutually Assured Destruction; no bombs, guns, and tanks
I see no fighting over ranks, but giving of thanks

Jails and prisons are obsolete, there’s no criminal to seek
The evil hearts and the proud heads have disappeared; and the world has opened its arms for the pure and meek

Travel and touring are vastly popular, and planes never crash
There’s no CIA or covert operations anywhere; no terrorism blasts
There’s no more pain; no sicknesses or outbreaks killing masses

It’s a world of beasts and birds; one of insects and fish
They roam the air, the sea, the vast jungles and wilderness
None are wild nor eat each other, but feast the land’s bounty

What to Expect
I wished on a star
And I wished for hope
See, it's not all about the gold
You meet someone
And you think my life is complete
Yeah, maybe it is
But maybe theirs is not
And maybe, just maybe
You were meant to start all over again
I will find him
The true believer
Someone who believes in me
Yeah, maybe you will
You just might
But that ain't where it all ends
Life is tough
And it will get rough
But holding on makes it stop
No matter how deep you might go
Or maybe you feel you're suffocating
And you can't breath

Just hold on my dear
Life is sweet
You meet people over and over again
You always meet new acquaintances
You always admire anew
And your wishes aren't always the same
You might wish to die today
But tomorrow you might wish it all away
I know you don't feel this
But we do
We hear you
And we are here for you
Just mere strangers
Going through the same thing
Why don't you just open up to us
Breath afresh for once
Don't count it all on expectations

We don't expect to see your clues
Not if it's life and death
Let's be frank life is beautiful
So it's not expected that you be regretful
Dutiful, bountiful
All life in abundance
We're privileged
And hope you enjoy it with us

After all we're strangers on the same road
Why not unite to defend abroad?...
We are one, aren't we?
You need me and I need you
And this road is our journey
Wouldn't want loneliness to devour us
Because of our pride
Let your guard down
'Cause i need to borrow your lighter
To make fire for the night
And if you would join me
We could sing songs of the bird
For tonight Heaven is watching over us
And I shall end this with
The Lord's prayer
For the Lord is merciful

Pagan Prayer

Save me from the dark:
Make me like a lark,
Show me what is fair
To allay my care!

Take me from the deep:
Show me how to keep
All I have on earth
Fit for my rebirth!
