from Loch
March 5, 1990

I fell in love in a biker bar
with a girl in chocolate hair.
It swept around her like a smoky fire
and woke up the beast in my lair.

Her bright eyes twinkled like brilliant stars
at the end of the moonless road--
they called to me like a siren song
to lay down my heavy load.

Tall she was like a square rigged ship
	like a mast shrouded in clouds;
and she could dance like a foamy wave,
	making Neptune cry out loud.

But the path of a ship is a bubble
	and suddenly she was gone--
her chocolate hair and vanilla neck
are moments in my sad song.

This siren's memory seizes me
like cinnamon schnapps and a grin
which warm the body from the inside out
and settle a smile on your chin.

Her dancing hair drove my clouds away
	and opened an azure sky;
and all I asked was a tall, thin ship
and two stars to steer me by.

Among all the women I've danced with
	none are remembered so fair
as a girl who walked like a tall ship,
and had waves of chocolate hair.

I LOVE THEE I am no voluptuous beauty nor do I live a life of purity I can only say: I love wholeheartedly with all I am so truthfully I keep my heart open though it gets hurt so often I avoid to be irate as I know love changes the heart rate.. Guys tried to coo and woo, they say words as for "only you" Yet, hard to believe it is true as I see some untrue I give chances as my heart marks with tact entrances I learned from various instances looking man in romances In places where rules impede, two persons who wants to bid Not of money but of affection, in them must be determination I love thee not of what you have… Not even of who you are but to how you are to me… If I love you, don't tell me much what to do… As me, myself will show you, I am that real and true.. Yes, I am liked by many but tell you what: I don't like this honey nor am I proud of it in anyway One is enough to make me stay Stand with me through it all, I give my best not to fall My name your sweetest call echoing in every wall.. Hold me firm yet dear; allow me to move closely We'll make it anyhow, treading smoothly on flows... We are strong, aren't we? No one moving alone Together we'll face phases in tune, though there will dunes.. ________________________________________________________ © OLIVE ELOISA D. A Child's Dream Come True

As the sunsets at the end of the day,
And the night begins to fall,
So, does all the dreams of all the little children,
In their own wonderlands of their own,
Wishing and thinking of great things to come,
Hoping their parents will make these dreams come alive,
Cause dreams to children should become bright and gleam,
And all to them more than just alive,
All children want is hopes and dreams to become true,
But if you can teach them how to work hard at them,
They too can make their dreams become their own reality,
For any one person works hard enough,
At what they want in life,
They can have any one thing they want,
All they have to do is work really hard to make it real,
For believers can believe in themselves,
And strive to work toward making their own goals,
Their very own come true,
Which gives more satisfaction in life,
Than things being handed to you,
So always strive for the best,
And all your wishes and dreams can come true,
In your life if you want them too.

The One For Me

We all know that it's too hard to handle.
Accepting things that are so unreal.
So give it time, to fade away.
Accept the world, for what it is..
So glare at me, and you will see.
My heart's pounding, for some energy.
I'll let you know, and make it clear.
I'll give you everything, I've got to give..
So think it over, it's got to be.
See if you're, the one for me..

We all know that it's too hard to handle.
Accepting things that are so unreal.
So think it over. You must be careful.
See if you're, the one for me..

So think it over, it's got to be.
See if you're, the one for me..

Gathering Dust

As I open the door to look at all the things I must go through,
I realize that most of them remind me of you.

They were once neatly in a pile but now they fell all around,
All over my desk, the table and some on the ground.

I have saved them in a special order for all of these years,
But looking at them now only brings me sadness and tears.

I know I must let go of the past and aim for new things,
Especially since you are in heaven flying with your beautiful wings.

Gathering dust and taking up space is what they have done,
I know I should take time to organize them one by one.

But instead I take a deep breathe and close the door as I leave,
I cannot imagine throwing anything out, for you I still grieve.

The Cyber Nymph

The Cyber Nymph
Loch David Crane
August 18, 1997

Lie back--expose your belly ring
up unto the sky. . .
I just hope when I get down close
it won't put out my eye!

That summer I was 48
and she pert 25;
I left Prozac in the cupboard
and Reality went Live.

I shoulda taken time to stop
and used the vorpal rubber
But 48 he couldn't wait
to find another lover.

So while the Sun was merciless
to sand and skin and sea
"If she swells I'm sure she'll tell,
returning then to me."

I must admit I got her drunk--
I used her just for sex:
Blue and blond with freckles,
suntanned buns and pecs.

But she revealed computer skills
That took away my breath.
Her dancing cyber fingers sang;
I soon saw who was best.

Ol' 48 could bare compute
"Not very fast" she said;
"I've practiced years not to be fast"
gasped I, collapsed in bed.

Then the Sun warmed up the honey--
it dripped twice more in a row.
Ulysses' "rosy-fingered dawn"
beheld her frown, dress, and go.

That freshly-flossed feeling
reverberates my spine
A smile wells up from deep inside
and stays there all the time.

At play I watched this cyber nymph
on Netscape and E-mail;
Her eyes flashed, fingers flying,
shaking golden ponytail.

"You're kinda slow," she grumbled,
terrifying 48;
"But I like that in a man," she grinned,
making me feel great.

My old 12 color monitor
was not enough for her;
More movies, GIFs, and videos
flew by me in a blur.

But 48 he had a trick:
while she stared at the screen
I spoke in her ear, nibbled her neck,
and adored her like a Queen.

I kissed and bit and licked and squirmed
'til wrists and spine went quiet--
The way a mouse's legs go still
when python's on his diet.

And then the honey dripped once more,
the Sun was past its rise.
I felt its rosy hug and knew
that love was in my eyes.

I asked her for her address,
she wrote with @ in code;
I said "I'm too old fashioned"
and asked for her telephone.

So when you dream, sweet 25,
tall cyber nymph of mine,
remember please old 48
who isn't past his prime.

And as the honey of the Sun
drips down into the sea
I'll recall my Cyber Nymph
and she will undelete me.

How can I tell you?
I can't stay with you.

Neither I can give up on you.
Fear of losing you is losing me.
It feels like slow death every night.

But we are just stuck in our spaces!
Unable to connect from two feet distance.

Up in the old house down by the creek
Stood a mammoth waiting on me.
Blackbirds in the sunshine (are)
Omens (that) fly high in the sky…
Solemnly seizing Martin Luther’s time (of)
Religion and precarious minds…
Down by the river close to the sea
I saw his eyes looking through the trees.
White men personified lost their lives (without)
Fear or compromise…
Walking through the valley feeling free
He came running after me.
Blackbirds in the sunshine (are)
Omens of their time (were)
Grave to Jackson’s mental denial of the Missouri Compromise…
Never a day do I not see
The prophecy to be.
The Confederate flag yet hangs high.
White men lives personified were of manifold (because)
Fear or compromise was not a greater source.
Down by the lake sitting near the pond
Stood Jake Peter Faulkner with his shotgun.
Blackbirds in the sunshine (are like)
Eagles soaring high in the sky…
Near the tropopause down by the stream
Stood the children telling their dreams.
They call them Monstrosity!
Solemn to Civil Rights time (while)
Ritualizing a political asylum (caused by)
Oppression and incarceration of the mind…
Up on the hill top near a jet stream
The mammoth watched the City people.
Transition is denied; but oh, transgression defines.
Over in the neighboring City,
Folks talk of prophecy.
They call it Monstrosity!
Monstrosity - Monstrosity - Monstrosity!

Poetic Relationships Aplenty Plus

We all look the same sitting on the toilet
We all look the same sitting in traffic
Nevertheless is nevertheless does
Just because you are on a diet doesn't mean you can't look at the Menu
100% of anything is junk
I am impatient with stupidity
Counter intuitive is counter productive
No one can make u feel inferior without your consent
There are too many people in the world
Wisdom is the practical application of knowledge
Evolution through revolution negating convolution

Some are mine, some are not,
but a cerebral cord, oh yes, they should rought
that full cranial awareness is still upward thinking,
but cranial farts of the masses are snot.
Get with the program get out of your head
and see life's counterparts not measured in dread.
Do something different, skip a life automatic
get off your ass u me and live life pragmatic.
Forego social domestication that has shaped our existenance
and reach beyond to a place of resistance
be who you want to be what you are to be,
and don't settle for less F, the powers at Be.

My Desire

If anyone would have told me I would feel such desire,
When he looks into my eyes that my heart would feel on fire.

I do not know if he is aware of the spell he has on me,
But I feel like a locked soul and he holds the key.

I have so much love that I want to share,
But he loves someone else and it is not fair.

Nothing I have done will catch his attention,
Even when I try to show him a little affection.

Maybe one day he will let me into his life,
But I will have to wait until he no longer has a wife.

Until that day I'll just admire him and wait for him to say,
That he's free of her and he's mine today.

I know that will not happen because he is a good man,
And his wife is so lucky, he's her biggest fan.

I love you more

As sure as the sun lights the morning
My heart will be yours
With each new day dawning
I love you more

Whether skies be grey or blue
My heart will be yours
With every sunrise anew
I love you more

What shadows may befall
My heart will be yours
Come springtime or fall
I love you more

In rain or shine
My heart will be yours
Till the end of time
I love you more

We Were Meant To Be

I never saw two who were meant to be.
This is so true, so true to me..
There's so much love in the world you see.
I never saw two who were meant to be.
Here I am.
Take my hand.
I'm your man.
Yes I am..

Stand by me.
You will see.
We were meant to be.

We can live our lives, like a fantasy.
We can dream of things.
That we'd love to see.
We can dream of a world.
Just for you and me..

So here I am.
Take my hand.
I'm your man.
Yes i am..

Stand by me..
You will see..
We were meant to be..

Stand by me..
You will see.
We were meant to be..

Love is an opportunity that comes only ones
You love ones, when you mess it up
It will never come back to you
For one cannot love twice....
Even if you move on
It haunts and never stops
breaking up makes it worse
For it feels like death
Get the loose nut, fix it tight
Cover every loop hole
Repair any visible crack
when you still have time
For when it is gone
It goes like time.

Love is a sacred feeling
Allergic to cheating
The sweetest thing when found
Joy and happiness surround
But able to turn around
Into an ache without a painkiller
when you let it wither.
keep it fresh like winter
Never make it bitter
It may loose taste
To become a strong hate
And bring a bad state.

Love commands responsibility
To uphold its purity
One has to commit
without any limit
Tolerate no dirty game
That may make it lame
Keep it true and real
Give it a permanent seal
That no man can steal
It is delicate
It is yours to protect.

Who Will Water My Plants

Who Will Water My Plants

I swore by the rare LEO moon -
well lighted above.
That I would never falter
in our marriage of love.
I swore by all that's good and right, that
I would be the perfect wife.
I told myself and a million stars;
It would be best to cover up the scars.
If I were to only tow the line
I could keep the matter
under my mind.
So sure that your temper
would settle down.
When our children be grown and gone
and finally living on their own.
The inner-voice you have inside
I hoped to your GOD
conscience, it would chide.
Awaking yet your virtuous side.
I should had left when
the children had gone,
After that you
barely came home.
ALONE with my wounds,
computer,and plants.
You allowed me no friends,
never filed a complaint
no records were kept.
Under the carpet
my abuse had been swept.
One night he came,
could not find
his good shoes
which he kept
under our bed.
He then,threw a glass,
and it just missed my head.
The fury in his eyes,
said that I was to die.
When the smoke cleared,
it was he that lay dead.
Being alone, I had secured protection
"Who will water my plants if I die"
"I thought "
"I fired a shot in his direction.
I could not reply
When the officer
asked me "WHY"-
I could not explain
the tears and the pain
"Who will water my plants"
was my only cry.
"Who will water my plants "
I did sigh..
Explanation,of no use-
from years of
silencing abuse.
Why I stayed
I never knew.!
Love had ended,ended too soon.
I had promised that Leo moon.
As I had no rant-
All I could say
as they led me away...
Was... "Who will water my plants " ?

Sara tiptoes across
The kitchen floor
To get some heat
She opens the oven door

Sheets in the window
Sara calls them curtains
Mind weary, Soul hurtin'

Sara lives by the train tracks
At Sixteenth and O
Her Mama calls it a shack
But to Sara it’s quite comfortable

Flour and water
Two minute gravy
Don't rattle those pots too loudly, Sara
Might startle that Baby

Sara empty, cold and lonely
Sara with too much time to think
Sara humble, beautiful and homely
Draws water from the kitchen sink

Sara thought she married the perfect guy
But soon as he heard that baby cry-
He left a two page note:
The first page said, I love you
The second page said, Goodbye
For a whole month he tried

Sara's mother told her
That he was just too young
But Sara didn't listen
He promised Sara he'd be the one
She'd always been missin'

Two pinches of cornstarch
From the box on the shelf
Sara says, Hell,
He was just a baby himself

Nine months
Sara bore the burden
Feet tired, head hurtin'
So many times she wasn't certain

Sara pours vinegar on lettuce
Just enough to call it salad
Memories of him grow stronger
Sara tries not to think about it

One child- A year later a divorce
And the White knight
Who was supposed to save the day
Must have fallen from his horse
Or maybe he lost his way

Men of means offer her money
And pose a promise or two
Sara laughs as if it’s funny
Saying, You're just like sugar
Tryna call itself honey
You're just too sweet to be true

Sara opens the refrigerator door
Takes out the potatoes
From the night before
Then Sara just thinks some more:

"We can let June keep the Baby.
Or we can put it up for adoption."
But Sara knew that wasn't an option
Sara recalled the anger in his voice:
"Babe, please don't force me to make a choice."

Sara cried as she watched him go
His pain he was too proud to show
He said, Sara, please don't cry
Then he said, Goodbye

The only love she had ever known-
Now Sara and the Baby were alone
In his Blue travel sack
Everything in the world
That he ever owned

But sweet Sara understood
The baby that he feared
Probably all in this world
That he had ever done of good

From the balcony Sara watched
As he walked down the railroad tracks
She knew that once he crossed L Street
He would never ever turn back

Sara watched him
As far as her eyes could go
Then he disappeared at Thirteenth and O
Sara just closed her window

And Sara went inside
And Sara cried

My addiction

I have an addiction...
It dont matter what time of day it is my addiction is there...
Not always in the literall since...
But it is always on my mind...
I lay my head down to sleep at night thinking about you...
I sleep dreaming about you...
I wake up thinking about you...
Your always on my mind...
No matter what I do my addiction is always on my mind...
Even if your not the last one I talk to before I lay my head down to sleep...
I still lay my head down thinking of you...
I just cant get enought of you...
No matter what my addiction is there...
My addiction has a name...
Her name is Shelby Nestle...
No matter how much we text or talk on the phone...
Its never enough...
I cant get enough of your beautiful eyes...
I cant get enough of that beautiful smile...
I cant get enough of kissing your soft lips...
That feeling I get inside when our lips touch...
Or holding you in my arms...
This is a new addiction to me...
Never have I been this addicted this quick...
It scares the shyt outta me...
But then I love it...
You are my new addiction baby...
You are my...
My heroin...
My ecstacy...
My cocaine...
You are my own personal drug...
I cant imagine and addiction stronger...
You are my addiction...
I wouldnt even think about trying to break this addiction...
I wouldnt go to rehab for this addiction...
I like it to much...

Love gone wrong

Glass shattered-
the bottles melting
that green-eyed feeling overcoming-
but the cause of it was you.
You're wandering eyes neglect me
while you pretend to look away
but I see right through those pretty brown eyes
and you definitely don't want to stay
I'm that safety net-
to a person who's my world
and while you
poke at my eyes
laugh at my fits
I know your real girl
and she's not the person you've been with
for a year now coming up
instead i'm just a distraction
trying to become better than you've had
but you can't even see that
I'm psycho- that's all there is to it
but remember when i'm gone
and realize my worth
that you were really nothing-
but a lesson gone wrong
a lesson that was supposed to relieve the grief
a lesson of love gone wrong

Praying For The Day

I pray for the day,
That my sweet child comes home,
To my loving arms,
So, I can love and hold them tightly,
Each and everyday of their lives,
To be there for them and guide them,
As they learn to grow,
Into a wonderful adult,
That I know they will become,
For they have such a wonderful heart,
And as people will see them grow each year,
Learning along their way,
Having their own imagination,
To shine and guide them,
To be a very unique person of their own,
But they are already very different,
In many different ways,
By their looks and their loving heart,
And of course being very smart,
Their beauty will shine,
In many different ways,
Both inside and out,
And I pray for the day,
They will come home,
To stop these painful, loving tears.

You spoiled me with gifts
You always helped me out
You said you'd always be there
You were all I was about

I eventually let my walls down
I finally let you in
It only lasted 2 months
I'm not gonna let u win

You tricked and deceived me
Everything was all just a lie
Other girls you did see
Your bulls**t I did buy

But I learned real quick
I finally caught on
I kicked you to the curb
And now your f**king gone

I'm a great, loving person
You obviously could not see
Your not gonna bring me down
Your just another faded memory

So be a cocky, selfish, dick
And chase after tail
Tell all your bulls**t lies
Cause at life you will fail

Cause when your old n gray
And there's no more drama
A lonely, sad life you'll lead
So haha F**k You, that's karma

It hurts

Girl it hurts that I will one time brake up with you
And you will love another man too
You will give him that smile
The one you gave me every while
Your love will flow like the Nile
with him you will go an extra mile.

He will touch
He will smooch
give him that look u gave me
whenever I made sweet love to thee.

He will walk you
To the park just you two
He will hold your hands
Like we did hold hands
when your hands contact
you will give him that cool eye contact
like you did to me.

It hurts that all this will happen
But I'm not asking you back its not gonna happen
You decided to leave
for you strongly believe
we were not meant to be
You might be wrong baby
For what we had all along
was never at all wrong.

yes my heart is fragile and broken
for my love for you is never mistaken
you said i will not see you again
i am in pain
going insane
to lose this love
i will never have.

When Love Comes

When Love comes to town

so the saying goes

flee will the foes

except the sad clown

Love is always in town

and out of town

in fact has left the building

Love is in all places

and nowhere at all

if you don't look

or lack the social graces

The sad clown is

a metaphor for you

for you are so blind

in your apparent happiness

Yet Love conquers all

gathers up the lost

when I am weak

Love does the most

(and so I must post)

You and I are strangers
Obviously don't want any danger
Craving; thirsty and of hunger
Oh! everyone avoid a pretender

You are from afar somewhere
Of which we share something not fever
Camaraderie and ideas so tender
Honesty no doubt a big waver

Maybe in a lifetime once we'll meet
Or maybe will never have chance for a meal
However, If we can settle for a deal
A relationship we can build real

Try to feel, try to feel
Life is like the round wheel
Up and down it does turn
Short or over may give you a burn

Persons everyday come and go
Unto your hands lays the choice
Don't be the unpredictable bingo
Rather humbly be precise...

Friends that we can, forever be
Of pair: A gentleman and a lady
Regardless others say, be steady
Near perfect combination we may be

I thought we were so happy but then you walked away Took my ring off your finger It’s a heavy price to pay Just tell me why, tell me why Let me know what I have done It seems like only yesterday You walked into my life Now I’m left heartbroken I no longer have a wife Just tell me why, tell me why Let me know what I have done Grey clouds fill my life I long to feel the sun Dreams that we shared No longer exist Dreams of the future Now shrouded with mist Lonely days and lonely nights Are all that I’ve come to know Why did you throw my love away Why did you have to let me go? Just tell me why, tell me why Let me know what I have done I guess in time I’ll move forward One day I’ll let go of the past … Never dreamed you’d walk away Thought our love would always last I think of those halcyon days You had a smile on your sweet face In my heart I still love you I yearn for your embrace Dreams that we shared No longer exist Dreams of the future Now shrouded with mist B Poetry form Contest Sponsored by Broken Wings 12~16~16

Man of my dreams: my pair, my love team
Where have you been? my SPECIFIC dream
Winner it seems, my God blessed scheme
One in a million, once in a lifetime

With turns and breaks: it's measurable
Easy or hard time, it has been bearable
Prayers to God: nothing is possible
One in a million, once in a lifetime

Soon I'll be thirty, wise guy walk by
Shooting me on bull's eye, also tongue tied
ATTAINABLE mind's eyes, I'll give the eye
One in a million, once in a lifetime

Uncaring what others say, I am optimistic
Match made in heaven, a could be realistic
Altruistic stars and moon on synergistic
One in a million, once in a lifetime

Perfect in time, bells ring on one rhyme
Head over heels love and old as the hills
Our heart's commitment, sealed to still
One in a million, once in a lifetime

I am not made a full blown beauty..
Nor I live a life of purity; charity & piety..
All I like to do is to live with identity..
Not of being a witty but a life of humility..

I tried to be a more social person..
Cracking out the shell I have put up..
Breaking from my own weakness..
Doing best in my found strengths..

I have craved to reach out to people..
Widening my horizon, increasing my knowledge and awareness..
Learning to acknowledge fellow human beings..
Regardless of who they are and where they from..

They said: "I must not do this as it is dangerous.."
but I stand to what I know: "Inside all human beings is the reflection of God.."
I give due and equal chance..
As my God have freely given me opportunities too..

We people are living in same earth..
Different are we because of status, faith or race..
Let not this be the reason for us to be divided..
Rather we must come in unison conquering divisions..

A lot says they like me
A lot says they want me
A lot dares to need me
A lot dares to love me

But, who can I trust?
To whom can I entrust?

I permitted love thrice
Perhaps, these made me despice
Most men alike and entice
Intentions appear bad not nice

I never fear this so called sex
How these persons put in context
Sex - a physical expression of love
If love or just lust, comes my doubt

How I want to share that feeling
Fast heartbeats and ragged breathing
Climax or pleasure unending
Whole night til dawn sleeping

I am on a careful guard
Even If my body retards
Or it will be a little hard
Don't even care if long ward

As this can wait
this can wait

Are you trying to win my heart?
Go ahead take anything on a cart..
Each and every part..
Will have a function to impart..

So with yours..
Time to time your actions pour..
I don't mind to take a detour..
All wants to do and take feature..

So much makes me feel..
I don't bother for you here..
I don't mind for you are dear..
I don't want neither to scare or fear..

For I believe with you I'm rich..
Not of dangling like diamonds..
But with an affection, You cheerly clear..
More than companion, more than peer..

I want to warmly hug you..
Taking away any of your blues..
Minutes and hours our bodies glued..
Of passion not they judge rude..

I will soon be way to decide..
Determine to choose, what to take aside..
I hope I don't need to divide..
For I trust, God will abide..

Will I see you from a distance?
I wish so for an instance..
I don't like any finance..
All I treasure is what's us - a lifetime chance...

Country Love

Come and sit on the porch with me
We'll just sit here silently
The smell of the country, fireflys at night
Thank you God for this beautiful site.

Country music on the radio
Sitting here silently, just watching grass grow
Hold my hand and sit awhile
It makes me blush when I see you smile.

You know my thoughts before I speak
Lifes so perfect when your here with me
You grab your guitar, sing a country song
Of birds and bees and loves gone wrong.

A car drives down this country road
They wave at us, just saying hello.

The moon comes out with a million stars
I turn around and there you are.
You give me your hand, and pull me close
As we dance in this country road.
Its silent here, only you and I.
Dancing under this beautiful sky.
I'll never forget the day we met
Please don't ever let me forget..

My heart champion

she is a blessing
her love is a calling
she is full of beautiful deeds
The future mother to my kids
She is growing into a strong woman
Who will take care of a real man
She is her only one
I compare her to none.

She gives me all
I take it all
All that love can offer
From a true daughter
Her father must be proud
That is without doubt..

She reminds me of my mother
Who also did this with my father
wakes up early
Makes the house tidy
washes, cooks, bathes
then listen.

she sits to listen
to my words spoken
I tell her the future
she lives it now
I tell her she will be strong
she gets strong
To be the woman I long
My wife
My life-companion
My heart champion
My love battalion
ready to fight for the future
That she lives now.

she is a blessing
Her love is a calling
full of beautiful deeds
like her beauty indeed.
she is a blessing.
