I see the bitterness polluting this world
a multitude of evil hides then divides
conquering with twisted visions of democracy
one joke history repeating past horrors return
Hurting innocent people tells another story
bullies who think they are above human justice
aggressors filled with pride in falsehood
you will fall heaviest of all
Suffering fleeing war victims as the devil marches forward
his army is arising from ashes darkness grips our planet
6 children a day dying, 3 world war two show mercy
for the love of all that holds good in this world
Such hardships giving up everything held dear
Look into your soul and know the mortal truth
only the blind hide and do not see selfishness
the one demon followed by others a legion
Fed like animals where is the loving joy that opens arms
Offering comfort to those in need have mercy
Peace unto this world sings with a warm heart
To love and understand our brothers and sisters plea
Please give them shelter
feed and clothe their weary bodies
in their hours of ache
With open arms I pray to God
Your salvation love and understanding the scriptures
we all know what must be done in our Lords name
Protect those families against the demon who hates and destroys families
Watching the news we are tainted with so much ugliness
lies drip fed to us twisted through the master deceivers hallow heart
We all know who sits at the head of a fork tongue
Peace is the way forward as greed wants war
only a fool arms themselves with hate their pride lies in bed with envy
Cunningly cursing everyone
curtains raise darkness you will kneel to the light
With power and glory supreme leader at your command
I bow with open eyes we see the path of complete destruction ahead
Faith is the sword of truth
openly we all should do more even in voice help
Do we stand for something or fall in our sins
I speak one soul because united we are many
Just a note to say Gary on What Kind of People Are We
after reading your piece these words flowed from my heart
thank you kindly for the insight and powerful pen filled with light and truth

I thought other people into little boxes
me over here and them over there
I thought I was being oh so enlightened
forward thinking and completely aware
I thought boxes would clarify my thinking
show me who's different and who was alright
Somehow I couldn't get people to fit them
it seems my little boxes were way to tight
I couldn't see what made them all loveable
What I was judging was tied to my own shame
Little boxes were my way of being superior
if they were in boxes it's them I could blame
I needed to escape my cardboard thinking
division and labels confused my closed mind
It blocked out the light of my compassion
no good in people was I able to find
Rain poured down soaking the boxes
baptizing my brain, expanding my heart
As my eyes opened, I started seeing
these corrugated boxes being torn apart
People where happy, my world expanded
Colour and kindness ruled the day
For each person, I became truly thankful
In their company I wanted to stay
Each person that I meet is a true treasure
I celebrate that they're different than me
Labels and boxes, they can destroy us
preventing us from being who we're meant to be!

Over the sea galloping upon waves
in the swift uplifting rush of the tide
Chariots of fire blush red the rose swept up
by the whirlwind holding a breathless whisper
Upon these foundations the rock stands
sings out one bird of valuable beauty
sweet music echoing deeply
through the voice of a Heavenly choir
Oh gracious gemstone
you are the fruit of loves light
who pierces the deepest crevices
of one's mind
In a castle of dreams
fringed with gold
bring me a bow
of burning incense
Fragrantly it blossoms in the mind
Consuming divine fire
I come and bow down
to your Heavenly being

Don't Look Under the Bed
- by Bob Atkinson
..........Oliver Goldsmith tells the story ....
out walking for his health
a man spied his friend of years on pathway
how "are you sir?" he asked with smile
"not well" the gent replied back, looked terrified
"... what happed sir to create this stir
you seem so stressed this day
do you feel under the weather
perhaps you should stand in shade? ..."
the man then told his story
one of dubious glory
had come home early yesterday
and found his wife not at her work
lying without on her bed
no stitch of clothes or hat on head
had looked down and seen some shoes
not his size, but a style he knew
looking further had seen his friend
under the bed with open hand
covering body parts unnamed
a context which him inflamed
"... hmmmm the first man perused
this situation's not so unusual
a fix of gross proportions
one of life's heartless distortions
the gent began to lament
how he's sending wife to mother
divorcing within the week
slapping her with lawyer on each cheek
his friend then held up hand to stop
this track of mind which he thought
not a path one should take
in this situation of disgrace
"friend," he said with saddened tone
"you have no witness on your own
just your word against your lover
should you really send her to her mother?
your word against her own
you'll alimony pay through the nose
and half your wealth will be disposed
to this woman of lover spoken
best never again look under her bed
when you come home you should slam
front door hard to make some noise
yell 'Honey I'm Home' loudly in bright tones"
thus, the gent saw sense in this
went home with smile to his sweetness
"Honey I'm home," he loudly declared upon entry
he never again looked under bed or pantry

Water rushes past my face
Coolness and chills sink in
Goosebumps pop and hair raises
On this brand new skin
The warmth of the breeze hits me
I feel it's breath, it's near
Passes by my shoulders
Hits me in my ears
Sun reflects off the ripples
It blinds me, hits my eyes
Orbs and halos fill my vision
When I look up to the sky
I sometimes gulp the water
Salt dissolves on my tongue
The crystals dance inside my mouth
To a song I've never sung
I lie in the caressing water
I lie there carelessly
Floating to a good place
That God has meant for me

As above so below,
as on Earth so on High.
All is fair in God's Word.
As it began so it shall end.
No water in,
all water out.
As the Truth walks in,
So shall HE walk out.
The ocean of Water surrounding Whats left of Babylon.
Will arise with the Sun.
The adversary Sol will diminish the fire,
When the Moon Has won.
Slowing the tides from turning,
Sadly the ocean is burning.
God you were never wrong!
We simply forgot the sheeps song.
Getting rid of the sight around thee,
Raises the question what do you now see?
A great Moon on the rise for She.
Purely untouched, unformed by mans hands.
The lady stands Victorious with man and clouds in flight.
Do you stand to fight for Saturday's rights?
HE should have been gone long ago.
The perverted one of Sol.
Messages coming from a dove.
Cherish the Anima and witness the Soul.
