I tried and tried
to write down what i truely feel
But sometimes
I felt I was getting i'll
I try hard to learn
how to write a haiku
but that is like
me writing about the Flu
this is something I could never do
I love to write
my stories in rhymes
but again it all caves in
maybe it's all in my head
I always try
to do my best
I write beyound what I truly know
it's like a scary show
when life get's to cold
I have my ancient dreams
that can make anyone scream
poetry is like a song
that plays on my heart all the days long
I love the words of ancient times
somehow they knew
how to make things rhyme
they could speak
with a smooth tongue
that would be able
to charm the moon
where love rises in late June
I have been trying so hard
to write a famous line
where haiku came to mind
I thought and sought words out
all over my writing paper
ink is sinking deep
to get this haiku writen down for you
it will take me all night
to make it all right
I feel i'm about to lose my mind
when I lost my thought
when I started to cough
I think now I have the Flu
what must I do ?
I've never thought much
about all of this
But I swar i'm sure
I have no verse for this
I'm looking for a rhyme are two
it doesn't help I have the Flu
I hope I don't pass it down to you
The hours are passing
my mind is crashing
my head is bashing
But I will still find away
to write you a haiku
So I start to pen down
little thoughts
morning fog
hides the moon in late June
kissing haiku for you
There that's it
it's sufficient now
I can take my bow
I written a haiku for you
even though I caught the Flu
I did this for you
I tried and I sight
all night long
like a sad song
that kept playing on
I hope
my writing wasn't all that bad
but this is all I had
OH please
don't be sad I written this
remember the Flu
writting a haiku for you.
