“Like the soft zephyr of a breeze-
my words read down and up to please.”

A zephyr is our saving breeze
while swishing softly through the trees
uplifts our senses, guarantees
a happiness that's sure to please
while motion flows and currents seize
the paths to glide with nature's ease
and, scented with perfumes, appease
with calming, lulling expertise-
oh, summertime, you hold the keys
on scorching days with high degrees
we wait for your sweet gusty tease
that cools and calms, as swelter flees
to comfort well the felt unease
A zephyr is our saving breeze
