Zen mode
one part of us knows
the incident is trivial
and of no consequence
the other part however
being deluded ego
causes heart contractions
bliss energised emptiness
being our default orientation
negates feeling of angst
restoring our natural state
as we nestle into our heart
where all that is is peace
be this as it may we know
God alone holds the flame
thus it is He within feeble form
who syncs body consciousness
to the light of pristine singularity
holding steady our awareness
