ZEN

                                          Zen or ch'an
                                            to enchant
                                   through contemplation !

                                An emphasis of self control
                                 An oasis when mirage rolls.
                                      Insight to oneness !
                                       Perceiving peace 
                               pondering pure perfect Nature.

                                Realisation of free open mind
                               through Universal interconnection
                                      on enlightenment
                                          of Zen Buddhism
                                           without egotism.
                       
                                  Meditation at heart of Zen .
                                         Philosophy of life :       
                                                Amen !
