Your Salty Face

when held in that other side of night's beam
the breathing crest
over our eyes, the same sea
the pressure leaving breath

I scrape along your eyes' shores
for a goodbye; boat though pulling, stays, moors
when held in that other side of night's beam
over our eyes, the same sea

veins in my touch tell like knelling buoys
against feeling this drowning tide

' our eyes, the same sea, feeling this drowning tide. ' This is beautiful, yet tender and emotional all at the same time. Your thoughts touch my heart, in such a delicate way. My best to you, Paige. Hugs, Brandy

You and words and the effect on me is ever an unexpected poem outing for me. You paint in shades that can never fade.

Whew ! I feel the intensity ~ too much for me to bear - I’ll stick to river flows where no buoys are necessary. Well done in weaving sea with passion, love, leaving : always a good metaphor to use. Nice accompanying title, Paige. Xx.

Solemn sea shared, knelling, ringing, feeling, drowning. Wow! Power-poetry, Paige. Goosebumps! xX
