Your love pulls me

Your love pulls me like the tide
That draws a drifting leaf to shore —
Not with force, but with a whispering hand of water,
Soft as memory, deep as longing’s core.

Your love pulls me like dawn’s first light
Over shadowed hills of doubt and fear,
Gentle rays spill — gold threads stitching day to night,
Turning cold grey skies to something dear.

Your love pulls me like a vine to sunlight,
Seeking warmth beyond the cracks in stone,
Roots reaching in silence — tender, urgent, unafraid —
Pulling fragile green through dust and bone.

Your love pulls me like a lantern in the dark,
Casting warmth upon the trembling walls of my heart,
Each flicker a promise, each glow a guide —
A soft beacon leading me out of night to start.

And I follow — drifting, climbing, glowing —
Because your love pulls me home,
Home to hope, home to warmth, home to quiet strength
Where my wandering soul finds gentle rest in your own.

This is enchanting Jay. A soothing melody wafts through your words, and love encompasses your emotion to its heights. My friend you have captured the essence of passion and devotion.

Love has such power. It transforms hearts. It is like the tide that draws the drifting leaf to the shore. It is like the first light of dawn, chasing all darkness away. Your poem is so beautiful dear Jay ji.
