Your Love

Your love is radiant sunshine pulling me out of my gloom. It lifts me with inspiration; you’re my beautiful tulip in bloom. Your love came to me like a rainbow after a long hard rain. Gently you pulled me in like a serenade’s sweetest refrain. Your love does not push or control, but rather, it pulls me to you. May nothing or no one pull us apart, and may your love stay always true.

"Gently you pulled me in like a serenade’s sweetest refrain". Love these lines. His love is never obligatory or demanding. It doesn't bind you but gently pulls you closer to him, so naturally through an overwhelming attraction.

This is the type of poetry I myself find myself writing. Its romance. Good job rhyming.

Dear Andrea, it’s like a celebration of love’s gentleness and strength all at once. I really appreciate how you frame love not as a force or a demand, but as a natural pull toward joy and connection. Amen! Autumn Blessings, Dear Andrea, Daniel

Indeed, love attracts...while it liberates. Love does not own...it enhances and proliferates. Well said, my friend.
