You know you give too much of yourself
To someone who really doesn't care
And many nights you lay and wonder
Just how much more you can bare.
You need to know that you are worth a lot more than he says you are
You can surely stand on your own
Wear that crown as you sit on your throne
And be your very own superstar.
You have real strength inside you
That you haven't even used
And it will always keep you on top
When you start using your strength that's deep inside
And you will never want to stop.
