line upon line
of artistry divine
word upon word upon word
you beautify the absurd
this crazy world makes more sense
and I don't need recompense
for the moments I spend
mezmorized by your rhymes
the joy you give--so sublime
unencapsulated in time
you shine

in every single way
you bring emotions to play
you make me come alive
I blossom, I thrive
as you make the old new
give the tried and the true
a resplendent hue
so unmistakenly....You!

you make the mundane OK
you make the bizarre brilliant
the tired soul resilient
you change the darkness to grey
and then splash a colorful array
of poetic beauty on display
what can I say?

and right now, today
I'll read you and believe
I'll carpe diem and not grieve
for I've seen the hereafter
that resounds with sweet laughter
Led to Eden's pure gold
you warm blanket my cold
letting mysteries unfold
Beautiful....Bold

and as for me?
Perhaps let me be
Your muse to amuse
with thoughts to infuse
presenting poetic ideals
