Dear one, do not be dismayed
You know your value.
The gifts you offer kindly
Your laugh and smile contagious. 
Listen to your soul singing
Like a songbird in the morning. 
See the wonder at your calm
How strong are you in adversity. 
Take a deep breath, mindful
You are loved and worthy of it.
Let the heart sing too
Embrace your journey, let it flow.
