In the distance the old barn leans away But still of interest to artistic eyes Appreciating the beauty of yesterday

Oh yes, I've seen so many paintings of those old barns. We even had a "red barn" poetry contest here not long ago. As we drive along and see these old barns, it's hard not to try and imagine how they looked in years gone by. Beautiful entry for Brian's contest, dear LNC. Always looking for you in the winners' list. Thanks for your sweet comment on my dream poem. Keep enjoying those twins!!! Love, Carolyn
