Year of Uncertainties

It has been a year of uncertainties. Fears of Covid have paralyzed the land. It caused me to face insecurities. I feel stuck in invisible quicksand. When will this horrible pandemic end? Life is no longer ordinary; there are too, Many lives lost that I can’t comprehend. This global intruder has to just go. There’s a ray of hope on the horizon. Scientists could have a remedy soon. We’ll finally get the chance to have fun, Then I can leave my indoor cocoon. I hope that the vaccine is the real deal, And the whole universe can begin to heal. Alexis Y. 12-8-2020

How I agree with you my dear friend, we need to get back to normal, and the vaccine is our only hope, I don't think we really have an option, although many are not enamored by taking this vaccine. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer

We can be certain of idiots! This morning, our Mayor - a jogger - says its OK for people to be outdoors without a mask providing they keep a distance of six-feet away from everyone else. What sidewalk permits anyone to pass a pedestrian at a distance of six feet? Is there a vaccine for idiots on the horizon? Aloha! Rico

You speak for all of us, Alexis. Splendid articulation of emotions and loved the upbeat ending. Into my FAVES to remember these sentiments.
