YAHWEH - The Self-Existent God
YAHWEH comes from the Old Testament
where this was one of God's names
it's based on the Hebrew name JHVH
which, from the Hebrew 'I AM', it came
YAHWEH has always and ever been
totally self-existent, completely alone
being self-sufficient, absolutely in no need
dependent on no one, on His own
YAHWEH is the creator of all things
in heaven above and here on earth below
every living thing indeed He has made
creating mankind in all from head to toe
YAHWEH knows everything and everyone
all of the past and all that's to come
we can trust in all He has said
in His word, picking up every crumb
YAHWEH is God who came in Jesus
to this earth to deliver mankind from sin
on the cross, Jesus was cruelly crucified
for man's redemption, He did truly win
YAHWEH, as God, will come again
one day in His future forever to reign
this old world, He will wrap up
then this God of eternity fulfils His claims
