Writing Without Words

I am a word junkie I cannot get enough of them The more I learn, the more I realize How few words I know When I put a dictionary on my lap And begin flipping through it, I am amazed. I feel illiterate, How I can write anything at all is a mystery to me. Did my teachers know these words? Why did they not teach them to me? I am bereft Forlorn, humbled So I have to hide the dictionary from myself So I can continue on, ignorantly writing away without words.
