World peace one cannot buy Over the sky Round the mountain's eye Lands near~~far and high Decades this has been the cry People ask why Everyone wants to say to war good-bye Ask why do they need to die Cause man is evil~there are many a bad guy Everyone wants peace with a sigh Date Written:3/5/2022 1 Place World Peace Contest Judged: 3/10/2022 Sponsored by: Robert James Liguori Note: Acrostic Rhyme Not sure but I have been told, I am the first writer to start this type of poem.
