My goodness what a mess to assess A world at war Attack and spar Scar after scar It's gone too far There's lives to defend Fighting to suspend It should be condemned So, peace can ascend And wounds start to mend

Hard to believe that in this day and age we still have conflict and wars, hasn't mankind learnt anything from the past. And of course it's the innocent civilians who bear the brunt of it. Tom
