Without Lips

By Kevin Robey June 24, 2014 [verse] I've had some space I've had some time To think about the days I had nothing to say My windowless heart Will still be alright Every scar that I heal Will get me through the night [chorus] So She dies She dies every time I lie And I kiss It's like kissing without lips [verse] I hide in plain sight Behind shorter hair Avoiding the light The lingering stares So different indeed I begged for disease Had I known of the pain I wouldn't have changed [verse] She won't die She lives every time I try So I kiss It's like I'm kissing with her lips Now I know What was missing behind the wheel And I feel For the first time it feels so real [listening to "Whitehorse" by Die! Die! Die!]
