Within Her Eyes

Within her eyes
Windows holding crystal sky
A Robin's nest of bluish peace
A handful of blue sea of Greece

Whenever storms lash and blades slash
Apples tumble in agony in warnings of deluge
My only refuge in those fair eyes
Lovely slice of moon
In the two rest rooms
To quell the wet bird- like gloom

Within her eyes lie
My gladioli
