Wisdom

The bloom starts no repentance, it is not afraid of the slip just yet. each gentle wind is a sigh from the sky. be scented now, then learn to die. It is the fleeting we become. in how we glow before we've gone.

If only we could all glow in a positive way, Rowena. Some want to glow in a negative way and ruin lives as they go. Learning to die when the time comes and accepting death is not an easy process. Thanks for sharing this one with us. Sara K

Sometimes we get caught up in the chaos of the day and we forget to cherish each precious moment that we have. This soft delicate piece is a simple reminder of that. Thank you for sharing this thought, Rowena. John

Lovely written, Rowena. Surely it is the evanescence of the glow which renders it so bittersweet. Kudos, Gershon

Indeed, life is for living. Burn brightly! Both day and night, blazing way to find. Every pore, every thought we have, an electrified flame of being. Hell a cheap, phony duplication. Each of us, born of blessed starlight. Greater the divine fuel as we move on.

Hey Rowena you certainly have become prolific, cranking 'em out left and right. I put out about four a month. Anyway, I once wrote a line, something about how beauty is most evident just before death. One last glow. Our time on earth is limited, just like the vegetation. Nice write

Dear Rowena, I love the way you've captured the fleeting nature of life and beauty, reminding us to appreciate the present moment. The phrase 'be scented now, then learn to die' is especially striking, and the final line 'in how we glow before we've gone' is a gorgeous reflection on the preciousness of life. Best, Anne
