The only spring snow I remembers was at my granny's burial...not a deep snow but plenty of flakes. But I remember a fall snow too, having to come home early from a Thanksgiving dinner because the roads were getting slick. Interesting description of the birds contrasting color with the whiteness of the snow. Congratulations on your win.
